Got the eye exam done for $69.95, then I showed them a screenshot from their website which showed the frames that I wanted and the price. The employee said the online price is not the in store price! They wanted almost $100 more, I took the prescription and left. I will order my new glasses from someone else!
Great customer service and great deal! I ordered a few pairs and was happy with the price. The staff were all great and explained the product well. Will be returning.
Great Staff! Felt like I was truly educated on my options and how to care for my glasses.
They were very helpful and attentive.
I showed up 10 minutes early. I realized I forgot my face mask, so I asked them if I could use one of their disposable masks. They said they couldn’t give me one, so I told them I would drive home to get one (because you can’t purchase a mask anywhere, unless you currently have one). I get back and I am 15 minutes late, so I am told that I will have to reschedule. Terrible, unfriendly, corporate business. 0/5, would not recommend.
As soon as I entered Lens Crafters I was greeted and given a seat. I was greeted by another staff member and taken for the tests and then greeted by Dr. Kim and given my eye exam. Viviana helped me after that to process payment and order my glasses. Mariana and Viviana and the young man who first helped me were so efficient and nice as well as Dr. Kim. I had a wonderful experience and am very happy Thank you all.
My experience was amazing from beginning to end
My husband and I went to LensCrafters for our glasses. We did his order and waited to do mine to check if another store had the frames I wanted, realized as soon as we got in the car that they got the order wrong and immediately went back in to fix it. We were told they couldn’t find the order in their system to change it and would have to wait for management to contact us. Management never contacted us. We had to call them back the following week, he said the same thing and said he would contact the financial office to take care of it and it should be off by ____ date. NEVER CALLED THEM. We called him back after the date passed in which he first said it would come off of our card. He started doing it AS WE WERE ON THE PHONE. Then he said it would be taken off our card by Wednesday. Guess what? Nearly two weeks after the initial purchase and it’s still on our card. Mind you this is a $253 charge. I went and got my glasses done at Target because this is just ridiculous. We call back Wednesday and he’s on lunch. Told he would call us back after his lunch. 4 HOURS later and he still hasn’t called us. We call back, at this point I’m beyond furious, and we’re put on hold immediately and left on hold forever to be told HE HAS ALREADY LEFT and said he would call us at 10 am. Are you kidding me? I am willing to bet money he won’t be calling us back and we’ll have to call YET AGAIN. I’m opening a dispute with Discover. I’m done with this. I’m done running after someone so incompetent and inconsiderate. And I will guarantee I will NEVER shop at LensCrafters again and neither will anyone I know after hearing this story.UPDATE: He didn’t call back. We called back YET AGAIN and he wasn’t there. Who would’ve guessed? We then talked to a woman who told us HE told her we would receive a check in the mail LATEST Monday. Alright. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday pass. Nothing. Not surprised at this point, honestly. Call back and guess what? HES THERE! For once. But guess what he tells us? He needed to verify our address but now that it’s verified we should receive a check within 10-12 days. Business days? Who knows. Do I trust him? Nope. He lied. Over and over saying he would do something and never did it until we called back at least five times after the fact to ask about it. This means my husband is without his prescription glasses. We are unable to drop $250 MORE to buy him another pair (though it will be cheaper because we will be going to target for the entirety of our lives now). I’m warning you, do not go here unless you want to pay more and receive the worst customer service of your life and literally never get your $250 back because it has to go through “corporate” since they don’t have cash or the ability to cancel our order or the ability to write us a check or the ability to do anything, really. I’m calling customer service tomorrow to check and make sure a check is actually coming because obviously this man does nothing.
Very bad customer service. The place probably isnt paying their employees well enough to be happy. Id probably go to a local store. This was 2nd visit and same tired, bad and inexperienced workers.
Good glasses, nice people
Nice to have the same eye Dr. year after year she remembers my history and the appointments go very fast.
Worst experience would not recoment and will not be doing any future buisiness.first they told me it would be2 to 3 day for lenses to be ready called on the 3rd day to see if they were ready the lady was rude and told me they would be ready in two weeks.may5th she said.l called no answer.called again no answer so l went over in person the lady said possibly may14 woul be ready.missed my dmv apointment because i need glasses to be able to do the test..
Really friendly, helpful, and fast
Very fast service. Three hours from dropping off prescription to having the glasses ready.I have bought at least 9 pairs of glasses from LensCrafters and I will return when I need news lenses.
I had bought some Ray bans found out that I could order them online very cheap so I returned them. Went back return them couldn’t refund me my money. Computer was down giving me the runaround so I dispute it on my account two months later my account is charging me again for Lance craft glasses that I do not have don’t go here
Do these clowns ever answer their phone?!? LOL, seriously, Ive been trying to reach them for a couple of days now and not once have they bothered answering. Theyre not that busy with the pandemic going on. The other location in Palmdale answers their phone, and theyre in the mall.
