After the initial install the gate did not operate correctly . As per the owner I called and 3 weeks later he came out . Packed some dirt around the post and put a screw into the post . Still isnt right and now I can not get him to honor his word of making it right . Last I heard he was to busy from the hurricane but I would check back in a few months he would fix it . The gate is now falling apart due to it not being right from day 1. He has since told me sorry Im to busy call another co and have them fix it . You got paid and was on time to pick up the deposit check and finishing payment. Avoid this Small pop and son company . They WILL NOT back their own work .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give them NO stars I would! We had issues with the company from the very beginning! They do not do what they say they are going to do, they say they are going to show up on a specific date and time then do not show up nor call to say they are not coming, you have to contact them to find out why they did not show up! When they finally did show up to do the job they only had some of the materials because they did not realize the had the wrong size fence and said they would be back the next day and of course it was a few days before they finally did come back out. They also said they would replace the back gate because it was the wrong size and it has been a month and still no replaced back gate! They are now not getting back in touch with my husband at all. This company is completely unprofessional. Please just spend a little extra and go with someone else!
