This was my 1st time here. I was here to receive a cpap machine. So needless to say I was alittle nervous. Barbara was my service technician. She was so kind and patient. She helped me to find a mask that works best for me. She explained everything very well to help me with my new machine. Thank you again Barbara!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They have the WORST customer service and only read from a script no matter what the issue is. Their responses consist of “uh huh” and “I understand”. Absolutely useless. I called in and asked to cancel my autopay because I don’t receive the bills until after they already charge me. They said they can’t do that. So I asked how much I owe. They told me I would only owe just over $21. 7 days later I was charged $115!!! I called in to figure out what the heck was going on as I lost my job so to be lied to about $90 is a huge deal. She then said “I have no idea why she said that as I do see the invoice is for $115” and again I DID NOT RECEIVE A BILL BEFORE I WAS CHARGED. They weren’t even willing to help work with me or give any care about how they negatively impacted me financially when I even took the initiative to figure out what I owe before it was due. So I went to cancel my services. They said it takes 7-10 days to process and receive a box. I picked it up in store so asked why I can’t return it to the store I got it from. Their excuse was covid, but I got the machine in store at the peak of COVID. When asked to speak to a supervisor there was no supervisor willing to speak with me. When asked for the address to file a formal complaint to it was the address of the store I was trying to return the equipment to directly! I thought that was it. But NO! I just got charged again for $21 after the agent said I wouldn’t be billed again. This company is absolutely disgusting.
Alex Estin serviced my oxygen machine today. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He is so knowledgeable about the products he services and truly loves his job. Alex answers all our questions, he is patient and most professional. If I could give him more stars, it would be a 10.
The techs. @ Adapt Health, of North Vegas are always so good to me. My tank deliveries are in and out of my garage. They pick up and drops off with a caring and friendly attitude. Love you guys!
My wait time on the phone was nominal. A delivery time for my moms E tanks was set for the next day. The next day the delivery driver Gerry, called before delivering so I could meet him at my moms house. He was professional, respectful, and kind.AA Medical has really upped their game.
Gerardo came to our home to swap out some oxygen tanks, I had some questions about the tanks and the oxygen concentrator, Gerardo had the answers and took the time to ensure that I understood the answers!He displayed excellent knowledge of the equipment and great customer service skills = 5 out of 5 stars. Gerardo helped me out, I got there at 8 am when the lady on the phone told me they opened I was already late for work due to their opening time and stressed out. When I got there I peeked my head in and no one was there except Gerardo. He explained to me that employees usually don’t actually get there till 8:30 and today was technically his day off. He went to the manager and got me the supplies I needed for my son. I’m extremely grateful and thankful he helped me when he didn’t have to. My sick babies and I appreciate him
They stepped up and saved me from a very complicated delivery with another company. There was a little confusion when I got there but they resolved that issue quickly and without hesitation. I walked out with my new CPAP machine and and now a very happy camper.

AA Medical and Bennet Medical are both part of Adapt Health. When they are on top of things, they are a very good company to deal with; however, this is a fairly rare occurrence. In the last year, AA Medical has been sporadic at best in response to business.Early in the year I secured a Phillips Bi-Pap machine from them. The training, and explanation of how to use the machine was excellent. Later I received a nebulizer from them, and when it did not meet my needs, I was initially told it was the only one available at this company. Subsequently, I was told there WAS a second machine available through them. Arrangements were made to secure this machine, but on arrival at the office they were only going to trade for the precise same model.Most recently, I called to ascertain the cost of a replacement BiPap machine since since the one received the first of the year was affected by a recall. I was advised1) they did not sell the replacement machine;2) they were only providing machines paid for through insurance3) they would not sell me a machine for cash, even though they knew I could not receive one paid for by insurance.I found the last attitude less than responsive to needs and at this point am questioning whether I will choose to do ANY business with them in the future. With this response, I question whether they care at all about the needs of their patients/customers.
Rudy helped us at the hospital and Jerry came to our home to help with my oxygen. They were both great and thoroughly explained each device. Great service!
If negative stars were possible I would definitely being leaving that. This place is just ridiculous. They have been billing us for equipment that we NEVER received. We have called numerous times sitting on hold for extreme amounts of time, leaving call back numbers and not receiving a call back. When we finally do talk to someone yes they see all of the notes on the account and yes they will take care of this problem and guess what...Yep another bill for something that we still DO NOT HAVE.YOU PEOPLE NEED TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!
Worked there in 2016 for a month! The worst bunch of people I’ve ever come across! When I need a good laugh I look up their reviews! So, I see they still suck! Sadly they only care about money and not the patients! The owners were nice, but the “VP” was a nasty old bag! Lose the big pink bows KS!
I like Jamal very much very helpful with my tanks due to the o ring had fone bad. Very fast as well. He also had a great attitude! Very happy with todays delivery!

