Stellar customer service. Israel and Bennie were awesome. Benny called several times to confirm my reservation and answer all of my questions leading up to moving day. Israel gave me a tour of where my unit was located and they set everything up perfectly for moving day. Moving is stressful and this positive experience made it bearable!

Ive had the pleasure of working with Bennie at Cube Smart. He resolved my issue without any hassle. Having someone to work with who is knowledgeable, empathetic and can get things done is the reason I will only use The Cube Smart Lantana location. Besides the fact the facility is kept pristine. I visited a ton of other self storage places and they looked run down. This location is safe, clean and they do regular exterminating. Thank you Bennie and thank you Cube Smart.

MICE!! I got a climate controlled 10x20 storage unit and was in there roughly three weeks during a move transition. When it came time to move out of the storage unit, many of our boxes were eaten through and heavily infested with mice poop. The mice ate through many boxes (17 boxes - of clothes, pillows, blankets and non perishable items in boxes - all household goods) had tons of fecal matter in them TONS. I just got pink eye from this and will take measures to hold this company responsible for what they dont want to be held accountable for. We had to throw a lot away because of the infestation. I brought this up to management and he didnt try to rectify the matter at all. He just apologized. We bought insurance as well and I read somewhere in the contract they take care of pest control. YIKES. I would highly UNRECOMMENED. The storage looked really clean as well so I was very deceived.

Went online and received better price for first 5 months. Had deal completed and approved in 15 minutes. Nice facility.

Extremely polite and respectful personnel! I was greeted by Israel who was helpful from the moment I arrived! He graciously showed me a variety of units (ALL super clean!) until I found the correct one needed. I highly recommend this particular CubeSmart (North 4th St. Lantana) especially with an employee as nice as Israel!

When i moved my belongings into the unit it wasn’t long until my things were infested with roaches and I was advised that there was nothing they could to assist me. Once my things were removed I was still being billed 3 months later after I told them I was moving out of location.

Our unit was very clean. The online contract made it very easy to set up an account and enter our unit without even having to go into the main office. Front staff was super nice and accommodating. Would definitely use this location again. Lantana, FL

Benny, the manager at the Lantana Road location was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Never thought renting a storage space could be enjoyable but he made it more fun than I thought possible. I would definitely go to this location if I have storage needs in the future.

Clean, neat and well-maintained facility. The only comment is there are NO Sanitizer stations available to ensure no transmission of Covid 19 from contact surfaces. There should be sanitizing stations by elevators and entry keypads.

Moved to this CubeSmart from a competitor farther away and we couldnt be more happy. Facilities are super clean, well lit and secure. Bennie is fantastic from the moment you walk through is door. A true professional and very courteous. We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Thank you Bennie for a great experience!

I can not express how clean, beautiful, and easy to navigate the facility is! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I got all my questions answered with genuine care about my business and belonging. I also observed that the facility is also heavily surveillanced which I’m glad about. I feel like my belonging are in good hands! I’m so glad I found this storage facility.

Great clean place. Staff is helpful and friendly. If I forget to make my payment they place a friendly call to remind me before late fees set in. I say that’s a hug win in my book.
