On vacation my knee happened to go out and wouldn’t you know I forgot to pack my braces. I needed an extra large size and Las Vegas Medical seemed to be the only one with it in stock. What a life saver. Thank you so much

Stayed in Vegas and packed my CPAP machine and forgot to pack my mask I called the las vegas medical store and they were able to send a replacement mask to hotel within 2 hours...I highly recommend them

I found this place because my usual supplier was inexplicably closed early and I had a piece of broken equipment that I absolutely had to replace that day. The employee I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful and she resolved my issue. Unfortunately, they did not have the part i needed but she was able to find an alternate that resolved the issue. It definitely cost more but it was a different kind of solution and I was interested in giving it a try. If you are a sleep apnea sufferer, these guys are a great and helpful option.

We needed a knee scooter for our employee who tore his Achilles tendon and was wearing a boot while we were in San Diego for our other sons graduation. Erics Medical Supply made it super easy for us! They delivered a knee scooter to our hotel before we arrived & even picked it up at our hotel after we left. The scooter worked perfectly for him to get around MCRD & cruise through the San Diego Zoo for the afternoon too. Exactly what we needed & so convenient.

We definitely will be back! We came here looking for supplies for my Dads oxygen therapy and we werent disappointed by the prices, and the lady who helped us was very informative about proper care to help keep my Dad healthy while using his oxygen. She was more informative about the proper cleaning than the doctor or respiratory therapist who never told me anything about it. They had a nice selection of braces that my husband I plan to come back and look at when we have more time.

I called to inquire about an oximeter to measure the oxygen saturation in my blood because I have COPD. Its important that I stay on top of that. Stephanie told me they were ordered and she agreed to put 2 aside for me when they came in. She was true to her word, I picked them both up yesterday! They were also less expensive than I found them online, even from Amazon. I was treated kindly by Stephanie and she is very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. Absolutely wonderful service and prices. I had an issue with State Medical in Henderson. I had never visited or used Las Vegas Medical and I now know what quality service is. After my wifes oxygen concentrator broke, I had her doctor fax and write out a prescription to Stateedical in Henderson. But because the doctor failed to put her initials onthe fax cover, even though it was on the prescription, they refused to give me the equipment. And this was after I explained that my wife needed the equipment in order to breathe sufficiently. So I decided it was time for a change. So I made the longer drive to Las Vegas Medical and Im glad I did. They had the equipment that I needed to get my wife back on her oxygen and were very helpful. And in addition to that, I saved $195 that I would have spent in Henderson at State Medical. After being in a hospitality industry and working on the strip for almost 39 years, it was nice to see that quality customer service still exists in the Vegas Valley. I highly recommend Las Vegas Medical to anybody who is need of medical equipment. You cant beat the customer service, and its going to be very hard to beat their prices as well. Thank you Las Vegas Medical for helping me with my wifes medical needs!!!

Great service! My dads insurance declined an at home hospital bed so I had to find one on my own. I found Las Vegas Medical Store and they had a couple in stock. I purchased 20 blue hospital mask on 3/5/20 from this store, the mask cost me $43 and some change. The mask dont come in original packaging theyre in some type of plastic envelope that is resealable. Its a shame how businesses are taking advantage of the public in time of a crisis. Whats really sad is the woman tried to sale me the 3M n95 mask thats $9.99 on her website go for $15 for one. a box of 10 $200of 10

So I sprained my knee playing volleyball and I had to go to work the next day. I called Las Vegas Medical Store to see if they had any options available for me and they suggested I rent a Knee Scooter. I was going to get crutches, but they made my life so much easier. They gave me a offroad monster knee scooter. They even had a knee brace that had a hinged rod built in. I was very impressed with their expertise and knowledge of my needs. I had an amazing customer service experience and will definitely recommend anyone who is having a hard time with knee problems go here. Thank you guys!

Would be better if their claim about getting back to people who message them quickly was true. Rented equipment for vacation and when I contacted them about returning it before our trip was over I never got a response.

This store is filled and pilled with so many varietys! My husband is a Cpap user witch has been around for a few years now. It can be very difficult to find a store that is associated with these medical equipments. Thanks to this store and staff Stephanie, we are actually happy and comfortable with what he has purchased. We went threw quite a few masks until Stephanie recommenced Dream Wear full face by Phillips. He can actually sleep without awaking and stays asleep! We thank you so much for even delivering it to our house!

Not too many products as advertised and the clerk that was working seem like she didnt even want to be there. She seemed annoyed when asking her questions about certain products.

Really nice and organized store they just open last month they got really nice employee who works in front answered all my questions got my blood glucose monitoring system and a nice caring bag also got me a dr comfort shoe that was custom measured cant wait to go back and get my shoes

These guys have great selection of almost everything medical, we were able to find great selection of cpap masks and accessories! Great pillows and much more. The stand for the cpap tube ( witch hold the tube to your bed high very convinent) was a great buy! Will be returning thanks for being there!!

Visiting las vegas for a event and my cpap machine was not working good was not blowing or coming on called medical store and they told me to bring the machine to store so I did and the lady at the front counter greeted me and got my machine working the power adapter was not working so I got a new one and went back to my hotel and sleeped like a baby thank you for saving me from not sleeping I will recommend everybody to go here for cpap machine problem or missing mask parts

Stephanie was extremely rude to my wife who was getting my medical equpment that i REALLY NEEDED. Stephanie sighed as soon as my wife walk in the store.She repeatedly told my wife that they were closeing but they werent closeing for another 20 minutes!!!My insurance wasnt going to cover it so . She told my wife it was $40. My wife then said thats fine and pulled out her card. Stephanie proceeded to tell my wife that cant accept debit card because they were closeing already... we would have been more understanding if stephanie didnt have such a bad additude. We will never go to this place again!!!

Walked in today and got a bedside commode with wheels best price in town get job with everything they lady helped me and got what i need they even gave me a detailed receipt to submit to my insurance company for reimbursement

Went in to buy a knee brace from the medical store and they had what i needed only thing I didnt know the size of the brace I needed so the lady measured me and got the size I wanted and it cost only $22.99 WOW Im never going to CVS or Walgreen again real helpful and friendly will definitely recommend to all my friend who play sports thanks Stephanie
