Every review is correct. A short lady working in copies clearly has a problem with customer service skills (She has none), Then shes yelling at my friend and I to check in (we did) and she sees all these people in line after he, and waits until were being served and yells at people in back of us to check in. Then we give them a copy job, and because its two different sizes of paper, they said we would have to wait so we agreed to wait, then they turn around and said that we would have to do it ourselves. So as soon as we did it ourselves the printer jammed and we waited 10, minutes in a store that wasnt busy to get it unnamed. It is very clear no manager or employee at 5hat store cares about their job or helping anyone. This is the worst store I have ever been in.

Have you ever seen so many 1 stars for such a big company before? Management needs to step in and correct these people.

Its clear that employees here hate their job, and it seems to trickle down from indifferent management. Checkin system is glitchy and staff is condescending and impatient.

Super slow service a printing kiosk. There were two guys and they did not care about the line of people waiting for their services. The signing kiosk is a joke!!!

Wow I was waiting at the door before they opened and they let a woman just run in front of me and another friend which they took first at the print and copy way to pay attention to customer service this is really annoying and associates just standing around not helping
