Danilo was awesome! Even though there were issues Sears (of course) he was very professional and resolved the issue with Conrad for me. He was courteous and respectful, and repaired the door opener in a very short time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Complete rip off. my wife called them and paid before she told me what they were going to charge.They were 2 to 3 times more expensive than anywhere else.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Danilo is very professional, arrives on time and cleans up after the work is completed. He is also friendly and makes me feel comfortable while he is working in my home. He has installed new springs, an opener and garage door insulation for me. I would highly recommend his services and Sears Garage Door for future repairs and maintenance.

The technician was very knowledgeable and showed promptly.The problem was their pricing was significantly higher than the other companies.I cant fault the technician. He was very friendly and helpful. The brochure advertises springs 99 and up. Well thats just the springs not including the labor. They wont just sell you springs so I find that bad misleading.I decided to replace the springs myself. 45 vs 300 dollars. Its not a job for everyone just be careful.
