Never have enough lanes open even at peak times during the day…. They have absolutely no respect for my time and expect me to wait in a long line!!! Not doing it…. I will never step foot in there again

Well Ive been going since it opened convenient close to home friendly presently a change employees then I got comfortable now it just business hey good folks continue prosperity with enthusiasm and make dreams come true..word of thought if u dont have nothing nice to say dont say nothing at all.

Pretty managed, Clean and well organized, fresh fruit, vegetables, food stuff, much much more verity available. Only one thing i noticed, its expensive than walmart even target. But still i love to shop at Save Mart because every thing available under a big roof. Thank you

They are pricey compared to Food 4 Less, but have quality meat options. Also, I love their pre-bagged pork and veggies and shrimp and veggies. Salmon and chicken options can use other seasoning options in my opinion, but the Salmon one is still okay. Easy to toss in the oven when you need dinner quick and not messy.I also love that you can get money orders here up to $1700, card or cash.Workers are always polite and professional.

Had everything I needed for the bday. All the staff greeted me...even the dude in the parking lot. 🤣

Google keeps asking me to share about Savemart. What can I say, its the only grocery store in Lathrop also serving Manteca, French Camp, River Islands and more areas. Lots of tourists and truckers from Highway 5 stop in. Its a beautiful store, large, roomy aisles and high ceilings. Pick up all your needs there. From our large produce dept to our even larger wine section and dont forget to select a specialty cheese from the deli and cookies from the bakery along with all your other needs!

Customer service is always great here. The store is clean and rarely ever runs out of items I buy regularly. You can find managers special items in the last aisle near the yogurt. You can find good mark down their wines, too. If you download their app, you can take advantage of savings, coupons & freebie Friday. This store is my go-to grocery store.

It was cool! The store had a handicap cart to where you can drive it oh, Im not handicapped but I rode it. People were offering me to get things from high spaces to me and everybody was being kind. The look on peoples face when I got off the handicap cart and started skipping away to my car with my bag was priceless!

Save mart is a convient place to shop. The staff is respectable for the most part. There are a few exceptions,where Ive needed to verbally,check a manager for his being indirectly rude when Asked a question. Managers like this gentleman Im referring to knows who he is. The store has a good selection of items. The deli has very good sandwiches. The wings are also good. The customer service is always great. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Clean, well staffed and product. Cashiers were friendly. Its not DIESEL friendly though. The flying J is the next exit. Drop your trailer there and Bob tail back. The prices were a lot cheaper than the truck stop. I will definitely stop in here to shop again.

Scam alert!! They sell expired frozen goods marked down, but dont disclose on tags or signage that its expired. Stuff from December 2019 and older stuff from 2018. Check the dates on everything, dont buy anything on sale without checking it first!

Save mart is just like Safeway or lucky.I think its owned by SafewayBut I get the feeling it has slightly less selection. Its food is what you need in all departments.

Each line was about 10 carts long. There was only four cashiers and it took about 15 minutes or more just to get through the line. The cashiers were working double hard! Everything I had was melted by the time I checked out

Staff are the best! Always courteous, always friendly, like family. Store is clean and organized when the regular staff are there. Even temp staff who have jumped in to help during this crazy COVID pandemic are great. Prices are in my families budget.

Saturday at 6pm. Only 3 checkout lanes open and 10-15 people in each line. No one answering their phones. Manager on duty is not checking people out or running customer service which is sad, but she is complaining about not having enough staff. There is ample staff (though they might not be trained for registers) just walking around store.

Savemart is always a great place. I always have fast service here and the people are so friendly. I go there so often that Ive gotten to know the workers there and I think thats what makes shopping at Savemart so wonderful.

Nice place to do some shopping, a bit pricey on some items, but the produce is good.

After all this time ive shopped here,i still cant figure out why this place is called SAVE mart.its expensive here.but it beats driving to walmart in manteca.great place though,nice to go somewhere where everyone that works there knows you and your family.

Brown meat for sale in the meat dept. Long lines because only a few check out lanes open.

I hate giving a bad review but the staff here does not care.... only one lane open and a line to the back of the store. But, a lot of workers that could help. Unacceptable. We will not be shopping here anymore.

Always has long lines even when they have a lot of staff working. They let the customers stack up in line and do not open up more registers. Managers do not set up and seem to not care about efficiency. Not coming back to this location.

Worst customer service ever!! If you try to call this store they pick up the phone and dont say anything leaving you sitting there until you hang up. Spoke to manager Richard and when I told him what was happening he said so what can I do about it.... I guess thats a appropriate response from a store manager as he called himself.. I get it Im in customer service too and the reason I still have a job is because of my customers... Lathrop Save Mart doesnt care. Heads up call any other department in the store other than customer service line if you want someone to talk to you.

Theres a major difference between the produce in a Save Mart, and the produce in a Raleys. I enjoy my local Save Mart but Ive purchased too many expired goods, too many gross onions and have showed up too many times to find the store out of romaine lettuce that I need for my guinea pig. Guess who never has that issue? Raleys...

I’m very impressed as my local grocery store is doing so well with groceries, water, milk during this shutdown panic. Very well organized and managed is what it means.

I have always been a fan of SaveMart, and this location is no exception. They keep it clean and thoughtfully stocked. The produce tends to be better here than my local, and I can usually find everything I need. The staff are always helpful and friendly and this is why I will drive just a little further (about 10 minutes further than my local grocery store) to come here.

Good Save Mart. For some reason for the past 2 years give or take a few months... The floors are not even close to being as clean as they typically were before that. It seems the store is always out of things when it never was before. No, I am not talking about Covid stuff. Simple things like lettuce, hash browns, heavy whipping cream, lemonade, etc... Then when you get in line, you wait a lot longer than ever before and this is based on before Covid. Its like they decided have have less people working or laid people off. I dont know, but I feel like 13 minutes to get to the check out process is too long. I dont mind bagging my own groceries, but that may be a reason it takes so long. I put off doing this review for a long time thinking it would get better. It hasnt... if there was another grocery store in town, most likely I would go there as long as it was cleaner and a smidge faster.

I only go here if I need to grab something quick. It isnt the place you go to for a week supply of food. They are a bit pricey and Ive gotten a few expired things. The store is kept clean and most of the cashiers are very nice. The main prob is the price...but they do have good variety.

I went for a birthday cake. I highly recommend their bakery. Any time I need to buy a cake or order one, this is my first choice. Their bakery is great with lots of delicious items, but their cakes are at the top of those items.

I was expecting the visit from Thanksgiving hell ! I parked WAY out because the lot was full. I was able to walk in and find marshmallows right there! Next pretzels and coffee! I walk the aprox 4 isles down to find NO ONE was in the chip isle and was able to grab coffee on the next. WAS IN AND OUT UNDER 8 MIN ON NIGHT BEFOR THANKSGIVING! THERE SET UP WAS/IS PERFECT

It was clean, well stocked, prices were good. I really appreciated it that there were plenty of very nice employees around to assist people in finding items. All check outside were open. Baskets were available for shopping. Ill definitely be back!
