Store was busy but very clean with friendly clerks. We were in and out in about 15 min with zll the items we were looking for. Fast and easy ck out.

Im an old soul and I love Winn dixie. Its less commercial and such a polite place to shop.The staff is pleasant and you rarely if ever will you see a Karen slowing everyone down. Very little conflict. The prices are great, the deli is very taken care of, and the bakery is lovely. Clean store. Very helpful deli workers. What would take 45 minutes at walmart takes 7 minutes at walmart. Their deli platters are lovely but be sure to specify if you want meat rolled (like the pictures which I assumed they rolled) or cubed or they will assume you want it cubed. The bakery is good but its missing the one cake that everyone loves and misses. The caramel decadence cake, I asked the bakery manager if they could get it and its Im not able to order that. Seriously, id happily pay 50$ (double the price) for that cake if they would just bring it back. Dade city has it. Its one of the most pleasant things to buy at every other winn dixie. Otherwise, Id have given this review 5 stars. I usually drive to Dade city every now and then for that cake. Its my husband and Is first Anniversary cake. Its so wonderful. Im not a complainer but for real, why do we have that dry dark chocolate cake and not the moist and wonderful Caramel Decadence cake?

Very reliable place. Staff is usually very helpful. I find my items with little help. This place is much quicker to get in and out. The fifth star is reserved due to minor issues. Overall I like this store.

Store is always clean, and checkout is fast. I have seen mold on produce on multiple occasions. My last few visits the people at the registers were very young, and though I think its great they are working...they gather around and have social hour instead of greeting/paying attention to the customer. I know way too much about their boyfriends/girlfriends and weekend plans.

As I walked into the facility I was glad to see the amount of young people working there. That is where the praise stops. I can not speak on the store any further than the front of the house and customer service. I came there to cash in change and that was a painfully long process. As I used the coinstar machine I was passed by 6 employees. As I stood at the counter for several minutes I was passed by 4 employees, 2 of which actually used the register in front of me and said nothing. Moments later a young lady came out of the back, looked at me as if I caused her an inconvenience, then went to the back to get a cashier. We have bad days and that is understandable. I dont not understand the need to visually show aggravation toward someone simply standing and waiting, or passing by a customer obviously needing assistance and saying nothing. I can assume by the volume of customers in and out of the store that this is not the case of the entire store, or its simply a location thing and thats all. Will not be going back to find the answer.

Winn Dixie on Socrum Loop Lakeland Fl. The shelves are mostly empty, Employees wear masks below their noses. The electric carts die before you get halfway through the store. Never is there bag people and no one ever helps you out with your groceries. I bag my own groceries most of the time. The check out people are to busy talking to other staff to even speak to customers. The management needs to do more training for themselves and the employees working there.The vegetables are so bad no one wants rotten veggies. This use to be a great store, now they need help.

If you like long lines and kids on their cellphones this is a place for you. Yes the prices are a bit lower but so isnt the quality and service. Me personally, I think its worth going to Publix for my shopping and I was a loyal customer at one time.

Winn Dixie has great sales on special grocery and household items. Their Dollar Zone aisle is good too. You can also use your debit card or cash to purchase lottery tickets.

I enjoy shopping at Winn Dixie.Back home in Danville Va. They closed the Winn Dixie store down. That was a sad day. Many years ago. Now that I live here in Lakeland Florida. I got a new Winn Dixie to go to. Cant wait to go again.

Love WD. They have great BOGOs Their SE brand products are good. Their SE frozen orange juice is the best I have ever had.

Terrible customer service at this location management lets their staff treat customers poorly, makes excuses for the way they act a the registers. Will never shop here again! Publix trains their employees that the customer comes first Winn dixie dose the opposite.

This store for the most part is decent. Why I gave it only 2 stars is because the onions had flies all over them. We informed an associate and he said yeah we have to see why and walked away. Now he did find me some onions that were bug free but they were more expensive. Im not sure what he should have done but he at least should have removed the ones that had swarms on them. I can only imagine the rotten produce that is under the bug infested stuff.

The store is always clean. They were out of Tea amd I asked a young man to see if they had any. He quickly went to check and brought be 2 gallons that I needed. The staff are always helpful and kind. I have never had a bad experience from this location yet.

My neighborhood store...amazing vanilla cake with whipped frosting. Great layout and staff are friendly. So much better than shopping at publix. Only thing you need public for is their chicken.

Always love the meat sales biweekly for the shoulder roast 2.99 yes ! Keep it coming we just dont like the limit we like to buy 8 to 10 a week

This store is disgusting. They have moldy food on the shelves for sale. Their produce dept. is disgusting also, with bruised products and flies.

Doesnt have the variety Im looking for compared to Walmart & Publix grocery stores. Very limited on there products, food & beverages wise.

I really like Winn Dixie. The produce is always fresh and so is the meat. Also, I often by their prepared salads.

Wish they would have demos of thickness of deli meat slices. Everyones idea of slicing is different. Why in the world do they not have scales on those slicers so the help is not running back and forth to the scales? They also need a bell at the deli. Lived in Amish country in Ohio. Management needs to go to Walnut Creek Cheese and see how things are done at their delis....they could learn a thing or two!!

Open Thanksgiving morning, every cashier line open, no long lines. Super friendly associates, clean and pretty well stocked for all of your last minute Thanksgiving needs. I realize it is a holiday and not everyone is open, but thank you Winning Dixie for being there. Loyal shopper.
