Amazing club fitting experience!! Adam helped me with a new set of Callaway Apex DBCs today. I was able to, unrushed, swing with heads at different angles, shift lengths, etc. The facility was completely clean, organized, and the employees were all very nice. The fitting took 3 hours because we were really taking our time, and Adam never once made me or my wife feel rushed. Very excited about my purchase and the LV golf superstore has my golf business for life!! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER😁😁👍👍

I was in town and decided to visit Vegas Golf Superstore. So glad I did because they were able to fix my brand new clubs as far as lies and lofts go. It was a 24hr turn around, and they corrected what should’ve been done right the first time. The staff to include the manager and the club repair technician were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help out. I left there a happy camper, while all in all I had a great experience. Additionally they have many club options new and used. Price wise, a tad expensive but lets be real, golf is not a cheap sport.

This place is great, old school setup and TRUE to the game of golf. The staff there knows their stuff about the game of golf having been experienced in it, they know how to handle customers that are hot after coming in from the SUN and dont treat people like an animal like PGA Tour Superstore does in Summerlin. The golf club repair station is great and doesnt use butane to make the customers throw up their lunch like they do in Summerlin. And the management is actually experienced in the game of golf and not some cranky old retired nut from the East coast that knows nothing about golf such is the case in Summerlin. Stick to the strip, north las vegas, or spring valley for your golf and golf appetites because you will lose your lunch eating from the toxic lakes in Summerlin and Summit clubs, because TRUE las Vegas is here and a harsh does of reality exists in Summerlin. Sorry RED ROCKS, zagorov y koshki milye haeyo golpeu. Verdad? Or no vino en veritas? And anyone who tries to emulate TW post 2000 grads from Stan Ford. To them I say this...show kindness, compassion, be humble and patient karma will get you back.

Wow what great guys and a great selection of clothes and bags.

Close to the strip, not so great assortment. While in Vegas I was looking to renew my whole golf set. Was there for a little more than half an hour selecting shoes and bag to start with and, guess what, nobody cared or asked us if any advice or help was needed. There were even two ladies chitchatting nearby and… nothing. I spent the next day around $2k at another retailer. Shame on you folks.

They had a decent selection of used and new equipment. I felt like certain bits were crammed together and that made it a little difficult to find things.

The Cashier Woman (short and skinny)with glasses is not very friendly and she was on her phone all the time, when I approached to get my Racquet, today! She needs to be told to pay respect to the customers! My special thanks toTennis Department specialist “Conrad” who is awesome! He’s friendly very knowledgeable and a top-notch guy and definitely an asset to the company! If he wasn’t there, I wouldn’t visit the store period!

Staff is excellent in terms of product knowledge and customer service. Steve whom I assume is the general manager is fair and flexible with club trade-ins. Repairs and re-gripping have always been solid and precise.

This store has been in Vegas for a long time. Last year, they have become part of the Worldwide Golf Shops including Roger Dunn, Edwin Watts.. etc. They carry new & pre-owned equipment...a lots of good stuff!

Joseph and Frank are hands down the best and most knowledgable fitters Ive met. The experience and expertise between the two has won me over as a forever customer. Im a single handicapper looking to get down to scratch and they heard my wants and needs and fit me to what worked best for my game, not just a brand thats popular. Frank says it best, its like Harty Potter the clubs choose you!I just got fit for a whole new bag thanks to these gentlemen and have not been more excited to get out and play better golf.

They just stare at you! We went in to look at golf bags and there is no greeting, they dont offer to help, they literally stand there about 10 feet away and stare intensely at you making sure you dont steal anything. We were well dressed and just looking around. Not a friendly place. Avoid if you are looking for a good golf shopping experience, you will not find it here!!they do not deserve your business.

I would recommend this place to buy tennis shoes because they are on sale. There is also a lot of golf apparel, clubs and bags. Should recommend this place for tennis players and golf players.

Went in to tryout a driver, just wanted to get a feel for it. Met John and he got the driver and took me over to the bay to swing. He stayed with me the entire time, noticed a couple quirks in my swing and gave me some tips, turned a wicked slice that Ive been fighting the past couple weeks into a nice fade! Was not expecting that at all, and was very happy to have that kind of superb customer service!

My husband is the golfer, not me. The person that helped him was Bob, extremely personable. Great customer service for my husband and Bob and I had a wonderful conversation non golf.

My wife has size 10 to 11 feet and has challenges finding them, walking/running or tennis.She was hoping LVGT would be the exception, specifically for tennis shoes. However our visit yesterday yielded nothing but disappointment.She walked out of the store perplexed, as to how a store specializing in sportswear could offer so little to nothing in size 10 plus women shoes.

There are very few golf shops in LV. This one is medium size, with good amount of selections. Service staff was attentive!

This is about the 5th time I have been in this store and every time it is the same the sales people are either rude or just not interested in helping you. Just came from there again and the same thing. I spent over 30 min. looking at golf clubs that I was interested in and not one time did anyone bother to come over and ask if I needed any assistance. There were at least 3 sales people standing around doing nothing which seems is what they do best. No more done with this store.

Ive visited LV Golf & Tennis mainly for golf needs but a mid-life crisis hobby to pick up tennis again has me visiting for tennis needs recently...Golf Service & Inventory: Their golf pro shop has always had friendly staff and their quick with getting your work done timely. I brought in all my woods and irons to be re-gripped. I also have had a putter shortened by 1/2 an inch and installed an aftermarket grip. If they werent too busy, I would be able to pick it up later that afternoon and worst case scenario was picking it up the next day. Tons of clubs, putters, balls, apparel, etc. A true candy store for all levels of golfers.Tennis Service & Inventory: Ive had two racquets restrung. I selected the strings I wanted and I picked up the racquets the next day. The string tension felt on point with how I wanted it strung. They have the latest and greatest racquets in stock, a great string selction and adequate racquet accessories and bags to purchase. Their tennis apparel is limited but enough to get outfit you out in an emergency.The prices are definitely retail as most locations close to the strip are but if you catch them during a sale you can find some amazing bargains. This huge shop is 80% golf and 20% tennis in my opinion. Regardless of why youre visiting LV Golf & Tennis can take care of your needs. Fore! and Serve em up! =)

Terrible service. We were going to buy two things that were not available. After telling us that was the case, the checker left and did not look back on us. There were at least 8 checkers who were just chatting with each other and did not care for us. We were the only clients in the store. Awful!

I was unable to find there other location online but they have another location in boca park.they have a one day turn around on racquet restring. they repaired 2 racquets in 1 hour and they did a great job !

Great golf shop off the strip. Their custom fitting for clubs is very personal and worth the 2-3 hours it takes to get fitted for something that will set you back a few grand.

After recently holidaying in the USA, my husband & I went to get some prices & club analysis done here. The staff are absolutely great people & their customer service is 2nd to none!! We purchased 2 full sets of Taylormade clubs which we are extremely happy with. Bottled water was provided whilst we were having our fittings done & a few extras thrown in too!! Thanks to all the staff here that helped us out & made our visit much more pleasant. Our clubs were completely boxed up ready for our trip home to Australia, no damage done at all to any of the clubs :) We are very happy customers & would definitely go back here & highly recommend this store to anyone wishing to purchase either golf or tennis gear! Thanks so much :)
