Incredibly understaffed. One sweet lady working cashier and assembly on a Saturday afternoon around 2. Phone ringing, customers in line. All by her self ! I could feel her rushing but I completely understand, its not her fault. Id try and get orders out as fast as possible. 2 stars not because of her but because of dirty and unorganized scheduling. Her service was 5 stars. Very kind and efficient even by herself.

This place is insanely filthy. Electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, and a soda machine that looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years.

A good place for a quick cool treat. But every time I get the orange Julius its either too watery or too much ice. The ice cream and blizzards are good. They have added baked/hot foods the menu (the sign they have is cramping up the little space that is available). They also took out the retro table arcade game that was fun to play.I read a lot of the comments on here and there is a consistency in quality of menu items and cleanliness of the place. When I was there Sunday the carpet was worn and rolled up on the edges (bad enough to trip) and the walls were terribly worn. I got a call from the owner Monday saying she would remedy the situation. Hopefully she does and I will update my review.

This store is so dirty inside. There were big chunks of lint hanging from the ceiling fan like it hadn’t ever been cleaned and there were ceiling panels missing. My family and I walked out before ordering and won’t be coming back.

I have purchased icecream cones from Dairy Queen in Michigan, Ohio and Nevada where I have lived. I almost always purchase the chocolate icecream, usually getting the largest size cone. I always purchase a large or medium sized vanilla icecream cone for my wife. My daughter likes the chocolate icecream cones and my son likes the vanilla icecream cones. I occasionally purchase the icecream cakes for special occasions such as birthdays. I will surely continue to purchase icecream cones at Dairy Queen as I have for more than 60 years.

For the las few months I’ve tried to get a Misty Freeze and always machine not working. Just take it off the menu.

They have chocolate ice cream for the dipped cones. Yummy!

Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Walked in at 8:45pm and placed an order. The store closed at 9pm. All I heard was moaning and groaning about how they already had everything cleaned up and why are people coming here around closing. A couple walked in as I was about to leave. They said the same statements directly to them, and the couple left immediately.Is this location doing that great in sales that they verbally discourage people from ordering and make them leave? Are they open till 9pm, or is it 8:45pm? Does the franchise owner like losing money and customers?

Delicious food, the team members there were really nice.

So first off, when you walk in it smells like mold, second the chili tastes completely canned. Its run down and the management is rude. (Not to use but my child ate her sunday there) the cashier was very patient and kind.

It’s 9:03 pm on September 24, 2020, I am sitting in my car infront of this DQ location and writing this review. The employee locked a door infront of us as were about to pull it to open & enter at 9 pm sharp! It says online it’s open toll 10, we arrived at 9 sharp, walked up to the door and employee literally ran over to the door ad locked and ran back to the counter! So we couldn’t get in. And my son was limping, he got hurt and wanted a blizard to feel better, it took him few seconds too long to get out if the vehicle and walk over .... this is the worst experience ever!

Im a diabetic the first Friday in the month I get a treat. Dairy queen is my favorite and has been since I was a little boy. A banana split with all chocolate ice cream is my favorite

The ice cream always tastes and looks appetizing. The ice cream is frozen, not half melted like I’ve experienced at a different location. The staff is always friendly and professional.

Got an Oreo cake on 7-26-19 and the cake taste like it was expired. The whole thing taste sour. Everyone who ate it was beyond sick the next day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a cake unless asking when it was made and having proof. No expiration date on the container either. I had left a comment and a post about this and the owner of the location has refused to acknowledge my concern for the safety on this . Will for sure never go back to this location ever again. I suggest no one else does. Will be reporting this health hazard to the state. Thank you for taking my money, Making many ppl sick, and disregarding my comments on yelp, google, and the contact portion over the Dairy Queen site.

Fun place as always. The Orange Julius is not made correctly, mostly air. Thats sad, because OJ can be a great product if made the correct way. And they are not cheap. They need to be made frothy and cold with good taste and have some weight to it. Dairy Queen remains 5 stars due to their great product line.

I’m giving this place a four star because of the wonderful young core that helped me with my food and the reason they don’t get a five star is because of the terrible older man that kept messing up the blizzard but all in all the young core is amazing I think it was a young man with 3 girls gotta love them

This woman gave me the wrong item. I ordered a Oreo Cheesecake Blizzard and she gave me a Heath one, then began to be rude as I kindly asked to get me an Oreo Cheesecake which is what I asked for originally. I believe her name was Morgan.