We were told same day delivery... We did not get it the same day. In fact I had to call at close to 3am to even get the items delivered. We received them at 4:30 am after rearranging our entire schedule to be home for the delivery. Due to the time of the delivery our schedule for the bentire weekend was postponed. It is 4 days later and we are still missing items that were supposed to be delivered on 3 different days and we received NO calls or updates from them. It is a full time job to fix the mess they created.
Want to share my five year long experience with AA medical. For the most part really good care however went through some rocky stuff when Adapthealth took over took couple of trips my pulmonologist to get things on track. Service and care is now really good thanks to the staff at AA medical.
AA Medical representative Christine was delight to work with. She has a thorough understanding of the workings of the CPAP equipment and was able to provide her insight, counsel and experience to improve my treatment. She is an outstanding member of AA Medical, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone seeking competent sleep apnea therapy.
Do a good job only fall back is they do not have a pahrump location and only deliver to pahrunp once a week and if you have a problem with equipment it could take 2 days to get help.
Definitely deserves zero stars but unfortunately I had to give 1 star. This place lives up to their bad reviews, they dont care about service at all. I am switching to a different company and hopefully you read these reviews first and just go elsewhere.
Since my wife does not yet have Part B I asked about charges. I was told that it was $175 a month. I asked how much it would be if she had Pert B. I was told that if she had it and was qualified (she was) they would charge Medicare $90 a month and if she had it but was not qualified they would charge me $90 a month. Seems like they feel like it is reasonable to charge whatever they think will get them the most money from people with no insurance. No unique to them but still wrong.

Absolutely horrible and they have terrible customer service. I have given them enough chances. Every time I talk to someone they blame someone else for not being able to help me. Every time I am there I hear someone else with another horror story begging them for help. Just all around a terrible company.

IF YOU WANT AND NEED TERRIBLE SERVICE TO RUIN YOUR DAY, USE AA MEDICAL. When they cant or dont wish to answer your questions they will say to please hold for a supervisor, and hang up on in after you have waited.
My son was issued a machine in Oct 2020. 2 night ago his machine had a problem called the number on the machine after hours. Apparently someone is supposed to call back the next day. Nope. Tuesday Today I call and they knew my son needed help and said that I could not be helped due to no authorization.Who was going yo notify the patient about the status?Why is it the patients responsibility to contact insurance?When I questioned the billing and asked to speak to a supervisor HE hung up on me.
I’m a CPAP machine user. As far as replenishing supplies I have had no problems. About every three months they send me an email asking what I need. I respond by email or telephone if I have a question. I’ve changed the mask out and have had no problem getting a different type of mask to try out. They have done well by me for CPAP supplies. Been with them for over a year now.
So this company did not ask for my husbands insurance, first thing they wanted was his payment(Visa). They charged for oxygen, came out of acct instantly, and now telling the insurance company they charged for a walker. So they said they will have to charge for the oxygen separately, now that they know he has insurance. This place is just wants money!!! Please check out other places!!! They must have a deal going with PAM Specialty Hospital!

