Had Pacific Experts Garage Door Repair install a new garage door opener. The technician was Eli, a knowledgeable and efficient young man, who did an excellent job in every way. He took pride in his work, and did it in a timely manner. I felt very comfortable with him working in my garage where my tools were stored. I would have given more stars, if that had been an option..

Firstly I received a call and text from their office to schedule a time to have someone come out. I appreciated the option to text, as I was at work but needed to get a new garage door! Secondly on the day to have my garage door replaced, my technician called and gave me an estimated time he was going to arrive (which was earlier than anticipated, an added bonus). I called Pacific Experts on a Friday after normal business to get my automatic garage door back on the rails. Mark, informed he could have Christian come out the next day between 8 am - 10 am, and he would call first to let me know he was on his way.The next morning, Saturday, as promised, Christian called and said he was 20 minutes out.When Christan arrived he immediately assessed the situation with the garage door and said it would take about an hour and half. He also quoted me fair price for the work that needed to be done.I gave him the okay to proceed and he commented work immediately. Christian is true a pofessional and not only fixed the garage door. He pointed different areas I would need to keep an eye for the future. Also, while fixing the door he engaged in polite and friendly conversation. My garage door broke last night, and when I called they were polite and scheduled me a tech to come out early the next morning because my car was stuck in the garage.
