I’ve been wanting a Bambu in Vegas for so long. My brother (in CA) told me there was one and I was so psyched. We finally made it out here and glad that the menu is consistent like the ones in CA. My all time favorite is #5 the avocado, runner up is #1 the original. Their smoothies are tasty and flavorful, taro and strawberry to be specific. Minus one star for the workers not being all the same in how they make it. First time coming here, my #5 was just bleh and a little runny but 2nd visit was exactly how I remember it.

I ordered the drink number 1 and a few others, and they tasted good. The place has free WiFi, fast service, a nice setup, and good drinks 👍🏻

The drinks are good but one of the staff need to have some customer skill lessons.I used to own Bambu in OKC, OK.

Drinks are tasty. Customer service however needs to be reevaluated. Felt like we were being rushed to order. Don’t treat your paying American customers like that

When we came in to the place, it was empty and no one was behind the counter. Somebody finally came out to get our order after waiting for few minutes. I ordered a regular vanilla boba tea which is my gauge for a good Boba drink. I was disappointed. The drink has a wierd taste like cough medicine. I will not recommend this place. No wonder it is empty.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this place which has the delicious Vietnamese dessert. My dad found it very refreshing, which is good enough for me. There is plenty of seating, and the staff is very friendly and helpful

The girl wanted to charge us $.25 for a plastic spoon which we were willing to pay. She forgot to ring up 1 of our drinks and when we told her ( in a very nice way) she argued instead of apologizing and ring it up. Horrible service

Amazing staff, great people, amazing food and drinks they have everything you order quick and the presentation is beautiful, deffinantly a must go if your in vegas or Chinatown

Taro drink was very good! Pretty filling as it offers lots of jelly. Also got 3 macaroons & to my surprise they were very soft & tasty.Nice service & lots of options.Looking forward to coming again to try the crepes.

I decided to give this place another try after the initial snafu from previous. I def wanted some Taro and I know this place makes a wonderful drink. So upon entering was greeted with fabulous service. Asked if we had any questions. I didnt as I was already familiar with the menu.Opted for the Taro Lover and a Mango Tea. Both were fabulous. Everything was wonderfully made. I even came back and got an Smashed Avocado drink, and a Strawberry Yogurt drink as well. Everything was perfect. I am a big fan of Taro so it just made my night that much more.Interior is light and airy. There are alot of KPOP decorations everywhere which was fun for me. There is a small table top arcade game to play should you choose while waiting for your drinks to be made. Everything was very clean and it is Covid Evident in there. Staff is wearing masks to ensure your safety.Would def recommend - pricing was reasonable. I wanted to give this place another try and I am glad that I did. I have been back several times since and the customer service, drinks continue to stack up better than my initial visit.

I love this place so much! Such an amazing experience! Drinks were made with authentic ingredients. I would highly recommend stopping by to get refreshments. Staff were friendly. Price is considerably reasonable. I bought 2 drinks and both were very refreshing.

Drinks are fine. Typically overpriced and super sweet like many popular boba shops but Id say it was your standard. The dessert options were more enticing / interesting, Id maybe try those on a future visit.WARNING: If using tap-to-pay at the credit card terminal, the screen stays on the TIP screen when you are supposed to tap. If you tap towards lower half of the screen it will update your tip to 20% and charge you at the same time... I didnt mind tipping them but it doesnt give you a choice to review and agree before paying. Bad software, not the restaurants fault.

Awesome place for refreshing drinks! Very clean! Staff are friendly! Owner of the business is very personable and welcoming to regulars from what I’ve observed. Not only is welcoming she’s a very smart beautiful woman. Looks like she could model the drinks herself and kill the market. I always look forward to seeing her when I go. She’s a gem.

This place is so beautiful 😍 and the drinks are so delicious and refreshing! My favorite one is #1 BAMBU Special that coconut and pandan jelly is 🔥🔥🔥 the Taro Lover is my husband’s favorite because of its sweetness!

If I could leave 0 stars I would.Came in to get Boba for my birthday and owner was rude from the start. I got my drinks and they were disgusting. My jasmine green tea tasted like sugar syrup and our coffee was way too bitter. When I told her about it she rudely asked how did I want it fixed, so I asked for a refund. Then to make things worse she threw my money on the counter. If you’re visiting Vegas like me and want boba, I don’t recommend.Your customers aren’t the blame for your slow business and bad day.

If you want a more sophisticated version of your standard boba tea than Bambu is a good place to check out!Id consider Bambu elevating and expanding on the Boba-verse and showing you what this Taiwanese-inspired drink can be. It can be a drink, it can be a dessert--it can be both! The various jellies, puddings, and add-ins makes it so that you are never really bored with what you get.I really enjoy how they have real taro added rather than just the chalky powder stuff that most other places use. I ended up getting the Taro Lover and it is probably my favorite taro drink that I have had out of all the boba establishments I have tried so far. Definitely recommend if you like taro!!

I got their salted caramel iced coffee. It was a good coffee just not as strong as I would like it but still good! I really did enjoy how they have board games so you can play some games with your friends while you wait or while you are drinking your beverage.

Fun little shop for Vietnamese style drinks and desserts! It may not be glitzy and glamorous but its quite a nice spot to hang out while enjoying yummy treats with family and friends.Parking can be a little tricky since its centrally located in Chinatown where its one the most visited tourist attractions in Las Vegas. Watch out for those impatient drivers who might cut you off as well!There are many colorful drink options, youre guaranteed to find something you like. I have tried several drinks and my most favorites were still #1 Bambu Special and #10 Bambu Favorite. They were just delicious with the right amount of ice and sweetness. I love how they use freshly cut coconut juice or daily prepared coconut milk base, combine with a variety of fruits and yummy jellies that just give the drinks a bunch of different flavors and textures, so refreshing and tasty. Definitely a fun and delicious treat to drink.I wasnt super impressed with customer service but I absolutely enjoyed my drinks:) Although it was a challenge to find parking there. But aside from that everything was great and I would go back again without hesitation!!

