I know that this snack shop has their own way of making Tostilocos but everytime I order they get something wrong. I only ask for the chips, the cucumber, the Japanese nuts & the clamato because thats just how I prefer mine but theyre always adding extra things that I didnt ask for and it ALWAYS SEEMS LIKE IT BOTHERS THEM. I dont mind paying them the same price but why is it hard to put 4 or 5 things on a plate? I didnt ask for valentina, I didnt ask for onions, I didnt ask for tomatoes or tajin but theyre there. I dont want to hate on my own people because I love this place still & I know Ill come back but I just hate that everytime I go they cant get my order right. Other than that I wish they had more dairy free options so I can have just as much variety like everyone else. Still go visit them because they have bomb snacks that you shouldnt miss out on.

I love this place I had come here ages ago and forgotten about it, and now that I live in the area I walked by it almost everyday and try to stop in once a week. fresh chips and salsa if you want to dine in and these small cozy dining room, or prompt courteous pickup service both of which I use.

They have great fruit drinks, ice cream, and food. I specifically love their Agua de fruta drink and their potato and chorizo machetes. The machetes are pretty big so make sure to share (or not).

Terrible customer service, unpresentable food, nothing like their photos, this place is 5 minutes from my house, I come home to find this, I call to see what they can do about it, soaked in chocolate, melted ice cream, and Soaked crepe, this photo was taken when I arrived, the lady I spoke with emphasized that she did not see anyone make a crepe, the exact time I asked for it was 4:10 pm plus the wait for my cold and cold water, I arrive to my house at 4:21 and I made the call at 4:25, the call ended at 4:28 in which this lady asked her workers about the crepe if they had made one. His excuse with a bad attitude was that the chocolate is hot, he dared to say that we should know that, I think that they should rather know that and be aware of the consequences when knowing what can happen to their products, and place them In this way, it is not the clients job to be aware of their products, since we get carried away by misleading photos.
