Great place for the entire family. The kids love it and the adults too. Staff and doctors are always friendly and warm. We never have had to wait. Selection of glasses is large also. Lots of Covid precautions taken here as well

Dr. Levine and the team were great! I appreciate they give you honest feedback and give you their opinion if you really need glasses or not. My wife and I came in for a routine exam that I havent had in years. Their eye exam test were kind of fun lol.

I went in last month for a new prescription and glasses - first time going with Optic Gallery.For starters, both receptionists were welcoming, attentive, and made the visit comfortable.Then, the wait for Dr. Jordan wasnt long. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, patiently answering my questions, and genuine. Honestly, he is now one of the three best optometrists in my 20yrs getting glasses!After the exam, processing and ordering my glasses was smooth. Sandy was aaamazing, fast and effective, kind, you name it!Finally, I was told 7-10 days and it didnt take longer than that. Im honestly very glad I went with Optic Gallery and this location! They nailed my glasses, first try! Vision was crisp and clear when I wore my new glasses. Everyone and everything was great! :)

I was referred here from the VA hospital, and my experience was really good. The young lady who checked me in was really sweet. The doctor was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but super easy to talk to. He turned me onto disposable lenses which have been so convenient for me. Sandy checked me out, and it was quick and easy and she was very polite. I look forward to being a returning patient!

Went in their office and had brought my own frames to get them in my prescription. They wouldn’t do it cause my prescription was expired?? ... with no reminder call or text, no notice not even an email saying it was expired . My current prescription is fine and I had no issue with it . I work 6 days a week in the healthcare field, and this was my only time I was able to go in and get a new pair of glasses . this was very inconvenient and the receptionist didn’t care. Wasted my time.

At first I was very happy with the service I had with Optic. Then my lenses were scratched, and that is when the nightmare began. Before I mailed them back (since I am out of state at my vacation house) I have several conversations with them about needing them mailed back ASAP as my only other pair were sunglasses. I was told they understood and had my lenses ready and waiting for the frames. Couple weeks go by and nothing, so I call and am told they have been waiting for me to pick up for over a week. I became irritated and again explained they were to ship them to me since I am out of state. Few days later I call again to check status, and am told they still have them waiting to be shipped out when they finally get my daughters set in a few weeks!!! Again I want to stress I have severely bad eyesight, an astigmatism, and those are my ONLY set of glasses. So to try and save a few dollars on shipping they are willing to let my vision be set aside, migraines to continually come as they do to anyone who needs glasses but do not have them. I am now demanding to hear from the Office/Business Manager and for my glasses to be overnighted. I have not heard back from anyone as of yet, and am having visual issues since I am trying to wear sunglasses day and night.

My daughter who is in 7th grade fell and broke the arm of her glasses, we were thankful to learn our warranty was still active. We called to report the issue, and since we are currently out of state asked that while they waited for the new frames to arrive in the office if she could continue to wear these and we would mail then. We were told no that they were not allowed to make a claim without having the glasses in the store for verification. We were then instructed to send a text with images of the frames and scratches on the lenses. We did, but still had to send them first. My daughter has no other set, but we sent them in assuming it would be a short process. A few days later we are called and told her frames are on back order, and would not be available for several weeks. We understand they cannot control the quantity. However, they can control the fact that their team did not look to verify that those frames were in stock, or could be order quickly, and I say team because the girl we originally talked with put us on hold and spoke with the Optician before the final verdict of needing them in store. So now we are entering week three of no glasses, and still no ETA on when we will get them back. So my 12 year old now has to deal with headaches, visual issues with school, and the constant squinting to try and read anything she needs to complete school and her daily life. The wait continues, praying they come quickly for her relieve, and that this place gets their customer service lined out so more patients do not suffer as my child currently is.

It’s been more than a month since my appointment. They said it will be ready in 7-10 days. They have my eyeglasses but they gave me the wrong one. Then they said they’ll fix it again but it ended up as sunglasses. They said it will ready in 7 days since they put a rush to it and guess what? They said it will still take another week or so. Maybe I’ll be able to get my glasses next year? I dont know? This is insanely ridiculous. Very bad customer service.