Had a Mocha MooLatte which was very good! Ive also had a Hot Fudge Banana Split & Chocolate Malt Shake! All so very good! Just wished this store was a lot bigger so they could accommodate more tables and a bigger kitchen so they can have a deep fryer! Also, the ice cream cakes are amazing!

Good snacks n drinks. we love it...the only negative is....Dirty toilets!! theres no extra staff to keep checking the bathroom. i took my 10yr but she couldnt use it...she had to hold her pee till home.

I honestly hate giving bad reviews, but I didnt have the best experience here. The first thing I noticed is how hot it was. When you walk into a place that serves ice cream, you assume it will be cool. Even if its just for the comfort of the customer. In the summer, people get cold desserts to beat the heat, not to sit in it. Secondly, it was not clean. The floor on the customer side had large pieces of trash on it. From what I saw over the counter, the other side wasnt particularly clean either. Im giving it 3 stars because perhaps they were just having a bad day. The A.C. could have been broken and they were so busy that they had sort of fallen behind on janitorial duties.

Only after they finished preparing my food and handing it to me did the counter person say they were out of cheese for a chili cheese dog is that alright? Well no but 8ts I. My hand so I left

The whole place is gross and dirty and my blizzard came out with a not upside down cause it was melted soup cause the children that work there were in the back with it talking and took forever to bring it out. I didn’t know there was 4 people working till I got my money back and they didn’t care

I went 3 days ago in the evening. It was kind of packed and the girl in taking orders didnt even say hi, can I take your order. She looked blankly at me with no greeting, smile or even asking what I needed. She was rude and the only thing I heard her say was my total. That is it. So rude! When she gave me my order she kinda threw my cup on the counter. Worst customer service!!!!

Closed their doors before 9 pm, and was lied to about running out of chocolate ice cream. Sent my kids in to get my ice cream cone for me and my daughter came out with all vanilla (ordered twist) so I went back in myself, was said the same thing and was given an almost all chocolate cone to mix myself. We come to this location fairly often but after this we may not be back. Seems like its run by a bunch of teens who dont care. Miss the older manager lady we used to see. Its very obvious this location now lacks proper management.

Great place to come but extremely limited seating!! There is always a line (but moves quickly) and feels like your in a cramped parking lot looking for a spot to sit or waiting for the next person to get up so you can sit and enjoy your ice cream.

Didnt get correct order asked for dipped cone got dish of plain ice cream. Couldnt get through on phone to get corrected. Also when we placed order the girl was not friendly and she couldnt hear me probably because the music they where playing was so loud. Opened door tossed on table no napkins. No carrying tray for 5 items ordered.

This place is really close to my house, my family is always getting ice cream from here.I have been to the one on Rancho and I was not happy with the service or my order, I really like this one in particular. When you walk in it is a little bit busy, but when I order something it is always the way I want it and the people who work are really cool.

Ordered a cake for my son online. Asked them to make the fudge cookie layer THICK if possible bc thats my sons favorite part. Picked up the cake sunday for party monday evening...cut into cake amd NO FUDGE LAYER AT ALL!! My son was so disappointed. Called the next day amd an employee offered my money back or the cake remade...I asked for thr cake remade bc my son was so disappointed. I got a call back 10 minutes later from a different employee stating they couldnt put the fudge cookie layer w the strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake bc that cake doesnt come with it...?! I had this EXACT cake from this store in february so I KNOW its possible. I explained this to her and she says she doesnt know what they did there 5m ago bc she didnt work there then. She then told me the manager said not to redo the cake or refund me my $32 since I wrote if possible...I wanted them to make fudge layer thick...I know its possible to put the fudge layer in the cake. Ive had it. They said its impossible...thats why they didnt and wont remake it how I asked and paid for.

Its not the best but its the best in Vegas . Lol hope that makes sense. Usually busy but get orders right most of the time.. One particular employee seems to have trouble counting change. If your order is example $3.17 and you pay her with $3 one quarter and two pennies blows her mind. Lmao

Fantastic hot fudge sundaes, but they charge extra for whipped cream and a 🍒. Their Blizzards are delicious 😋. So good that I bought a $50 gift certificate because I know I will be visiting often when it gets hotter.