Went for my eye exam and everyone was nice and professional. They let me try on glasses just as long as I put them on a tray so that they can sanitize them afterwards. Received great service and would go back again.
Josh was amazing!
I didnt realize how difficult it would be to get glasses when you have to wear a mask. Youre told to go in alone (I prefer a friend being there to get some input) and they give you a tray to choose 5 frames. After choosing the frames you sit at the counter and try them on. I showed up a bit late and was glad that the women working there were friendly and didnt pressure me. I left the frames open since the workers have to clean each pair with rubbing alcohol while wearing gloves before putting them back, for customer safety. Its good that the company takes the health of the workers and customers seriously, but I wish they had small booths where you could take the mask off for a better view of the glasses. There is a nice selection, and I wish I had known earlier that most people end up bringing up multiple trays by the end when choosing a frame. I found a couple of pairs I really liked, but without taking the mask off or having anyone elses input, I didnt end up getting a pair. The price range for what I wanted was $300-$500. That included thinner (I think scratch resistent) lenses and a special coating for either driving at night or blue light from electronics. In the end I took a lot of pictures and ended up getting a cheap pair from the Walmart Optical Center. I didnt like the frames as much but the price was a total of $114. I could have gotten them for less but didnt want plastic lenses. I plan to return to lenscrafters and get 2 pairs there but for right now the cheaper pair will do. Especially since its unlikely that going in to try on any frames will happen for a little.while, even with the precautions (since LA County has such a high COVID rate right now). Under normal circumstances though, I think I could have found a pair of frames very easily. Narrowing it down to one pair would be harder! Great service and selection.
Clean, attentive, and very helpful. Thank you
WORST LENS CRAFTERS EVER! NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT OTHER STORES SAVE UR SELF TIME AND A HEADACHE DONT GO HERE! EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE ARE CLUELESS NEVER GOING BACK TO ANOTHER LENS CRAFTERS AFTER THIS EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE ID RATHER TAKE MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY
Go to any other LensCrafters but this one worst management ever
I was forced to go to lenscrafters due to the covid pandemic, (other places were closed). Went in hoping for assistance in picking out frames. They handed me a tray & said I was limited to trying on 5 pairs of frames. Had to walk across the room to look in a mirror. Couldnt take my mask off to see how they looked. The woman was looking at me impatiently the whole time. I picked some out, paid in full. She said 2wks. Its been 3 wks. I called and was told that they had the last # of my ph # wrong, so the text wasnt sent. But the glasses are there. So Im going to get them today. I hope they have turned out better than the service I have received from them.
Worse place ever. The first employee we spoke with was nice and the second not so much. The issue is that we were told our glasses would be ready this week, I just called and now they said they will be ready until next week, and that they would’ve never said anything about the glasses being ready this week. So now I’m also a liar? I’m leaving town on Sunday and would’ve never agreed to that if they had been honest. A over $600 bill and I have no glasses to travel with, I’m gone for a whole month and will have to deal with not having my glasses for that long. Very inconsiderate and rude people.
Love Dr. Susan, she’s great!
If I can give them no stars I would. I have always been coming to LensCrafters since I started wearing glasses and so has my family, but it’s honestly thee last time. I order glasses said they would be in 5 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and they said to wait at least another two weeks. Going in to the store to cancel the order and going somewhere else.
Rude as hell ivan no respect
I was very happy with the service I received.
I bought new gasses with new frames 4 months ago and this week the right lens fell out and got all scratched up so I brought them back and asked for new lenses and not only can they not fix them today but they wanted to charge me 419.00 for lenses and I paid 349.00 for them new with new frames . No you will not screw this customer. I will not use lenscrafters again ever ! Ill go to Costco or Sears or somewhere else to get glasses .GOOD BUY LENSECRAFTERS YOU LOST THIS CUSTOMER FOR LIFE .
I needed to replace my only pair of readers, today. Lens Crafters service was exceptional. They helped me find the best frames for my face and under my budget, and they texted me when the glassed were ready, on time.
Honestly the worst experience I have had since I started wearing glasses 18 years ago. Incompetent staff became very rude when they imputed my insurance information improperly and then treated me like I was trying to pull something on them. Ended up canceling my kids glasses. They keep calling me to come pick them up when I canceled. If they try to charge my insurance for glasses I didnt want I wouldnt be surprised. Never going here again.
The staff was great. Eye exam was very thorough.
Evrytime I walk every single employee has greeted me with great custumer service. I order conacts so they check my prescription and take care if me quickly and efficiently. 100% recommend!! 😎
I needed assistance with information regarding my pass visits. Thank you Shey for giving such excellent service.
Excelent service,They are friendly specialty Cailyn and Isabel they were so patient with me I recommend this placeI have to drive 45 minutes to that store because the service in Valencia where I live is terrible, very unprofessional
