I usually am a big fan of Starbucks and have great experiences but I waited over 30 minutes At my last visit and thats never happened before. so that was very crazy
I think this location is great! They are limited staff, just like everyone else, but they make a good coffee. Plan extra time if it is a problem. Support small local business.
Dining in was close, oatmeal was cold, banana bread not heated and buttered. Disappointed, usually is great.

I have never had more consistently burned coffee at any other Starbucks. I stop going and then come back to see if anything has changed and nope, still burned. I have even tried different drinks to see if it would be different and always the same. Burned and bitter.
I use to always go to this location now I never will. Hours always changing. There are so many other better coffee sit in shops. Inside is closed. Makes no sense that other locations are open inside but this is not. Hair cut place is next door so I would always grab a coffee while Im waiting and I would have meetings at this location. Never coming back.
This location is literally the slowest drive through coffee experience I’ve ever had. I thought maybe it was just poor timing or the customers ahead of me but it’s actually a regular thing. I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive through line- it’s actually impressive how slow moving it is.
The apps said that you could pick up your drink from the store but the staff has shut the doors, they took my money wont answer my phone calls. Im late to work because I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my one drink that I pre ordered that I never got and I just wouldve picked a different Starbucks if they would have set their store up correctly in the app. I need my money back.
They have had excellent customer service every time Ive used the drive through & were always able to get me on my way in a timely matter
The cafe is closed for dine-in which means you can’t order ahead so you can literally only do the drive-through which always has a super long line and takes forever. I hope this issue is resolved soon.

Store was closed at 11am on a Tuesday. No sign indicating they were closed. Waited in line 20 minutes before getting up to the speaker and multiple other people were doing the same
Same as other posts. Hours always changing. Forcing people through the drive through when it is fifteen cars deep and not safe to get in that line while it also takes 25 mins to get a coffee you per-ordered on the app. I am surprised they can be called a Starbucks. I am never going here again. Damaging to the brand.

Used to go to this location all the time. Now that they went to drive thru only the pour over coffee tastes the same as the coffee out of the urn. Coincidence? I think not.Also, they are always changing their hours.Bring back in store service.

This has to be the SLOWEST location of any Starbucks that ever existed. My HOT drink order was COLD. Not even lukewarm. Very simple order was WRONG.
Dont order via mobile after 1PM. They close the door for pickup at 1PM and you have to go through the drive-through which usually takes between 20 and 30 minutes. By the time you get you coffee, it will be cold because your order will have been sitting there for half an hour.
I GET THEYARE BUSY GIVEN THE PANDEMIC AND SOCIAL DISTANCING BUT WHAT IS THE POINT OF MOBILE ORDER IF I HAVE TO WAIT (AMONG/WITH OTHERS) 5+ MINUTES.I WOULD ALSO UNDERSTAND AND WILL TRY TO BE PATIENT BUT WHATS VERY UPSETTING IS THAT NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES THOSE WAITING FOR THEIR MOBILE ORDER. Make sure you can go in to get your order, the lobby was open a few days ago but today I did a mobile order and had to wait in line for 15 mins. This isn’t the first time, this line is always forever long and super slow. I won’t be using this location any longer. Also, the phone is off the hook.
The worst Starbucks there is! Poor management, rude baristas, they don’t care about customers at all! I highly recommend to visit the Starbucks in Randall’s instead!
Nice location, it can get busy. there is a good set of tables to find seating. It’s not a very big Starbucks but it was a nice place to get more energy and head back out.

I love Starbucks. This is a great location and coffee shop. I love how Starbucks has gifts that you can buy. I love the smell of the coffee. The coffee is great here. I love their coffee. I would highly recommend this coffee place to anyone.
You can enter without a mask if you have been vaccinated. However you cannot sit at an inside table without being asked to wait outside?????

This place would be great if there wasnt an employee who constantly meows and whistles. I get expressing yourself, but hold off on doing it every time you hand an order over. I need to remember my headphones when going here...

Great coffee. I know other Austin local coffee shops are better. But,when youre not in Austin proper, on your way to the lake, or doing business in this area? This is where you go for coffee,lattes and crafted espresso style drinks. This location has a great crew right now. Drinks are spot on and the drive thru has really gotten faster! All in all,a good Starbucks experience.
I have tried twice to visit this location while working in the area and there is always a sign posted on the door that states they closed at 530pm when the mobile app says they don’t close until 8pm. 🤷🏽♂️
They never have the double smoked bacon sandwich in stock.Here again, drive the is closed, door is locked and says order by mobile but the app says they arent accepting mobile orders. They wont answer the phone either. Going to find a local shop.