I went here the other day and the girl made me a drink the wrong way and was rude about it. I even pointed to the picture of what I wanted. She would not give me name when I told her I was going to make a complaint. The same girl pretending to be the store manager called back and wouldnt even apologize about the incident.

If you have a day off and plan on spendispending almost half of your meaningful day here waiting for your desert drink, this is the place! I generally spend about half a day here trying to get my order correct and waiting for my order. During my long wait here I enjoy the provocative hip hop that they play. Immediately after I receive my desert drink, I am ready to go rob and kill someone. Oh, the AC is nice and cool

Went out to buy groceries nearby and noticed this store. I decided to try it out. The drinks were amazing, but the drinks were kind of pricey.

I asked specifically if the durian smoothie was the real fruit, cashier told me yes its the real fruit not powder. When I received it it was a bright yellow and it did not smelled like durian. I will never get a smoothie again from Bambu. Maybe the other drinks are better.

( This review is by a 24 year old female who has been in customer service for over 6 years in Las Vegas.)I just went there to pick up an item from Wish.My experience with the woman at front counter with the fake lips and EDC clothes?She made me stand there while she texted on the phone, not saying one welcome, sorry give me one moment, no, just stand there. I cleared my throat, no budging. I said excuse me, no acknowledgement.I looked up and saw crystals in a lamp, so I flicked them to make a noise and oh no my store, my money, my decorations.What a selfish person, especially if shes the owner. Dont go here for drinks, dont go here for Wish.The male employee that came out from the back was polite and helpful with the other people that came in behind me for drinks.The woman didnt welcome them.The couple that came behind them didnt get a welcome and just left.Train yourself and your employees better.

Jackfruit smoothie with Boba is GREAT!!

Avocado smash was like they threw 3 while ones in a cup so not good and the strawberry milk tea tasted like watered down sour strawberry juice. 2nd time Ive tried going back and both times i was unsatisfied with either experience

It was our first time getting boba drink from Bambu. I was very disappointed with the drink I got. I ordered a regular size honeydew melon flavor (Ive had honeydew boba from more than one boba drink place). This is by far the worst boba drink Ive ever had. The drink itself tasted nothing like honeydew, nd instead of a Fresh melon flavor it was bitter and tasted artificial. It was really bad, and it wasnt cheap $5.60 for a regular size drink. I end up throwing the whole drink away.

Really liked it here, you do have a few choices on the milk teas smoothies and coffees here. Next time I’ll try the sweets like the mochi but for my first time I liked it here.

I had a friend recommend this place to me for the best Che Ba Mau (#3 on the menu). I was so impressed with the dessert as it was really for me the best Ive ever had as well. Typically, when Ive enjoyed this dessert in Toronto, it consists of: red bean, white bean, mung bean paste, pandan jelly, shaved ice and coconut milk. The che ba Mau at Bambu surprised me with taro paste instead of mung bean paste, and an amazing chewy pandan jelly. The chew is similar to the chew of a boba except in a noodle form.I will definitely return to try other menu items, such as the avocado smash.

I had nothing to do and accidentally stumbled into this place. Staff is really friendly, my iced coffee was beyond amazing, plus free wifi! Definitely will visit again!

You got to try their Mochi also... youll never be disappointed. The real deal.

This place is delicious. Its essentially Vietnamese dessert (che) in a cup. I got #10 and everyone really enjoyed it.

Best boba in my opinion. Prices are steeper like 7 dollars for a drink though...

Staff is extremely friendly and service fast! Mimi the owner is very sweet! I got a Lychee Mango smoothie which was perfectly blended and tasted amazing! One of the best Boba places around (: they carry coffee drinks, teas, mochi ice cream and more! I highly recommend!

I stopped by to take care of a quick dessert fix after lunch..Bambu did their thing witheir Che drinks.Bambu Service & Ambiance: Theres plenty of couches and mobile tables that can be moved to accommodate larger groups. Additionally they had a flat screen tv on the wall to watch and provide some background noise ambiance. There was only one employee at (Thursday) lunch time who take care of the drinks and the cashiering. Friendly and she got all 3 of our drinks made rather quickly and was very friendly. Well done.Bambo Che drinks: From their website..Chè is a Vietnamese word for home-made beverages, dessert drinks and puddings. Our Chè is made to order using freshly cut coconut water or daily prepared coconut milk combined with select exotic, healthy and delicious ingredients. With that, I had the #10 Bambu favorite: Red Tapioca, grass jelly, pandan jelly, and coconut milk. Shaved ice proportion was perfect with the ingredients. The ingredients were fresh which helped enhanced the taste of the drinks here.They offer so many different types of drinks that a repeat visit is inevitable. Im eyeing the oolong sea salt tea on the next visit but thats another yelp tale, enjoy! =)

Bad business!!!So I went to get some drinks but when I asked for the bathroom they responded with the bathroom is not for the public? You sell drinks, and the costumers can’t use your bathroom? This is something they need to work on. Thanks to Pho Kim Long for letting me USE your bathroom.

The girls(employees) are great here...really good customer service. Drinks are amazing. I love that they have outlets to charge phone and offer free wifi. So I get to enjoy a great beverage, listen to hot music videos in their flatscreen tv while catching up on their wifi writing reviews like this one...lol
