I came in for the soap and got distracted by everything else in the store!lol!pretty good customer service as well. I forgot to ask the sales rep her name, but she was very knowledgeable about the products, and helped me with making a purchase!I end up purchasing a few more things as well but recommend one purchase the soap that they sell!it is amazing!

The staff at Amelia Paige was amazing! So sweet both on the phone and in person, and ensured our towels were embroidered perfectly and within our short timeline! They were even done a day ahead of schedule... much appreciated! They quality of their work is excellent and we will definitely go back for any embroidery work! Highly recommended!

A couple of days ago I brought into the store a necklace that I had purchased at Amelia Paige a few months ago. The necklace was made of beads that were strictly Fall colors so I did not wear it until recently. On my second wearing it suddenly came apart and beads spread all over the table and floor. Between myself and friends I retrieved most of them and put them in a ziploc. When I went to the store a couple of days ago I did not take my receipt which I have (searched for it after the incident at the store) because I did not want to return the necklace or exchange it. I simply wanted for them to try and fix it because I truly love it and wanted to keep it but felt that it should last more than one wearing. The main reason I’m writing this review is to let others know about the disrespectful, surly and RUDE salesperson who “handled” this. First, she said I didn’t pay what I remember paying for it, next she said “I’m not even sure you bought it here, there are shops all along here that sell this jewelry” and finally she said “we didn’t make this here so we can’t be responsible for it if it breaks because it came from another company, we just sell their items. It was not from a local artist but a jewelry distributor. HELLO LADY, I DID buy the necklace there and it did cost what I said and have a receipt to prove it but I didn’t search for it before coming down to ask for you to just fix the necklace. The logic that Amelia Page isn’t responsible for what they sell because they buy it from another company and don’t make it there is ridiculous! This is just a warning to others, first they do NOT do returns even if you have the receipt no matter what, only store exchange. And evidently don’t stand behind anything they sell because they buy their merchandise from another company.
