I’ve been here 3 times at night and can say: their vegan ice cream is really creamy, they have an excellent variety, the batches are consistent so you know what to expect when you visit, and they’re open late. What more can you ask for out of an ice cream shop with vegan options?Only downside... because their ice cream is so good they often run out of their most popular vegan flavors in the evenings (at least the times I’ve visited).Tip: Call and place your order ahead!

Their halo halo is a modern take and I think it’s great! I read about it and got it without the spicy jack fruit. There was a lot of stuff in there and the portion was huge. The ice creams in there were really good. I like the boba in there as well. My husband got the cookies and cream, he enjoyed it but wished there was more cookies in there. My friend loves this place and usually gets their peach green tea. Good dessert place!

I highly recommend the macaroon ice cream sandwich, the taro and red velvet shell goes super well with the cookies and cream ice cream. Our go to cookie ice cream sandwich is the oreo shell and cookie butter ice cream.

Always a great ice cream place! They have many flavor options and cute drink cups shaped like bears and light bulbs that you can pay $3 (light bulbs) or $4 (bears) to keep. Hokkaido and sea salt are super yummy together with a balanced, less-sweet taste for those interested. Their phone wasnt taking calls for pickup orders tonight but I dont fault them for that.

SCOOP LV has been the ice cream place that I usually go to. They have a variety of flavors to select from. I visited it again this weekend and got a to-go cup for Cookie Dough. The place looks really cool and youth-friendly. Lots of chairs to have ice cream and hangout. One thing though is that their ice cream is a little bit on the icy side now. It used to be very creamy but maybe I got a bad batch. Otherwise, staff was friendly, price was good, so I’ll definitely would visit again for another ice cream.

This is a great place to go for tea or ice cream. 4 types of ice cream too. The flavors ( tried three teas) were awesome. Wonderful customer service amd plenty of options. This place serves unique homemade ice cream flavors and macaroons, along with other delicious items on their menu. I mean?! Sure DQ is an option but it’s a franchise ice cream chain, they don’t care like this place does. Why give your money to cooperate America when we can help one another out? Small businesses like this is where it’s at! My family loves the anime theme treats and ice cream, the staff is super friendly, laidback, quiet spot off the strip to enjoy your dessert. Scoops, a place that serves Ice Cream And Boba Drinks. Yes, this review is now edited to fit the current owner and times. For starters The place has gotten a much better look, more graffiti art less anime oriented. Second, the drinks and ice cream are still the same, if not better then the previous owner. Lastly, everything is much more organized, with macrons in place, toppings showed off, and prices easy to read. A nice inprovement over the previous era.

They have regular ice creams and desserts but they also have a pretty big selection of vegan ice cream and milkshakes. It was a pleasant surprise and the flavor tastes pretty good, more natural than anything from the store (I got pistachio!) I would definitely go there again.

I love love love this place! I fell in love with their Hokkaido milk tea but recently tried one of their famous shakes. The creamy mango one and it was soooo delicious. They have these cute robot bear looking cups and the staff is always super nice. Highly recommend!

They have excellent ice cream flavors, but the best thing I experienced there is the ice cream texture, creamy, and kept at the perfect temperature, and that is the sole reason for four stars review. I also like the touch of the classic arcade games in the shop. If I only reviewed the establishment and the service, Im not sure if I would give them even three stars. Service was poor, they dont seem to be interested in their work, or the customer satisfaction at all. The restroom could use better cleaning, and they were also out of the hand towels, while the electric dryer is not provided. There is also coin change machine for the arcade games, but its not operable.

This place is super cute! Theres an anime theme, and the artwork all over matches well. The ice cream is very tasty! I had a macaron sandwich, which was honestly a little too sweet for me, but overall very good. They also have board games to play, which is always nice!

This place offers vegan icecream and oh man, so good!! Absolute favorite is the vegan coffee and vegan strawberry icecream. They offer do much other items too from boba tea, to dippin dots, to regular icecream. Its a place where anyone and everyone (even picky eaters) can find something they like here.

The decor is wild but the scoop is delicious. This is the only place that I get green tea ice cream from. Their other flavors are good too but I stick with that flavor because its not made the same everywhere else Ive tried.Service is always decent and friendly. Theyve added a video game console for fun time play. I think its cool but Im afraid the controllers would be sticky.Enjoy!

