I had been having hearing issues for awhile now and I received a flyer in the mail about My Hearing Centers and a free hearing test, so I went in. I met Judd, TJ and staff (they were all so friendly). We did quite a few different types of tests and, yep! I needed hearing aids. Judd walked me through the process, tested out a pair on me and Ive been hearing excellently ever since. I highly recommend My Hearing Centers!

The staff at My Hearing Centers are warm, friendly, professional and helpful. Judd is patient and listens to my concerns and does his best to address each of them. We are still working on the best fit for me, but I am confident we will make it work. The office is clean and well maintained and I feel safe and confident with this wonderful group of professionals.

This is the ABSOLUTELY BEST place to get hearing aids. Took my mom in and they were so caring took time with her and found the perfect hearing aids for her. She went home that day and it was so wonderful being able to have a conversation with her without saying things 10x before she caught what I said. I could even speak at a whisper. THANKS

Technician Judd went above and beyondto get the perfect fit for my tiny ear canals. He even let me try them out for a month with no obligation! I love this place. I walked in last week with no appointment and they took me in. Sent my hearing aid in for service. When it came back they worked my hearing test in and reprogrammed my new hearing aid. I will be sending everyone I know here for service. The office manager, Nancy, was an angel who went over and above all expectations for assistance. This office did not have the repair part so Nancy called other locations and found the part. After dealing with hearing loss in my left ear for almost 12 years, I finally came to the realization that if my condition would benefit from a hearing aid, I owed it to myself to find out. He provided a comprehensive consultation, explained everything in detail with regard to my condition, what my options would be depending on the results of the hearing test, and even took the time to explain the science behind what he thought was happening within my ear. I previously was seen by specialists at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore and Judd Asay provided much more detail than they did. I left there with a state of the art hearing aid paired to the bluetooth in my iphone and a new appreciation for the sounds around me that I was once again hearing after a 12 year absence. My experience with My Hearing Centers in Summerlin could not have been better! It started with the Office Manager, Nancy, who made us feel comfortable the moment we walked through the door. She handled the registration and payment processes with ease and confidently answered every question we could throw at her.My hearing test was conducted by Judd Asay whose deep knowledge of his craft was immediately obvious. He proved to be a good, sympathetic listener and was able to quickly determine the extent of my hearing loss and recommended the best solution for my particular set of problems. Part of the hearing test involved walking outside and conversing, with the sound heavy traffic on one side and a jet airplane flying above. By the time I left his office, I was sporting a new set of hearing aids and hearing much better than I had done in years. The price I paid included maintenance and replacement batteries for life! The specific Siemens hearing aids I chose can be controlled through an iPhone App and the batteries charge overnight.All in all, my experience far exceeded my expectations and I unconditionally recommend Nancy and Judd at My Hearing Centers to anyone thinking about correcting or determining the extent of their hearing loss.

How often do you have a first appointment with a Doctor and the receptionist greats you as you come in the door - using you First Name? Just a little example of the personalized service you will receive with Nancy and Judd. Judd takes his time with you - and the results are fantastic! No more blarring TV volumes, no more constantly asking the wife what did they say? If you have never had hearing aids - you really have to try them to see what you have been missing. And if you hearing aid(s) are 5 or more years old - you really need to see the new stuff. Unreal! The difference is -- WONDERFULL!! What do you stand to lose? The appointment if free. The test is free. After the test you can try a pair (in the office) at no cost. Give Nancy a shout - youll be glad you did!

I never realized how bad my hearing was until i went to My Hearing Centers. Judd Asay ran all the latest tests and was able to show me the before and after results. It explained why i had difficulty hearing my friends in group settings in addition to not understanding the messages left on my home telephone recorder. (And thats after replacing it twice, thinking it was defective!) Judd was wonderful to work with and i have recommended him to all my friends who have hearing issues or a family member who does.