UPDATE: Dr. Jordan reached out to me personally and more than remedied the situation. He was extremely apologetic, humble, and sincere, and I am very grateful his immediate response. I am hopeful that the miscommunication errors will not happen again, and we can move forward from this. He is truly an exceptional doctor who cares._________There is obviously a clear lack of communication among the staff. They screwed up twice and gave me the wrong brand of contact lenses. Most recently, I purchased a 3 month supply of a specific lens that we had finalized with the doctor, and they gave me a different brand instead—the brand I had told them I didn’t like. Trusting them and not realizing they were the wrong contacts, I opened the box and put on a pair. I later realized it was again the wrong brand, which I had paid a substantial amount of money for.On another occasion, they purchased the wrong lenses, told me they would be delayed, then after they came in I had to wait again for the correct pair to arrive. Additionally, no one ever contacted me to let me know my contacts were available for pickup. It’s been such a headache. If it weren’t for how great Dr. Jordan is, I’d be leaving this facility immediately.

Edited 1-27-21: I received a follow-up call from Dr. Jordan to rectify my previous concerns with the practice. This review will be updated again, once the appointment has been completed.Completed an online request for an appointment. That was three weeks ago, with no follow-up call from the office to schedule an appointment. I refuse to do business with a company that does not follow-up. I would NOT recommended this business for optical care needs.

They got great variety of selections and they suggested a glasses for me and my son.

I was there today for the 1st time..Staff were very friendly, office is well kept.Dr. Andrea Radtke, OD was so thorough..Im very much impressed..Ill definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Incredibly Customer Service, selection, and vibe! I went in to have high-end frames repaired. It was a simple repair and they didnt charge me. And offered me coffee on my way out even though I didnt buy anything. But I will definitely be going in there for my next eye appointment and to get my next set of frames/lenses

Finding a great eye doctor is a secret thats worth sharing. Ive been so pleased with my experience that I even scheduled my annual visits during my vacation when I lived in Tx. If youre ever looking for a new eye doctor, call Optic Gallery Summerlin. Youll be glad you did!

I do not recommend this place! I had an appointment on 7/08/19 and was told it normally takes 7-10 days to receive my glasses, but they will put a rush on it and it will take about 3-5 days! Here we are 7/18/19 and yet I still have no glasses and not sure when I’ll have them. I work early mornings 4am and it’s dark at that time of hour, I’ve been taking risks driving without my glasses and not happy at all. I’m so upset and should have went elsewhere.

I have seen many optometrists over the past 10 years and it has always been for contacts. A few days ago for the first time I went and got fitted for glasses. From start to finish, my overall experience was better than I had anticipated. From the eye tests with the puff of air in your eyes to seeing the actual optometrist for the eye exam, I was very pleased, at the least. The optometrist was very knowledgeable (I would hope) and he pointed out a few things I did not know about. Also, his recommendations for glasses and contacts were very much appreciated. Sadly, I am moving to NY in 1 week so I wont be returning to this office but if I werent moving, I know for sure that this office would be the only office I would ever return back to for glasses, contacts and eye exams. I definitely recommend this office hands down, without a doubt!

This will be my optometrist!For exams they are GREAT!However..... it took over 2 months to get my glasses as their lab kept messing up the lenses.I love the Tiffanys glasses that I got, very much, but I wont be getting glasses/lenses from them again.

I arrived early and was seen early. The staff is friendly and competent. I requested dilation and digital retina photography (DRP) and both exams were conducted quickly. This was probably the most comprehensive and thorough eye exam Ive had yet. The doctor took her time and completely explained the results of all the tests and examinations. I have a complete understanding of the health of my eyes and look forward to a follow-up in a years time.

The staff here are very friendly and polite and the office is clean and pleasant. They have a wide selection of frames available at a good price range. I will definitely be back!