I would not give them any stars if it was possible. I received a CPAP machine which came with a 30 day free exchange if I wasn’t happy with the mask type. I called within the 30 days to there supply department which was apparently the wrong place to call. The women was helpful and said she would have the correct department call me and she would note my account so that their wouldn’t be any issues with the 30 day exchange. No one ever called me so when I called a second time I was told they would give me a new mask but I would have to pay for it. They say my account had no notes. I was furious. I will see if I can send my future business elsewhere and discuss with my insurance provider.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANYCOVID the newest excuse to AVOID helping someone for any reason.I came here for a medical purchase but forgot the prescription.NO you cannot come in to call your Dr to fax a replacement you now have to go home and start over and make two appointments to get this done.NO I understand that you have to wait 2 hours for your Paratransit ride and there are no seats or shade in the 100 degree sunNO I can see you are relying on a cane but youll have to go elsewhere even if you cant walk far.. WE WONT help you hereI finally found a shaded cement stoop in front of UMC Care Center since they refused to help me either.When the bus is due I will have to walk back to the front of AA Medical and I can assure you I will not return nor will I let my friends go there, at ANY of their locations.
I felt safe,my temperature was taken righ away.Unfortunally, Brandon was very impersonal I was expecting to be measure but ¡ it did not happen!I was there to find out why my mask blow air in differents ways when I wore it Brandon make me feel incomfortable when I asked questions about the mask I just got another mask,- diferent style and smaller-He tryed small on me I felt it too small, he said:the medium will be too big so I took it, may be he was right.Now I was going to use it, and I found out that the hoose from my other mask does not fit in the new one The company should treat us _the customers _with respect,¡ we deserve that our time be respected,by having employees who use empathy and are willing to give us the right equipment all in one visit and also that is willing to give us advise if we need it I am very very dissapointedI will have to have more uncomfortable nights becouse BRANDON who represent the company did an ¡SLOPPY JOB! He shoul give me the mask with the right hoose in the same visit I shoul be able to use it tonight -That is not fear - Now I hope It does not take too long, for me to have another appointment with some body - who knows what is doing - to get the right hoose . The others two ladys in the store were very nice ¡They know how to smile!
Abusive: wish I could write otherwise. Should be closed by the Health Department. I delayed a trip for 10 days only to find therapist...who has been out for a long time...,according to staff...still failed to appear. The stafff, lead by Desiree sp.? does not understand that patients lives are at stake...she seemed to laugh at the fact I spent nearly a thousand dollars waitlng for my July 9th appointment only to have to be rescheduled. A lady Jennifer told me to come later in the day. I arrived a few minutes late only to find that the door was locked!!! And they wouldnt see me. And staff seemed so happy to kick me out.My sleep center assigned them to me. What a nightmare. My sleep study showed that I failed to breath on 45 occasions in 3 hours...yes,,, I need a CPAP,,, does the staff at AA have a clue or concern??? NONONO

Friendly and highly educated staff. I witnessed first hand the staff going above and beyond to help their customers. I had an excellent experience and most definitely will be going back for all my durable medical equipment needs. I recommend this place for all ages.
Not very responsive to calls for oxygen tank replacement. Two calls, no response. The patient even called but received no call back. Not a very reliable company.

Absolutely awful! Ive been trying since July to order a new CPAP mask and tubing. They first said my prescription was out of date (Ive had this machine for a dozen years and re-order regularly, but suddenly the prescription is out of date and apparently will affect my ability to replace an old mask! So I waited two weeks, went to my doctor, who promptly faxed a new prescription. Still nothing, so I called. I was told the renewed prescription was never received. I gave them the doctors office number. They AGAIN faxed the prescription -- still no supplies! When I called again today, 5 weeks after initial contact, I was told that again there has been no receipt of the prescription. I told her it was faxed twice and her response was I just checked the machine, theres no fax -- well of course not they were faxed 5 weeks ago and 3 weeks ago. No problem! Ive ordered online from a site that WILL take my business..
Everyone very courteous, friendly, helpful - they efficiently conferred with my doctor and insurer to get my forms and paperwork effectively completed quickly and am very happy with my wheelchair! The best!