Got the vegan oreo shake with vegan vanilla ice cream. The flavor was delicious but it was not thick at all eventhough I requested extra thick. Disappointed but may come back again...on the fence. Phone line busy every time I tried to call back.

Was good. Didnt have all the items that they actually have on the menus outside and you have to call in your order because they dont allow anyone inside. Was kinda weird about that because I had to call outside the place in the heat.

More importantly to me, the staff is great... great personalities... always willing to offer a taste of any of their flavors... they hold conversations with you when possible. Tried it for the for the first time today not so good let me just say it was just a waste of 70.00 something dollars I ordered 8 items 7 of them were in the bear containers and l large so their were 5 Taro slush with boba it cost extra .50 cents for the boba the bear containers were an extra 3.99 I didnt mind because they are cute so the boba slush with the bear container is 8 + Dollars the the other 2 flavors were thai tea slush and honeydew slush etc and a large taro Slush they all had Boba it was not good at all my friends reccomend this place its okay 1st and last time...

Best Ice Cream in town with amazing selections!

This is the best ice cream I have ever had! I was so happy to find a place that has true non-dairy ice cream made from almond milk! There were about 8 non-dairy flavors and they also had a lot of regular ice cream flavors. Along with regular cups and cones they also have macaroon shells and oreo shells to make ice cream sandwiches which were delicious! The customer service was beyond excellent! Sammy assisted us and she was wonderful, so friendly and pleasant and she was very patient, allowed us to try the different flavors! They also sell bubble tea which they make with almond milk which is awesome, I still havent been able to find any other place that makes bubble tea with almond milk or dairy free options! Definitely recommend 100%, wisb we could have been here longer to have it again!

My husband loves their strawberry cheesecake milk cakes that are absolutely overpriced. 6.50 small and 7.50 for a large if I remember right. They have Dippin dots, the real name brand, Smiths be selling those fake brand ones that taste like 🤢🤮. But again its pricey. The large little cup is 6.99. So I mean this is a once in awhile treat in my book. The boba tea is not so good to me. Theres a way better boba tea place on warm springs and rainbow (no. 1 boba tea) which I highly recommend. This place has great ice cream and vegan options which I do not get into, but I just feel like a lot of the workers there really be looking at you for a tip. So that is my big turn off. How about you tip me for waiting 15mins for two drinks and paying 15+ for them. Nah nah nah.

I had a vegan brownie Sundae: so decadent and chocolaty. Fun atmosphere too, especially if you like anime.

Visited here on my way to the airport. As someone who doesnt eat dairy products, I was amazed at how delicious their ice cream was. Most fake ice creams fall flat when it comes to the richness or texture, but this locations desserts were on point in every aspect. Also, its got a fun atmosphere, with a few retro arcade games and lots of neat wall art!

Located off of 215 and Jones and less than 10 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip, Scoop is a great local find that has amazing and unique ice cream flavors and refreshingly delicious flavored teas and boba!I was amazed with how many unique flavors they had: Nutella Banana, Caramel Sea Salt, Taro, Cookie Monster! I couldn’t make up my mind!The staff was very friendly/helpful and allowed me to taste the flavors that I wanted to.Prices were affordable and the portions were a good size!Business Hours are also amazing because they stay open late. Scoop stays open until 1am! It’s a good spot to hangout. There are different board games that are available for customers to play while they enjoy their delicious desserts.There are also Vegan options!!! :)

I went in there about 9pm. Not only was it over 100 degrees outside but the door was open and it felt like 120 degrees inside. There was no air conditioning on at all. Also there were 5 teenagers in line tasting every flavor. There were 3 people behind the counter and not one person acknowledged me or my family. I waited patiently then they started having a conversation with them. After feeling hot and invisible we walked out and they didn’t care. Don’t waste your mind on this place the customer service stinks. I will never go back there again. If I could give it no starts I would.

Im so freaking mad I just paid FOURTEEN DOLLARS for two REGULAR size shakes that were just blended ice cream and milk that I couldve made at home. Save yourself the money and go to the gas station next door they have bomb ice cream for a fraction of the price. Girl working there was nice but didnt seem to pay much attention to what I was saying..had to raise my hand to get her attention..but its the prices that got me. You are missing NOTHING HERE.
