We are so sorry we hired Southern Granite & Marble to do our counters. This company is horrible. They damage property and do not connect the counter tops to the cabinets and trying to get them out to fix everything is a joke. Their customer service is horrible. ***DO USE THIS COMPANY *** Find a reliable company not this one. I had to choose a star to post this I would give them none.

This was the best place to buy granite. We compared several places and this was the best deal, friendliest service and most knowledgeable granite place. Very fast turn around time from ordering to install and the install crew was extremely efficient, friendly and made sure they did everything exactly like we wanted. We could not be more satisfied with our beautiful granite counters!

We found the perfect piece of granite we were looking for to go with our new kitchen and our re-modeler Rob Davis of HCR coordinated the installation. The crew from Southern Granite did a great job and the new kitchen looks great. Highly recommend both HCR and Southern Granite.

Because of my friend recommendation, I stopped by to get the granite counter-top. I told Teresa my situation that I have quoted for $2,700 without time schedule. She gave me a quote for $2,900 with a promise to install granite next week. I told her to meet in the middle, I pay extra $100 to $2,800. For $100, she turned me down. We were very disappointing. We are willing to pay more then she turned down for $100. I told her, It costs me more than $100 to drive back and forth and wasting my time. But she keeps insisted with the price to pay her people. We are glad this happening because we got $800 cheaper than her price with other company and very good quality granite, better than her granite. The funny thing, she said she will match the price for $800 cheaper, but she turned down $100. I will definitely never comeback to this place.

What a great find! Beautiful selection of stone and fast efficient service. Theresa and her team were great to deal with. Honesty and integrity to the max. Big Box stores had a 3 week turn around time. I got mine from Southern in a week! Affordable quality from a family business.

Southern Granite installed a bathroom counter & sink. A superb job; Teresa was terrific walking me through the process and helping me get started picking out the perfect granite & sink. Tom was great doing the measurements and the different edging designs. Jose was an expert with the installation! If there was a downside at all, it would be that they do not install the faucet and drain - otherwise I wouldve given them a 5 star rating. They really are superior to anyone else in the Lakeland area! I will use them again, and recommend them to anyone with either a big or small job!

Teresa was great at helping me decide the right color of granite. They were out fast to do the Template and there the next week doing the install. The installers were great!

After dealing with a nightmare tile install Southern Granite & Marble made our dreams come true with amazing granite counter tops for our bathroom and kitchen. We traveled to several different granite yards trying to find the right granite along with someone who knew what they were doing. Tereasa worked with us to find the two pieces of granite we needed. She was very professional, but at the same time compassionate to our needs and concerns with such a large purchase. She could teach a course on customer service. We found one piece in her yard and the other piece at another yard that is a distributor. The installers were very professional. They arrived in the morning and were done a few hours later. Its really nice to come home to a completed project with no issues. Totally blown away by how great the granite looks!!!! If you need granite, then you need Southern Granite!

Just wanted to say Awsome job! From beginning to end! On time, professional, great quality work. A little more expensive than some but well worth it. Installed 100 ft with huge radius bar in under 2 hours. Once again Awsome job!

I loved the lady that helped us! We are extremely pleased with our kitchen countertops.

I went in today to buy a piece of granite and started to tell her why. The clerk threw her hands in the air and said we dont want none and we dont care if you want to buy granite. Talk about lack of customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
