I loved the store,I couldnt believe there meat prices,they had pretty meats,and I will go back, friendly staff too!

The food did not taste very good and for the price their charging, the quantity of food they give you is very minimal. I rather drive to Winter Haven Santiagos market and get the Spanish food from there much better tasting and the quantity they give you for the price they charge its worth the trip. I would not recommend food universe market as for their hot food.

This is a hidden gem. I dont need any other market now that I found this one. It feels like going to see a good friend shopping here everyone is so friendly and polite..I highly recommend it

Amazing prices on meat. You can make your food stamp go a long way with their pick 5 for $20 deal. Very nice employees, as for the smell; youre in a meat market what are you expecting? Theres dead animal everywhere.

OMG love that they added the restaurant on the side ..The cook here needs a key to my house .. Food takes me back to when I was a kid and my old Rican folks used to cook for everyone ..Excellent .. They dont check their fruits before putting it on the shelf. Very unprofessional, always have attitude, and refused to pick up the phone when you call. I would do zero star but thats not in option.

Only place I like that has anything youll ever need from back home. (Venezuelan, Puertorrican, Dominican, Cuban.. Etc..) Great variety of products of latin culture you can find. Its worth paying a little higher prices for the ingredients needed for your (ABUELITAS) Grannies recipes.. Only suggestion I would have is to add the option to view the sales and or add the function of being able to make your grocery list to what specials they have or create a shopping cart to be able to add that list and would be easier and more accurate depending on the sales going on... Other than that keep up the good work!!!

Clean, friendly, prices just right

It was sad that at lunchtime their cooked food area wasnt completely full of food. I left with rice and beans only. Very disappointed.

If I could give it a 0 star I WOULD! They were not friendly at all. The store did not have prices on many things. I went to ask people from the meat department about a product and they completely ignored me. Ill just drive 30 minutes towards another location from now on.

Great store great people, however they should do small portions over at the deli. Today I went and I saw they had beef stew and I just wanted a small size or maybe a medium size of the stew but they only sell it by the platter. I think you guys should sell it individual as well. I give it a five-star

The last too time I went in there when I goes to check out the prices is wrong and they tell you that is not the right size. I am not going in there any more.

Expensive.. The products that are from other countries or islands are overpriced. They keep the place FREEZING so wear a jacket or be prepared to freeze to death. The food in the kitchen was good and they serve big portions.

Great customer service

If you are looking for a great selection of Caribbean fruits and vegetables this is the place to go. They have fresh meats as well. Prices are great, a very clean store. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. Make sure you stop at their bakery and restaurant you will not leave hungry.

Bravo super mercados are really ethnic. I like these places because you see brands from all over South America there. The people there all speak Spanish but they are very nice. I have never had a bad experience there. Go there check it out!

Bravo got sold and rebranded as Food Universe Marketplace. This place sells hot food and has 1 person managing the food and money with the same gloves. I saw her touch everything with those gloves including cash tip that was given to her that she placed in her pocket and continued handle food with the same. This goes against safe food management big time. You can not have the food server and the cashier in 1 person.

Be careful withe the meats sometimes are green

Great variety and prices..but...... Be careful when buying meats, specially the ones in the back of the store. The cooler is not very efficient and the meats gets spoiled and you have no idea until you open them at your home. Source: has happened three times. The third was the last.

Excellent supermarket, great variety specially for Hispanic community in the USA, good prices. And the cafeteria is on high level cuisine so delicious, fresh Home Made amazing in all expect. Unfortunately my only recommendation is beed to expand to other states. Im travel almost 7 hours to buy in this supermarket due I dont products from my country in the state that I lived. But I hope they expand maybe yo Georgia or other states. Overall is an unique supermarket and the quality is very high. Excellent job for Bravo continue like that.

It was a GREAT experience.

Well, two days ago I was told that the rice order cost $2.50. With that in mind today I asked for a rice order. The lady didnt ask what size or anything, so she handed me a box with rice with the sign of $6.00. I told her that I dont want that much and she rolled her eyes and yell at me thats what I ask for, she went and remove half of the box back to the stove. Came back to me and yelling again but now louder Next time you need to know how ask for food, if you only have three dollars you just let us know. Everybody at the store turn around and stare at me, thanks to this lady. Its not the first time, it happened before, but enough its enough. Management needs to train their employees to interact with costumers. Its not about the amount of what you spend, everybody deserves respect. So no, definitely I will not recommend this place.

It was awesome to find a place that sale Hispanic ingredients that we need to cook with because Walmart in Publix and Winn-Dixie they dont carry all the ingredients that the Hispanic people need for cooking authentic Hispanic food so I really enjoyed finding this place.

Took my daughter to the restroom so we wouldnt have an accident. It was occupied so we waited our turn. I heard the toilet flush. But no other water run. The meat guy came out with his apron on.. I was a meat cutter. Im pretty sure he wasnt following sanitary procedure