I was impressed by New York,vmtrawberry cheesecake blizzard.. Wow. The quality is good for drive thru ice cream.. The strawberrys are real and sweet and the cheesecake tastes like cheesecake filling is thick and rich. Mmm.

I been going to this location since I moved to Vegas in April 2017. Everytime I go in I order the same, a large strawberry sundae. I wont be going back after one their employees with purple hair was so rude after I asked her Is this considered a large, as its only 2 loops of ice cream, instead of 3? She said yea and just shoved it in my hand. Poorly trained, definitely lacks customer service/people skills.

Said it closes at 11 pm we went at 10:09 and they were closed

I love this store. Yes items run out, and yes things dont always go acorrding to plan. And I see the workers get treated HORRIBLY by these customers because not everything is going how they like it. What everyone needs to realize is that this is how the world works. They try their BEST to make sure everything is done. But who is perfect? The store is clean, and the customers are cared for. And for the comment (under this one) I just read about how one of the employees did not want to take the order over the phone, it actually makes sense. If people have messed up on orders because the customer was not thoroughly clear for he/she would like on the cake that falls back on the EMPLOYEES. Its a 25-30$ dollar cake. If it is written on and lets say its not paid for AND the customer did not show, or the customer did not like what was on the cake that is 30$ less in profit of what they lost. Do you think they can afford waste like that? To simply have to ask for them to show face to face to order an EXPENSIVE cake is not that much to ask for, and quite reasonable. Makes 100% sure that the customer will be satisfied with what they have ordered. It makes sense to me. Anyhow, if I go into a business and I am treated fairly with respect and cared for and my order is done right then I am happy/

This place sucks, would you believe you cant get a simple soft-serve cone here. They dont have any cones. The owner should close his doors. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Employees play way too much. Place is small with a small amount of parking. Plus side is the convenience of having one.

Nice staff made the blizzards fine ordered 4 the banana one wasnt mixed well. The 2 staff members were in no hurry to do their job they would stop and converse while making my order.

I have to say I really like this DQ.. I had an issue with an ice cream cake that i ordered and was messed up.. i wasnt happy at first but the Morning manager really owned it and took care of us. She was very sincere and made my wife and I feel so much better..

Disgusting . I worked there and i just want people to know that SHE WILL NOT THROW PRODUCT AWAY no matter how bad it smells .. the cone dip has been in the warmer for 3 months now without being changed .... Its super dirty and need a remodel not to mention the manager is a meth head

First time having Dairy Queen and so far it was delicious! I would totally come back here again.

Everytime i go here i pay extra for extra blizzard toppings but end up getting less than i would expect from a regular priced blizzard. Even the last time i went i payed double for double extra toppings and only got what i would expect from just paying regular price. The cahier told me Dont worry we hook it up here. Yea right buddy, you hook it up about as much as getting a parking ticket hooks it up. Too bad the next Dairy Queen is 6 miles away.

I am utterly shocked. I have been ordering DQ cakes for many years. I order cakes over the phone all over the US for family members to pick up. The lady I just spoke to on July 15 at 5:30 PM told me she refuses to take an order over the phone because there are only 3 cake decorators in her store and they have messed up too many orders so she requires you meet with her quote face to face. I dont have time for this so I will go to another DQ . Unfortunate because we recently re-located to this area and now we will not do any business with this store and spread the word of this womans poor customer service. A simple cake with a name that can be spelled, how hard is that? I dont have time to visit her little business with my busy schedule. She must be doing better than most, to turn business away, as I told her I would need to order at another DQ she said ok. Amazing!

Young kids do not seem like they know what they are doing, no communication. I got carmel on my ice cream and there was waaaaay too much. Some training is very needed.

Their kitchen looked like it was last cleaned around their grand opening. Employees dont wear gloves or wash their hands and the restaurant is something like 20 sq ft. Left before we even ordered...

How does an ice cream store run out of vanilla ice cream?????? I could see if the machine was down but no.......just ran out of ice cream.....

We went in on March 8th, a weekday, middle of day, only customers there...one employee working, she was on the phone, said shed be right with us...disappeared to the back. Another customer came in....we waited around 10 minutes, employee never came back. We LEFT and went to Coldstone! Very disappointed.....
