Best mufler shop in vegas honest and professional services you won regret it

I was very disapointed with the service I received from this location and from Marlon the owner of the company. I took in my 2002 Ford Explorer to get the Catalyic Converter replaced and was without my vehicle for 2 weeks. Every time I received an update from them it was always to tell me that I needed additional items to fix the car. I took them the parts needed and still got the run around. Finally I went to their shop to retreive my vehicle and when I got it back they gave me all the wrong parts back and my driver side door was broken. Marlon refused to take responsibility for this and once I mentionioned I was going to file a police report he fled the scene and refused to talk to anyone about it. I am so disapointed on how poorly we as customers were being treated and the type of work that was performed. Now I am without a vehicle and have more problems to fix on it since they broke my door and and the door is completely bent up and doesnt close on the track like its supposed to. I WILL NEVER REFER THEM TO ANYONE! AND THEY WILL REPAY ME FOR THE DAMAGE DONE ON MY VEHICLE!!!
