I went to Automotive Super Service for a second opinion on my head gasket for my 2010 Toyota Camry. They took my car in on a Saturday, had it for about 2 hours, told me they dont see the signs and did give me the thermostat that I asked for. I brought the car back on Sunday because my husband noticed 1/4 coolant gone and so they did more tests on the car. IN the end, Sal took us back and showed us the car and talked shop to my husband and agreed it is the head gasket. He was honest about it, offered a better price to fix it, but I went back to the original mechanic to get the head gasket done. I do appreciate the honesty from Automotive Super Service, Im glad my husband got his radiator hoses done here last year and I would recommend this garage to my coworkers and my friends in this town.

Beware as I took our cars there for a couple of years with great service. Until the day one of the mechanics did poor work and required us to purchase a new motor. Took almost 3 weeks to get the motor put in only to have issues again requiring it to go back for an additional week to have another new motor put in. If you are having simple things done i think you will be fine, but they do not stand behind their work and they have a lot of repeat business due to the work not being done correctly the first time. I am sorry to say we have not been back since. Once you lie to me the trust is gone.

Sam is the best! I got into an accident (my first one), I didnt know much about how insurance would handle the situation since it was her fault, long story short her insurance covered everything including a rental, Sam was more than helpful and spoke with the adjuster directly so I didnt have to, he kept me up to date through everything. He really made this so easy and Im more than happy I came to him. He was recommended by a friend, and I will continue to see him for any issues I have, I totally recommend him!

I believe that you must run your business with integrity, honesty and professionalism. After my experience at this place, I am truly questioning if they have any of these things. First time taking my car to these guys and my last time ever. One positive thing I would say is that the first guy I initial dealt with and priced me the cost for repairs was very nice and upfront with me, wish I remembered his name.I took my car in to get my struts/shocks, turbo line and engine valve cover changed. The same day I got my car back from them I noticed a very loud noise coming from my engine when ever I pressed on the gas which I never had that problem before. So I took it back the next day to them and they drove the car, heard the same sound I heard, even put the car on a lift and couldnt find out what was wrong.They told me its probably my turbo because of the leak in the turbo line or turbo blades (never heard of turbo blades) and told me to drive the car for 5 days and itll probably go away.Took my car to another mechanic and within seconds he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and fix it under 10 minutes. The bolts on exhaust manifold was not tightened properly, such an simple fix that the guy didnt charge me, I offered to tip him for his honesty.So I went back to Automotive Super Services and told them what the problem was and instead of taking ownership the gentleman in the front who I think is the owner said see I knew someone was trying to sabotage your car from before there were so many blots loose when we got it but they didnt tell me anything about loose bolts until the day I brought it back to them and couldnt even figure out something so simple as the bolts for my exhaust manifold were not properly tightened back how they received it.I understand people make mistakes and I believe in second chances but I also believe in taking ownership for your mistakes.This could have caused serious damage to my car because of the heat from the exhaust possibly costing me thousands in repairs.I truly believe it is very difficult to find professionals with integrity and these guys made me feel even more right about this but the mechanic that fixed the issue for me showed me that there are still a few.

I brought in my girlfriends car and it was running very rough. The car was barely able to stay on. I was not familiar with this shop but I was recommended by someone locally and gave them a shot. They were able to take my car in and in now time diagnosed my cars problem. They were even able to fix an annoying wiring issue I had for over a year. Im super thankful to Sal and Fred. I will definitely return and send many people there way! Oh, yea and not to mention they were very affordable and fast!

Sam, Fred, and the whole team are THE BEST!QUICK STORY: I went two doors down to Tire Kingdom for an oil change (bad decision) and after working on my car they informed me that my oil pan was stripped and it would be about $950 to change it. Their price sounded ridiculous so I decided to walk door to door along the strip of mechanics and long story short, Automotive Super Service charged $300 LESS ($650)!! The customer service is superb! And since my car kept leaking oil, I wasnt able to start the engine to drive it, so they literally PUSHED my car in the hot sun to their shop so I wouldnt have to call a tow truck! Then, since they would have to keep my car overnight, they gave me a ride home, and promptly picked me back up from my house the next day as soon as my car was ready! I would recommend them a million times if I could! Theyre officially my new mechanics! Thanks Guys!!!