Been to this location many times and have always been very pleased with the customer service and the way my drink was made. have gone many times while jesus was working and was very impressed, he is very nice while taking orders and always attempts to interact with the customers. every time he has made my drink it has been very delicious and has been made to perfection. he is a very good employee and is most likely their best !!

What is going on with the hours of this location?! They close at 2p on a busy Saturday & when they are actually open the employees are rude (specifically the girl with blue hair working the drive thru!)

When we finally got our drinks, the order was correct. Workers were friendly and the girl making drinks was moving as fast as she could. Still took way longer than it should at Starbucks.
I wish I could give more stars because I love the consistency of the taste of the coffee I get from Starbucks, but this particular Starbucks has the longest lines and the slowest service in the drive-thru!! Even when I see that there arent very many cars and I think, Oh cool! This wont take long! Im disappointed... Yes, Ill continue to use this Starbucks because its the only one close to my home, but if there was ANY OTHER drive-thru coffee shop, if be giving THEM a try.

I live within walking distance to this location, so we come here at least 3 times a week. If Im being honest, Id have to say this is the slowest/worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. The drive through is incredibly slow no matter what time you come. A lot of the familiar faces are now gone, replaced by young people who prefer to talk to each other and wander around behind the counter aimlessly rather than hustle out orders or chat with customers.Having a busy location is one thing, but this location just continually exhibits poor customer service.
Internet says they close at 9pm. Went at 7:55, and doors were closed. Called, they said they closed at 8pm. Why are you closed completely 5 min early? losing business! And need to change your hours online. Thanks to Starbucks selling their brand so I could go to cvs and buy a coffee at least. But, not what I wanted.
No sense of urgency, a huge line and no one had any concerns anout getting to the customers. Employees just talking and jokoing no regard for those still trying to get to work. Do Not Stop Here on your way to work You Will Be Late
Poor customer service. Wrong orders happen all the time here with no apology or empathy for their customer and they are very slow even when they arent busy. While less convenient Ill go to the one across the street where the employees seriously remember what I order every time.
This is one of the slowest Bucks ever, even when its dead. Four people behind the counter including the takeout window. Only one person ever makes the drinks and they dont do it with any gusto. The other three will stand there and wait for him/her to make every drink with their hands in their pockets or better yet, playing with their hair (a huge pet peeve of mine in the service industry). Need some serious process improvement. If the others would help out instead of watching, they would be fast service.They get one extra star, however, because they are very friendly.
The only Starbucks I know that their drive thru is consistantly closed on weekends. WHY??? then you try to go in and its a mad house. Please fix this issue and utilize the drive thru!!!
Fast internet and friendly staff. The chairs and tables are not comfortable for long periods. So no if you intend to sit and read, work, etc. you may find you need a change in scenery. There is a small outdoor patio area that is nice to sit when the weather is good.
They close the pick up order after 1pm. I had to wait in line for more than 25 minutes in line to pick up my already made ready order 🤦♂️. Never order online here if you don’t have time to wait in the line for another 25 minutes. 😡🤬.
Obviously they havent trained their employees to use a toaster. Bagel barely warm every single time! Sometimes cold when I get it. If you ask for double toasted because they cant get it right the first time, they burn it. Then give to you anyway!

Its Starbucks, the reason I like it is because it is conveniently located next to my work, and it has what seems to be a good staff working. Have never had a problem with my orders and it has always been fairly quick service!
This business has given up on its customers physically either in the store or at the drive thru. Recently they started processing Web Orders as a priority over drive thru and in-person clients. The drive thru line now creep to a stall as they make drinks and food for people who arent present. If you go into the store and order a drink in the morning you are going to wait for about 25 mins while they make endless drinks for Web Orders which they stack up at the pickup spot to the point where you cant even reach the Barristas. Then around 1030 they take all the unclaimed food and drinks they got paid to make, while blowing off all their in-person clients, and they toss it all in the dumpster behind the building. Shame on your Starbucks. Also shame on your Triggered Manager who wouldnt let me advise the wait staff on how to improve the customer experience. Your best bet is to use the Starbucks in Randalls. They still care about their in-person clients.

