Family fun night. Games and rolled ice cream, you can’t beat that. Definitely worth taking the family again. Staff is friendly and fast.

This place is super cool, full of new and retro video game systems. There are also pinball machines on the side. They have a good mix of desserts including rolled ice cream, which is interesting. I had the Smores ice cream concoction and I loved it, nothing beats that burnt marshmallow flavor. I love the place and the atmosphere, Ill definitely go back.

One of the coolest ice cream shops I’ve seen. The selection of drinks and treats seems endless, every option better then the last. We had the Rainbow Road which was very nostalgic with all your favorite childhood cereals and a pina colada slush. The prices were pretty reasonable with two size options. What really makes this place special are the gaming systems like the 64 and original play station with all your old school favorite games.

Boba and ice cream in one place?? Yes please!! The staff was lovely and welcoming as well as helpful in answering our questions. The flavor choices and reasonable pricing are extremely impressive! You have to wait a bit for your rolled ice cream, but there are a variety of video games to play while you wait and the time flies by. My family’s only complaint: “why can’t there be TK’s all around the country?!” My dad walked out and said, “that was the best bowl of ice cream I’ve ever had”. Everyone has got to try this place!

Empty business with 3 girls working and no one can’t greet me or even take my order! Why do I have to wait 5 minutes and then raise my voice for service??? I just want some boba so I can go on my way. My money is green I promise!

This place is FANTASTIC, it’s easily become my boyfriend and I’s go-to for drinks and ice cream. The vibe is fantastic, the employees are super awesome and friendly. The gaming lounge is super chill with so many options, their menu is super expansive and I try something new every time and it’s always a hit. Super recommend for anyone who loves boba, rolled ice cream, or a gaming vibe.

What an experience! The ice cream was phenomenal and a welcome surprise. We loved the rolled ice cream and there is a great selection of toppings and even cereal to mix into the ice cream. While the ice cream stands alone as a reason to visit, there’s more. You get to play video games while you enjoy your ice cream. Our whole family of six played Super Smash Bros. For at least an hour. Of course Mom dominated all of us though. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are only visiting Las Vegas and staying up the road at Tahiti Village and this little place was super convenient and a welcome respite from days on end in the resort pool! Thank you guys for making our vacation complete.

Definitely the best ice cream I have ever had in life. Absolutely loved it. We were a group of 7, and they were pretty quick with our order. The staff and the owner were super friendly. All of us loved the ice cream and the boba tea that we had ordered. Hopefully they will build chains outside of Vegas too so that we can have it even after we leave Vegas!

Will totally do this again! Enjoyed yummy ice cream and video games like I was in my home but better because it was a great date night and close by.

It too my family to get simple ice cream 45 minutes to get ours, and people ahead of us were getting theirs before us. Second my wife grab a peach green tea it taste so horrible with the wrost aftertaste she could take a sip, that I just gave it back and said that my wife couldnt drink it, and they didnt offer to do anything about never will I ever. Beware of your in a hurry go get so real ice cream not worth it.

This was our favorite place to visit over our 4-day Vegas trip. Amazing staff and delicious drinks. What a cool environment with old school video games to play. The signature drinks, especially the Havana, was my favorite with the strawberry popping boba! I also had the Cookie Monster ice cream dessert which was amazing! We visited this place two times a day, 3 days straight. Every visit was great!

Everything about this place was awesome ! Really good ice cream with creative names. Came with my family and we played video games for a bit and moved over to the side tables to play board games after. The guys that work there were very attentive and super friendly. Edit: decided to come in on the way home June 22 10pm amazing staff - went above and beyond, and I figured out they had strawberries 🍓. I was concerned about my allergy to synthetic citric and malic acid. Edit again!!! They absolutely contain one of the synthetic acids. I am absolutely miserable right now! From head to toe I am in horrible pain and inflammation.noooo!!! Come on!!!Boba was cooked perfectly, but the quality of it is on the lower end.Went to this place literally daily for a couple months straight. Same two drinks every day. Stopped going because my drink was inconsistently sweetened, but it was ok because everyone is so sweet except for one worker that always gave me a very bad vibe every visit. Also A yes from everyone else was a no from her. Has no place in a front facing customer service position, but she was always there so she must have worked there for awhile.Amazing how a staff member can overshadow the great drinks/atmosphere. I know the job looks crazy stressful and I’ve noticed the customers are doingDecided to bring my daily business up the street.May try it in the future because it is a cool business and has some great workers.I will not be naming any names so don’t ask