They are very real with you especially if youre a returning customer. The best thing with mechanics is to try and find a good one and stick with them. I get good rates and my family hasnt been overcharged. Its not a big operation so if you dont make an appointment or catch them at a busy time, you will be waiting, but thats really an issue with all mechanics.

THEY ARE MECHANICS THAT GUESS WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR CAR. I WENT ON MAY 2 THEN AGAIN FOR THE SAME ISSUE ON MAY 7 ... THEN YET AGAIN ON MAY 15, 2020. THE SAME ISSUE EACH TIME BUT THEY TELL YOU SOMTHING DIFFERENT TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY. There aren’t too many business men that will go above and beyond to help you now of days. Especially in the automotive industry. But there are two and they helped me today! Went in to have my classic car serviced while away out of town, lower ball joints,wipers not working,& a/c service. the a/c service turned into a night with mis diagnostics 3 times & still did not get it right, 1st I was told I needed a compresor,next I needed an actuator that opened & closed my vents which I was told they needed to take the dash out of my car(which it never was) 8hrs of labor, next I needed a control head... this is where I put the brakes on. Whoa $1,500.00 later I was billed & only got my ball joints done & wipers working. A/C still does not blow cold air, not to mention they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a rear wheel drive full framed car (which cannot be done by the way) when I mentioned it Sam looked stunned & had no answer??? why the charge. next when my car was brought around after them having it for 2 weeks the lt & rt doors were riddled with door dents, when I showed him again he was stunned with a loss for words. & offered up $100.00 discount on my bill, well it cost me over $700.00 to re due my two doors & I run a collision center. (not even close guys) these people have no respect for your personal car as my classic was parked out back & was stained from front to back with tree droppings & bird poop, these guys are great talkers but dont be fooled unless its something they can plug a computer into & let it do the work for them. If you dont take my advise & still service your car there make sure you check it well for damages when you get it back as they stack cars side by side & on top of each other on lifts just say no

We took our vehicle here because Sam & fred said they could repair it. We were involved i a car accident. Once we recieved the car something wasnt correct. We took it to the dealership to have work done. Fred did an aweful job on repairs. Dealer asked us why did we let a mechanic do the repairs. We honestly didnt know the difference. Donot use them for autobody now we are in limbo. THEY ARE NOT LICENSED .

Absolutely the best repair shop in South Florida.

Awful. These people overcharged. They had my car for 3 months and never fixed it. When I asked for a refund they refused to give my money back. When I tried getting my vehicle, they parked directly in front of my car blocking me in. I took my vehicle to another mechanic. And the new mechanic said my vehicle was so badly dismantled by the prior shop that it was almost impossible to diagnosis the original problem. Im actually filing a small claims case. Beware. You have been warned!!

Horrible experience!!!! Dishonest and unprofessional. Told me one price and then apparently did all these unnecessary services to my car to overcharge me by almost $300. If your a woman, bring a man with you and make sure they give you an estimate with the price on it before you sign it. I made the mistake of filing out a blank form and signing it, meaning verbally what was told and what I signed are two totally different things.

Here I leave my story, in this workshop they do not know about diagnosis or anything and the manager does not know what their mechanics do either, I took my 2007 Toyota Yaris car with AC problems and they told me it was the compressor, the maneger He said that it was the compressor and that it cost me about 400, in the end they charged me $ 37 for diagnosis a week later a street mechanic puts the clocks on him and he just needed cold and then the compressor started, the problem is simple the car He works with two valves, one high and one low so that if this Mr. runs out of cold, the compressor does not burn and if it is too cold, the same does not work. Lousy workshop, bad mechanics and of course the person in charge, they dont go, they steal their money and I still have the proof of diagnosis saved, they are a shame !!
