Our garage door started making a horrendous noise so I called and a technician came out within a couple hours. Russ had great customer service and patience to hear my concern for the garage door and explained to me exactly was was going on and my options. He was able to fix the door on the spot, I believe all the work was done within an hour, and took away the old equipment. He also advised me on how to maintain the garage door moving forward for it to work optimally and have a long life. I was very impressed and grateful for the service! We use our garage door constantly with all of our kids activities.

My garage decided to go off track and caused the bolt to come loose off the wall. Called Sun City Garage at 930PM to set up a next day appointment. Sure enough they had plenty of slots available and even changed the time earlier then originally set for. Their technician Steve assessed the situation, explained to me what caused this issue and fixed everything in less than 45 minutes. He was a true professional and great trainer. I phoned Sun City Garage Doors and was greeted professionally and scheduled a service call. The technician arrived by 5:00 pm after calling me while enroute to confirm. My experience with Steve was wonderful! All I knew before calling Sun City Garage was that my door had run off the track midday on a sun torching weekend. Steve was at the house in 15 minutes, and had our new spring and torque system up in less than hour. Yesterday one of springs from my garage door was gone. I was thinking its gonna take about a week to schedule an appointment, do the estimate, order a part and finally replace it. We contacted to Sun City Garage Doors. In less than a 10 minutes I got a call back, and we scheduled an appointment for today morning. In a morning got a text message that the guy is on its way and Steve showed up in about 15 minutes. Everything happened so fast.... In half hour everything was done. He changed both springs, adjusted the rails, gave us some recommendations and left. I was impressed!!! He is polite, friendly, professional!!! Thank you Steve for everything. I was cheated by their technician, the motor price on Amazon from $200 to 400 for different brand, but the day he came told me motor $950, plus springs and wheels, wall control total $1600. Maybe think I am women, doesn’t know anything.I was in hurry to get done and trust what he said. After got time to check online, feel very bad the sun city garage company doing this kind cheating to a woman who doesn’t know anything. They charged too much!

I had a problem with my garage remote that was working intermittently. Steve was extremely friendly, competent, polite, & knowledgeable. Steve was training Russ who is also very polite. Steve was honest to me about the issues I was having with my remote & garage door. I called Sun garage door services to replace the price they put in my garage on 7/21/21 and the tech came out Russ who was trying to sell me a motor without even looking at the garage door he said “i have It in my truck I cant replace it now”. I said the piece that you replaced on 7/21 is cracked can you replace it again will know that’s not gonna help you you need a motor and you need springs and you need all the stuff and it’s gonna be 1000 bucks well I could drop it down to 750 I can give you a few discounts because you’ve been our customer and we stand behind our work. I decided not to get the motor replaced and I just wanted the piece that I paid for before to be replaced and he refused to do it so then I called in and spoke to the receptionist and she connected me to Edgar which he said he’s the floor manager and he came in on his day off how can he help me. Edgar started raising his voice he said that you do not have a warranty even though Kevin the guy who installed it for me on 7/21/21said that I do have a warranty he would not stand behind the work he would not send anyone else out here. The service call was between 11 to 2 PM and the technician got to my house at 2:30 PM. So my garage door is broke and they took my money. Edgar is unprofessional and rude and the company will rip you off for sure.

James Of Sun city garage door came to replace my rollers and he did a fantastic job, a very nice and patient young man. When he was done with it he advised we change my opener because it was gonna given in anytime and he did that efficiently even though it was getting late at night. He never complained of how late it was getting but was very engaging as he worked. I would recommend him to all my friends and on my neighborhood APP.