Pace of service has steadily declined over the past year. They seem to have a growing problem of staff not showing up when scheduled. Mfmt ought to be more on top of things!This morning the drive through line was through the parking lot and halfay out to Lohmanns Blvd. It took 25 minutes just to reach the order kiosk and then another 10 minutes to get the coffee. That is insanely unacceptably slow Cindy is awesome and only reason for any stars.
Great customer service while ordering and picking up but the drinks I got tasted like pure peppermint syrup. Almost as strong as peppermint schnapps! I couldn’t drink it. The weather was bad so I didn’t bother going back. 😒 Was looking forward to a nice peppermint mocha. And the tag on the drink said Tl Vbean Crmfr- Not my order. 🤔 I’ll give them another try some other time and see if my rating changes.
First time at this location and it was wonderful! We used the drive thru, the barista was very friendly and was very helpful with menu suggestions. And I am so excited they got my drink right! After so many bad experiences at another location, was very pleased with this one making my drink correctly. Thank you 😊🙌
Cold brew tastes a little like formaldehyde, but hot coffee is better. Nice that they have heavy cream.
I highly recommend trying the Iced green tea latte. I always ask for an extra six scoops of matcha and ask for it to be light on the ice. The Customer service is always great they’re always super friendly and the environment is what you would expect of a Starbucks. The fact that this location has a drive-thru is so convenient, I find myself visiting this location sometimes a little too often but everything is delicious so it’s well worth it. See you guys soon!

The Starbucks near Lohmans plaza in Lakeway Texas just off of the 620 is convenient for a quick stop and pick up including the drive up window service. Seating is a bit crowded but there are a number of tables and counter along the windows with a few porch or tables just outside of the entry door.
Horrible experience with cashier Ana who was taking care of drive thru this morning. I understand is a holiday and they are rushed but she was super rude. She could not understand order and was nasty when I approached and asked if there was an issue with her headphone. I come here everyday, more than once and this is the first time I experience such bad customer service. She needs more training.

I love Starbucks and go there 4 or 5 times a week. I especially love the order ahead feature and I use it all the time. The staff here are very friendly, thus the one star. With that being said, this store is hands down the worst Starbucks. They clearly have supply chain issues. No matter when I went all Winter, they were out of apple juice for the spiced cider, which can be purchased across the street at Randalls. The same brand, nothing unique to Starbucks. When they rolled out the Berry Sangria, they ran out the third day and it was at least a week before it was available. When it came back in stock, they ran out of the components, berries and fruit, etc. Over the course of the past few months, theyve only had berries once. I called Starbucks corporate and they were very responsive. I received a follow up call from a regional manager who also visited the store and his experience was similar, they were still out of a featured drink and everything else he tried to order. Today we went to get breakfast and drinks for the family. My husband ordered the featured sandwich and they were out, so he went with a basic sandwich....also out. The only sandwiches are the ones no one likes. So on to the drinks, Pumpkin Spice Latte, as Starbucks as it gets in the Fall. No Pumpkin Spice, out of stock. If we were ordering something special or bizarre, I understand how they may not have the ingredients on hand. We are ordering standard menu items and featured items. If youre going to have a featured menu item or a particular sandwich is popular, order accordingly. Its not an occasional occurrence, they are always out of everything. I suggest the Manager runs out if something too, a job.

I drink Starbucks everyday, today my car was having an issue, and I had to turn around to get my other car to take to work so I was running late on my coffee pick up. I work an overnight shift for law enforcement from 08:00p-06:30a. Today I stopped at this Starbucks at 08:55, knowing that they close at 09:00. As I was opening the door, I saw a girl running to the door to lock it on me before I could get in. I heard her say “damnit so close” as I opened the door. I kindly asked if they could make me my drink, instead of saying of course (since they close at 0900p). I got the response of “we close in 2 minutes” by one of the baristas, the other lady behind the counter looked at the other two and said “of course come in”.I never want to be THAT person, and this Starbucks has never really given me an issue, however, this wasn’t cool. I see a couple more concerns and upset customers on this closing time for this location towards the employees.I hope the staff or manager reads these.
I spend 2 hours enjoying a cup of coffee at this spot while reading my book. Nice place to relax!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Just had the worst experience at this location! Terrible customer service and turn around time. I have serious concerns about food handling and cleanliness!I went inside and ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. They were busy, so I expected to wait. 20 minutes later I still did not have my order. I went to the counter and asked, they said they are working on it. 10 minutes later I still did not have my items. So went to the register and asked for the manager and a refund. The manager, Nic didnt even bother to apologize! He was dismissive and just said we had a problem with our printer. Bad customer service!The barista did not label the bags with food. So all the bags on the receiving counter were picked up, touched, and opened by multiple people before correct customer got their items. It was dirty!I will never go here again!
Ordered a bagel and cream cheese this morning. I got my bagel all nice and warm and toasty..... but there was no cream cheese. Though they did give me three plastic knives.
Amazing view outside and wasnt busy at all. Ive caramel macchiato was perfectly sweet and cold.

Good location in Lakeway and always very busy, but the staff does a great job of getting everyone taken care of. What else can I say, its a Starbucks and I love coffee!
