I called to inquire about a warranty on an Odyssey extreme battery (MSRP $300+) I asked the gentlemen about potential warranty as I knew it was close. He promptly told me that I would have to get the warranty handled on this battery where it was purchased.To the point - it was out of warranty. I bought a new battery from someone that took more than 45 seconds on the phone with me to see if the warranty was still valid (it was a month out.)I’ll go out of my way for excellent customer service. I’ll drive even further if someone is willing to take care of me sight unseen and sing praises where warranted. I’ll also pass 10 shops to get to 1 who is worthwhile.

These guys are always very helpful. Just pull up and they will test your battery as well as your charging system. They always have the lowest prices on batteries.

Went in and had to get two new batteries for my RV. They had both batteries in stock and was in and out in less than half an our and its one of the cheapest places I found for batteries. And theyve got a warranty on them. Very nice people and would go there next time with no problem

They were very quick and and knew what he was doing. Got us done in about 10 min even thou they had to replace a haywire and a battery connector and it was much lower than what they quoted me on the phone really good people here I had a white car one year about 5 years ago it wasnt that great but I went there to get me a new battery or get me a battery I was around Christmas time and they gave me the battery it was paid for and everything God bless them they are really good people at batteries USA Incorporated thank you so much

Have always either carried the type batteries I need or will order the type for the out of ordinary devices. Great place to stock up on batteries prior to a hurricane. Their prices are good & never had to wait in line. The only negative I can say is that the area you go to, to get the batteries is not air conditioned but they are pretty quick at getting you in & out!!!!!

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent & efficient. It was my first time here as this place was recommended to me through a friend. I had James replace my car battery. He was done within minutes. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

Truck batteries- lasted 1 year cost about $100 each. 2 small AGMs lasted a few months and have internal problems. In the past I have had some luck with small truck batteries. Hit or miss. It looks like all they do is recycle used Junkyard batteries and the cost per year is greater than a new one. These are not new but recycled. This is just Capitalism extracting money by sourcing junk yards. I will never set foot here again. Good price bad quality. You are paying $100 for a $20 junkyard battery with some new stickers acid and charging. Probably all recycled in Mexico. Money down the drain. This place probably of use to buy junk to sell on a used car lot.

Mark, the warehouse manager patiently documented all my current connections and made new cables as needed, as I was changing battery types and quantity. This place sells products that are complete garbage. Thats probably why their warrantys are complete garbage to. I spent over $500 for 6 golf cart batteries and after 7 months their best use is to be used as cores to buy batteries thatll actually power my golf cart. If anyone decides to buy from this Rinky Dink operation be sure to pay with an American Express so you can dispute the charge when your battery dies before its one year birthday.

Bought 4 6 volts batterys and 5 months later they went bad so they charged them after I did for two days ?! An they still tested bad the manager wont replace them told me I was pretty much screwed said not to . I use the batterys to work so I go buy some from RURAL KING (much better price) an the next day after missing work they call saying they will replace them? I wont ever buy another set from battery USA. I wish I could post without a star......

I had a low tire and my battery died . Once i got a jump start, i headed right to Battery USA. They put in a new battery and told me i had a nail in my tire. They filled it up for me . I was on my way on 20 minutes. They even helped my girl friend to and from the car.