Worst opticians I have ever experienced in my life!I made my first appointment, which I had to cancel due to a migraine. The female that I spoke to was not happy that I cancelled and told me in no uncertain terms that if I cancelled another appointment then they would charge me. I was so upset I hung up, she made me feel as though I was lying just to get out of an appointment, people that suffer with migraines know that it would be pretty useless turning up for an eye appointment with migraine!My husband talked me into making a second appointment, which I kept, and I liked Dr Jordan. At the time of the contact lens fitting Dr Jordan did say that it wouldnt be perfect, which I put his comments down to me having the start of a migraine. I ended up getting the trial contacts anyway, the only thing is when I was able to wear the contact, I noticed I couldnt see, anything. So I called to make a appointment to go back in. I was told they couldnt get me in, I told them I could wait until they had an appointment it wasnt urgent as I had my glasses, again I was told they couldnt get me in, but I could go in to sit and wait. I asked what the point of this was as I could waste a whole day without being seen, the person then said oh well make sure we see you before closing! If you make sure you see walk ins, why cant you get me in any other time?At this point I asked for my prescription to be emailed to me, and Ive gone elsewhere to fill it.I will not waste my time, energy or money with this optician again. Not only was I made out to be liar, my trial contacts arent right, and the person that took my call wouldnt give me an appointment.

Great place, lot of choices .Optical tech was helpful not pushy.Doctor was able to refer me to ophthalmologist for my glaucoma.

I went expecting the great customer service and warm and friendly staff everyone writes about. Lerner was rude and touched my child’s eye with unwashed hands and took phone calls and texts during the examination. From my seat near the door, I heard a staff member discuss HIPAA protected information very loudly. It goes without saying that we’ll never use or recommend this location again.

Everyone was awesome! Very warm. I felt like family :-) would definitelyrecommend to any one concerned about there eyes. Dr. Wess Jordan is very precise and caring. I am truly excited about picking up my glasses!!!!!!

This is the first eye doctor I had seen when I moved into town and it looks like the only office I will go to. The staff is always friendly....wonderful staff, and the doctor doesnt make you feel like he is rushing you through the appointment. Often times you feel like cattle being rushed in and rushed out, not here. Dr. Jordan explains everything and took the time to listen to my questions and did not leave the room until I was totally satisfied. This is a rarity in the medical field.This office is a keeper for me.....thank you :)

I had a very good experience at Optic Gallery Summerlin. Dr. Radtke and the staff are very courteous and professional. I felt as if my satisfaction was of the utmost concern. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and after filling out paperwork, I was pretested by Nikki, who was very friendly. Dr. Radtke gave me a very thorough exam and explained in terms that I could understand what my prescription indicated about my eyesight. Following my exam the doctor informed the optician, Cindy what my needs were. Cindy took the time to help me pick out several frames for my consideration. Staff was polite, the quality of the glasses were terrible. Even with the help of insurance there was a lot of out of pocket expence. The lenses were supposed to be non scratch and prevent night blindness. I had to make many trips back to address problems and they were never solved. They did offer half off to fix the problems. I have worn glasses for over 25 years and never experienced any problems as I have here. I will pay full price elsewhere and eliminate the hassles experienced here.

Yes they are very nice when you come in, however when it comes to solving issues they are incompetent i waited a whole week after leaving 2 messages for someone to get back to me i finally called back and thank God i did no one had any idea i was suppose to get a call back WOW. Not to mention they ordered the wrong prescription the first time i had to reschedule a second appointment to get the right prescription overall it took them 3 weeks to get me the right contacts HORRIBLE!

Waste of my time I booked an appointment last week as soon as I got there this morning they couldnt find any appointment booked and said that my plan doesnt cover vision when I set up an appointment with them not even a week prior gave them my member number and everything not only did they not call and verify that I couldnt be seen the lady at the front desk let me fill out the forms and told me Im not covered and to be seen for a normal exam would be $99 very unprofessional if you have Health Plan of Nevada Stay away from this office
