Does anyone work here? All I needed was information on the COVID vaccine so I can arrange a booster shot for my elderly father and well that aint happening over the phone! First person who picked up the phone immediately transferred me while I was in mid-sentence to some automated line that I didnt want. I eventually got transferred to their pharmacy and was on hold for over a half hour until I gave up and hung up.

Good place to get your drugs, candy, or printed pictures.

Scheduled Covid testing and everything went very smooth. The nurse, Kim was outstanding! Since we’re a family of 4 with a special needs kido, Kim (without us having to ask) made arrangements to ease the process and showed empathy and compassion, which is rare (unfortunately). Our family was very nervous about the testing and Kim made us comfortable and walked us through the process step by step. Thank you Kim!!!

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department.

I scheduled a COVID test at this location. I followed the directions in the confirmation text, pulled up to the designated parking area, then called to confirm I had arrived and was in the correct location. I was told that the nurse testing was busy but would be out shortly. After waiting for 40 minutes I called back. After 20 minutes of waiting on hold off and on, I was informed that the nurse in charge of doing testing had called in sick and that no one was in fact available to perform the test. The manager never bothered to cancel the online appointments that had been booked, put a note on the signage outside, inform the person answering the phones, or bother to inform me or the multiple other cars waiting for their appointment that we were waiting in vain. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was completely avoidable and just terrible management.

DO NOT get a covid rapid test done at this location. I’ve been waiting 4 hours for my test result which should have taken 15 minutes. I waited outside the clinic for 2.5 hours and maybe 3 cars pulled up in that time so they weren’t too busy to look at the test results and give me a call. Still waiting for the test results and there is no way to contact the clinic. I called the helpline and they said they called to leave a note for the nurse practitioner in charge. In spite of doing that, there has been no response. They should inform us if they lost the test so we can get tested again. Very irresponsible.

Consistently missing pills when filling prescriptions. This has happened 3 times and several pills were missing each time.

You have to Love the staff, prompt, informative, and a great sense of urgency for the overall store customers...

The staff at CVS are very nice and professional, and willing to go the extra step to save their customers money on medications. Very much appreciated. Ill keep going back.

If you want to call cvs to check prescription status... NOONE PICKS UP, instead they batter you with million adds - beauty club, selfies etcSeriously waiting for 30 minutes

So we had a really really bad time in this store with pharmaceutic or manager! We needed a medicine for my nice who had a back surgery this week and she is in pain, so this guy the manager or whatever didnt have you our medicines because he said the prescription was wrong so we back to the hospital to talk with the doctor and everything was correctly with both of the subscriptions soooo they call to the store to let him know that he is unprofessional!!! We are really mad about this!!! I hope nobody past through this!! This is sad!!!

The nicest staff I am yet to meet at CVS. They are incredibly helpful with photos and always remember their returning customers. Pharmacy is very helpful and has a very quick turnaround on prescriptions. Highly recommend!!!

We had a last minute need for 2 large poster prints. I ordered them online and it said they would be ready by 7 but I went on in at 2:30 and asked could they go ahead and print them. Apparently Larry was the only person working there and he easily could have said it was not possible. But instead he got it done! Thank you very very much, Larry!

Last time I visited the store most of the shelves were empty. Bins were all over the floor and there were no employees to be found to ask for help. I ended up leaving and went across the street to Walgreens where I could find what I was looking for.