Stumbled on this little spot when the kids wanted to get ice cream. This place just bring back nostalgic memories with their wall art as well as the video games you can play. They have a pinball machine and every console is free to play. The kids were so glued to the screen they didnt want to leave.

Great atmosphere and party games create a great hangout location. Boba is averagely priced, personally I was not a fan of the rolled ice cream but I will come again for boba tea and atmosphere. Stays open later than most boba places too

This place may be my new go-to place for everytime I come to Vegas now.Just to start it off, the employees were the nicest people I have ever met. They greeted us when we walked in at first, and offered any help if we had any questions. It felt positive and welcoming from the beginning when we first walked in.This isnt even including the amazing art on the wall, and all the vibrant colors that catch your eyes (in a good way). It just makes the place more inviting. Plus, the community in there was absolutely astonishing as well because there is a bunch of entertainment with the Nintendo Switches, and the big flat screen TVs, and it was actually pretty fun sitting around watching everyone enjoy their times playing Super Smash Bros, or Mario Kart. Its like everyone that walks in enjoys their time from when they first walk in to when they leave, satisfied with their drinks, or ice cream rolls. Its something I dont think I have seen or experienced before from an establishment! Everyone was also nicely social-distanced which I also appreciated!Coming back to the amazing workers, they were just so calm and positive while also being efficient at the same time. Talk about great service! Also, one of the workers felt bad that me and my family had to wait long for all our icecream to be made (which was only because we ordered about 5 ice cream rolls, so it wasnt their fault at all)! So he offered to make us another drink on the house for the wait time. That just made my day because of the positivity and how they really care about the customer.Now talking about the drinks themselves... absolutely stunning! They were super refreshing, and tasted very fresh. I enjoyed every sip of it. I had gotten the Havana slush and that may be my favorite boba drink I have ever had. Then, the second drink (which was on the house because of the amazing worker), took me back to the islands. It had a very tropical vibe which I love and it was just as good as the other drink I had! The boba in each drink was pretty generous too, but it was super delicious, and had a perfect soft and chewy texture.I am just amazed by the community and the environment that this place has, and the fantastic employees and their positivity, and of course their spectacular drinks and ice cream! I will 100% come back to Level Up Nitro Creamery and Boba, hoping for the same amazing experience!

What a fun place to come to. Boba shop with video games you can sit and play for hours.The boss drink is good but wasnt the best Ive had as far as flavor of their Boba.Next time I may try the rolled ice cream but would definitely come back again for the experience.

This place is all about the games! And so am I!!!There are multiple stations with old school game consoles that you can play.They also have good boba and rolled ice cream (not sure how it tastes, but looks awesome!)If you’re looking for an evening pick me up and fun with friends/family- this is a great place to go.

I can not express how amazing this place is. I got the Strawberry Popping Boba and the Red Shell. My taste buds are in overload with flavor. The staff is incredible and you get to watch them make your icecream. Truly heaven is on earth and its called Level uP!!

I dont see any downsides to this place, except that you cant stop coming back to it and its very addicting. I love the consoles that they put out for entertainment while you wait for your ice cream or drink.

