Rhada assured that I had a van when needed to move my storage items from off property over to this new unit. Everything was explained to the T. Best storage place I’ve been to so far.

This is the BEST place to do business, they truly care and value the customer experience! My mother is moving from SC so I recommended this storage facility since I live nearby. My mother is knee deep in the moving process and directly contacted the facility. Unfortunately, she became extremely confused about pricing and logistics during the process. During the entire process, the assistant manager, Michael miranda**, was extremely patient, attentive, responsive and professional. He expeditiously and diligently worked to review, research and resolve the misunderstanding

Office staff is good, location is perfect, but out of almost year of renting space they have raised the rent twice, they are always having issues with there gate not closing for weeks, making accessible to anyone to enter, even though nothing has happen as of yet the security lacks safety, plan on moving out ASAP
