The staff and especially the store manager are wonderful. It surprises how helpful, honest and straightforward everyone is here - something Ive never seen at other phone stores or even other Metro by TMobile stores. I look forward to having a phone issue just so I get to chat and visit with the nice staff, knowing my problem will be painlessly solved. They solved two hardcore phone pickles I got myself into. The staff here is something special, if you are looking for prepaid and if you choose Metro do make the extra drive to this specific store. Youre welcome.