My family used to love this place when it first opened up. We havent stopped by since COVID started so we decided to swing by. I think they have a new owner because some of the cups/signs say TKs boba and creamery. There was one family ahead of us who had a larger order. We got a monster cup and a split cup which came out to about $16. We played a few games and noticed 15 minutes pasted by. I remembered they were super quick to get your order out before so I was a bit surprised. The first family get their order and leaves. They make our order and they take a photo of our drinks? All in all, it took about 18 minutes to get our two drinks. Ill have to stop by again to see if this was just an off day. The drinks were okay. The boba consistancy was actually spot on. I just didnt like the wait time.

Cool spot to hang out with a couple of friends. Tabletop games and video games if a TV is available. Ton of consoles and most popular games on each so definitely a good variety for a quick couch game or two. Ice cream and teas are pretty good. Nitro ice cream should be available soon from what Ive been told due to permits. Great help from a friendly and supportive staff. Give this place a shot. Not hard to go to and an easy find once in the plaza.

Upon entering was quickly greeted with stellar customer service. Asked if I had any questions re: the menu - all answers were given with ease. It honestly took me a minute, because I would have tried them all, but how do you pick just one and survive that in a day.I opted for The Tarotaro - we watched it as it was being crafted and when I finally got my paws on it, can I say why havent I been here before. I need to really re-evaluate my list and truly update it. This was a perfect ensemble in my mouth. All of the flavors and the white chocolate sauce just melted perfectly. She made it look for pleasing as well in the container. I love a good presentation.Interior is very fun. There are a few mini couches with TVs and side chairs equipped with video games, and a regular table if your not into that type of thing. Everything was very clean, staff beyond courteous.Would def recommend - pricing was reasonable and portions were small or large.I enjoyed watching them create my concoction. Was very neat.

Awesome place to hang out with the family. They had games my husband and i loved and games my teenager was into so we all had a blast!Rolled ice cream was the Bomb and the staff was super friendly. I can’t remember the girls name but she was very accommodating and so helpful. Would totally recommend!

Only came due to google saying they offer curbside pickup but was informed after ordering that the employees are not allowed to leave the store - milk tea boba was extremely watered down and disappointing and their fruit tea tasted chemically artificial. I wont be returning.

We did a mom & son date to Level Up tonight. The service was wonderful, the rolled ice cream was delicious & the selection of games (board and video) was expansive! We had so much fun challenging each other in SNES Street Fighter! I havent laughed that hard in a long time, I highly recommend this place. Its awesome for families!

I love it so much. Fun games to play, amazing boba, and really good ice cream. The only reason its slow some days it because theres too few people to do work consistently but I can forgive them for that because their stuff is that good.

I think its cool to watch them and I like that its made for the person.Im from Missouri and we dont have anything like this where Im from. The Lake of the Ozarks like the show on Netflix Ozarks. Thats where I live but its nothing like what the show portrays. We would love to have a place like this for teens to hangout. A

Boba drinks werent great.Rolled cream was tasty....we had matcha oreo, salted caramel pretzel, nutella cream. They were all good, fun to watch being made.Friendly & helpful staff. Lots of seating, ample parking, clean prep area, and clean seating area.Can play video & board games. Consoles I saw were : Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 64, PS4, SNS Classic...I think there were others, but I didnt notice which they were.Located on the corner(ish) of Bermuda & Windmill, in same shopping center as Anytime Fitness...across from Vons.•• I wish the menu were in bigger font and perhaps another menu visible from the register/cream rolling side.•• Music was a bit loud by where you order, making it hard to hear what they ask you, but its not terrible.

This place is amazing, is not very crowded, you can play and have a good time with friends or by yourself, they gave you the wifi password so you can do whatever you want. The girl who is in charge is very friendly and so nice, I asked her to make me a non existing bubba called Ferrero, and she did it! And it was so delicious. Definitely is the best place to have a bubba, all flavors are delicious and the attention is the best!

Excellent place to bring family and friends to have yummy boba and play video games! Good service, and while my order took a bit of time, I didnt notice the wait as I was playing Super Mario 2! Only one boba has dairy - so 99% lactose-intolerant friendly on the boba side-- I havent tried the ice cream.
