Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time filled out required paper work and waited. And waited,was told at the time I was to be seen there would be a few minutes delay 30 minutes later I told the receptionist that I would be leaving. Not impressed by them being a dental office either,Loss my business and recommendations real quick. Seeking a specialist.

I had to schedule an appointment for my grandmother in-law (first time needing hearing aids). Scheduling was quick and easy. Pleasant. Kristy took the time to explain the whole process to us both. She made my grandmother feel at ease. Very personable and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was my first experience being fitted for a hearing aid. My Hearing Instrument Specialist from Aristocrat, Kristy Jensen was amazing. She really took time to test and adjust my hearing aid to get maximum performance. She encouraged many visits to fine tune my hearing aid so I could get the most out of it and taught me how the different features worked. I cant thank her enough for her time and dedication she took to make sure I had a great experience. Whether you are new to all of this or just need a professional specialist to get the most out of your hearing device, I would strongly recommend Kristy and Aristocrat Hearing Aid Associates.

Firstly, making the appointment was easy and pleasant. No matter. Who answers the phone, they are all courteous and friendly.Kristy, the hearing aid fitter, went out of her way to make sure my problem was solved even though my aids were not purchased through them.

Today was my first time here. I had hearing aids from another company that closed, Christy did a hearing test and fitted my hearing aids correctly and reprogrammed them. She took her time and talked and explained everything to me .I would refer anyone to go there.

To be honest there were some communication/scheduling issues at the beginning. But once I got in touch with Onelia Miranda things started to move very smoothly. Our relative now has his new hearing aids, and they seem to working quite well. I deeply appreciate Onelia, and her other office assistant Jalyn, for turning what started off as a negative into a positive.Thank you both!