I just had a Saturday appointment. I was treated politely. Everything was explained in detail. I had an issue with my insurance and the person helping was patient and made sure everything was resolved before I left.
Were visiting from out of town and had problems with our cpap. We dropped in with no appointment. The young lady who greeted us went out of her way to get us what we needed! The RT was very friendly and helpful as well! No wonder my mom told us about this place! Would recommend in a heartbeat!
Incompetent, NO FOLLOW THROUGH, THE FIRST RESPONSE IS I DONT SEE THE ORDER. THEN YOU TELL THEM OH YES YOU HAVE BECAUSE WE HAVE TALKED SEVERAL TIMES NOW ABOUT THIS ORDER. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY FIND THE ORDER. THIS HAPPENED TWICE. THEN AS IF THIS IS ENOUGH THEY DONT UNDERSTAND FOLLOW UP. MY DOCTOR HAD NOT RESPONDED.......SO WHAT SHOULD THEY DO NEXT. EITHER CALL ME OR CONTACT THE DOCTORS OFFICE ......RIGHT. NO THEY JUST FORGET ABOUT IT.....DONE DEAL. HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS. THE RECEPTIONIST INSIST SHE CAN HANDLE THE CALL. Horrible customer service. I was quoted $115 with my insurance but was charged 3 times that when I got there. When I inquired about the discrepancy I was told I should call my insurance and come back another day. Then they tried to give me a used machine instead of a new one. They charged separate for the humidifier thats part of the machine. Very shady business I suggest you go elsewhere.UpdateGot an invoice today and was again billed a higher price than I was told I would have to pay. Billing rep admitted the mistake was theirs after repeatedly trying to belittle me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
They pushed a bulky mask on me even though I asked for the more comfortable mask that I did my test with, and the receptionist hung the phone up on me and would not answer the phone when I called to replace the the mask.tgey called me back 3 weeks later too replace the mask.then they called me with A nasty tone demanding me to return the CPAP machine, and didnt even give me the option to purchase the machine.tgen had someone come to my house. It took them 9 months to help me and 2 days to pick it up.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Only one that is any good is Art. For a company that provides for life saving needs they show zero compassion in every interaction. They absolutely could care less if you receive services. They act as if they have you trapped because of your insurance. Overall unknowledgeable also. Both in aspects of business and healthcare.
This company is really gone downhill they have 0 customer service they are owned by a large corporation that has no care for its customers they will call you at 6:30 in the morning to tell you your Shipment is not ready when you call back all you get his voicemail this is not a local company anymore boycott AA medical
Horrible service. Took forever for them to contact me so that I could schedule to have the devices I needed delivered. They didnt deliver the devices I needed on the day I was told they would be delivered. Mind you, I took off work to stay home to sign for the equipment and they did not give me a time range of when the delivery would occur. They delivered the devices to me the next evening. I had to call the next day to get updates on what was going on because no one called me, the customer. When I hooked my twins up tp the machines, they both were non-functional. I called the 24 hour number for assistance and got the run around for the next 3 days. I finally called the pulmonologist that ordered the devices, complained about AA Medical and he ordered the supplies from another facility. I need to call my insurance to make sure they arent billed for the rental of those broken devices. The staff are UNORGANIZED and scattered. I DEFINITELY would not recommend this place to anyone! Save yourself time and money. This was the 2nd time we have dealt with them and received broken, janky equipment. Tricare folks, please use someone else. I have already spoken to our referral staff in the hospital.
Underwhelming customer service. Poor management with department transfers. Do not ask for anything complex are with multiple steps because it is an incredibly slow result process.
Every time I tried to use them to get my nebulizer or my wheelchairs or whatever maybe they have always been curious and my boys can kind and is always show up when they were supposed to show up with what they were supposed to show up with I recommend them more than anyone else in the valley
