When another shop in town wanted $3000 to pull out the engine of my Subi to do new seals because of a fairly bad leak, I decided to shop around. Bob quoted me the same work at less than half the cost, but in the end he found the issue was simply a loose oil filter, AND recognized an additional issue that couldve led to a dangerous accident, which saved me from an expensive repair.Bob clearly explained the work being done and the issues he had found. I felt confident leaving my car in Bobs hands. Thanks!

They were awesome, called to get a price quote on a new wheel bearing for my truck and they were $50 cheaper than anywhere else. Then asked when they could get my truck in and I was able to take it straight down there. They looked at my truck found that it was something else I needed replace which brought the bill down even lower. Went for about an hour and a half walk and they had my truck done. In and out same day. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES!!!

My wife and daughter broke down on the way from Cleveland Ohio to Rexburgh ID and I called RCB from Cleveland in the hopes that they could help. Excellent service; saved me a ton of money! The studs that hold the oxygen sensor in the exhaust pipe on my Toyota Sienna had rusted or sheared off. Toyota dealer said the only way THEY could fix it was to replace the whole exhaust assembly for $1700! I took it to RCB Auto Services and the owner, Bob, fixed it personally in about 15 minutes. He welded on two new metric studs and put it back together and reset the oxygen sensor diagnostic code to remove the check engine light on the dash. He only asked $20! I gave this saint $40. Honest guy. Highly recommended. I will be back. Thanks Bob!

My car broke down 30 miles outside Laramie. I had it towed to RCB Auto. Turns out it needed a new alternator. The guys here quickly found the part in town and stayed late to fix it for me so I could continue on my trip that day! Great service and no problems with the car since!

In a bind from out of town and needed someone to check out our car following a breakdown. He could have taken advantage and charged big $$ but instead charged nothing even after we offered to pay. Big credit for honesty and helpfulness.

My car was making some terrible sounds, so I thought I ought to have a mechanic look at it. I dropped it off at RCB and they were able to find out it was just some rocks that had somehow got caught up in the brakes. They wouldnt let me pay anything for what they considered such a simple fix. You have to commend that type of honesty and customer service. I will definitely bring my car back to RCB should I have any vehicle troubles.

I wont take my car anywhere else in Laramie. Bob does high quality work at low rates and in a timely manner. Ive taken my car to him for many different repairs and he always goes above and beyond to troubleshoot properly, complete the repair within my schedule, and keep the costs low for me. I couldnt ask for more!

I came in with a steering problem and they lubed it up and fixed it within 20 minutes. I asked how much I owed them and they told me it was for free. These are good people. They care about people and they are very laid back and friendly.

Brought in my vehicle to have a fuel pump replaced. They were able to get it in and out on same day. Fair prices and right on the free estimate. Will take all my vehicles to RCB from now on.

It was 3:00 P.M. on good Friday and our power steering went out. We were from out of town and had to be in Denver that night. We figured nobody would be open or able to finish the job that day. We called RCB auto repair and they said bring it on over. They had us taken care of in 30 minutes and charged us half of what they quoted us at. The service was excellent and it was nice to find people who are still honest with their auto shops.If we lived in that town we would bring are vehicles there everytime we needed work done. Thanks again for saving our vacation!

Bob was extremely helpful with my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had made an appointment the week before to have the rear differential inspected as it was leaking, I was also having a problem with the interior lights. I showed up a few minutes before they opened and was greeted and given no problems for dropping it off. I was called before noon and told that the total repair would be well under what I had expected. And to top it off the light problem was due to my own user error. I was very thankful that Bob explained this to me rather than charging me for a fuse or something. At pick up he mentioned that my u-joint was on its way out and outlined a series of different options I had when it finally goes. I was not pressured into fixing it now but was very grateful for the explaination. Overall a great experience. Pleasent and timely. I will be back when that u-joint finally goes.

Bob rebuilt and tuned my 1974 Scouts carburetor and was reasonably priced. I am very happy with the quality of the work done.

Rob and his team are very honest and will find what needs fixing, and fix it. No rip offs, no BS charges. Im not a car guy and couldve been easily overcharged. Example: all sorts of warning lights came on, speedometer doesnt work, stuck in low gear, major mayhem in short. Turns out a rabbit chewed through a wire, RCB fixed it, and it was cheap in the end. If they told me I needed a new on-board computer I wouldve believed it. Their shop is not filled with slick salesmen, but with dirty, but honest mechanics. I wish all shops were like this.

Had a great experience with Bob, I was surprised by how quickly he responded and was able to work on my vehicle. Within 24 hours he had fixed my axel, and for half the price and a fourth of the time I was quoted elsewhere.

The main mechanic was unable to repair my jeep. He continously tried and racked up a large bill. The jeep was never repaired but I paid the shop around $800.00. Not a good business from my experience(s).

Helpful as always and stayed within reason of estimate. Also let me know of other issues for free, did not pressure me.

They do good work. This is the most honest shop in laramie and they know their stuff. Their pricing is second to none. Look no further for a decent shop in laramie, trust me. Other shops are wolves in sheeps clothing. But not here. He earns your trust and keeps it by being HONEST. he doesnt lose it by being a part salesman. Great guy and great service will keep me coming back!

Dropped a car off on a Tuesday. Claimed he would check it out the next day. Called the next Wednesday asking about it. Lied to me telling me they were working on it right now. Drove by and the car hadnt moved. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
