Checked in around 9am by tow due to very bad knocking and shaking when I drive my car. Was advised up front about $49 cost for inspection and I was assured it would go toward the repair.Got diagnosis within 30 minutes. Big ticket matter. They gave me a fair and honest report and repairs needed.Bottom line: In one day, theyReplaced my drive shaft,Replace the shocks on my SUV trunk(cant tell you how long that needed to be fixed).Completed my oil change and offered to fix a single break light that was out.They didnt just fix the immediate problem, I they set my car up for another few years of great service.Thank you Danny and your team. Ladies go there. Fair and honest treatment.

Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Came in to get a tire mounted and balanced. We were greeted like family, immediately given a bay, and out of there in less than an hour. My daughter was being fussy and the owner gave her a pastry that instantly made her happy. With his quick team and kindness they have gained customers for life!

If I could give the no stars I would! Was referred to them by a neighbor to change my Cadillac converter under the manifold, few days later check engine came back ok went back and they tried to convince me it was my other converter and needed to replace the other ones as well, after I got a second opinion turns out they did a bad job and left things lose inside my manifold which causes a leak which cause my engine light to comeBack on. ITS NOT OVER! After they tighten there mess up and apologize for not catching it when I came back. My engine light came back on! So I called a mechanic to get a second opinion & turns out they stole my intake hose and replaced it with a smaller one so now my car is skipping because air is coming in through the hose that they replaced for my original that they stole from my car.For the cherry on top they forgot to put back allMy screws so now not only do I have the wrong hose but I have missing screws as well!0/10They can not be trusted! Not only do they not do the job right the first time but they also STEAL your original parts and replace them with the wrong ones!DO NOT EVER GO THERE!

Please save your time and do not go here. Told me $1000 for problems that really was only a loose connecting cable. Told me my altinator was no good. Took to another mechanic and sent me pics of a strong battery AND altinator. Also they wouldnt credit me my $30 from diagnostic test even though I was looking at a sign that said they did. JUST HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP. THE MECHANICS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME WITH MY CAR.

Charged half hour labor ($45) for topping off steering wheel oil. Then claimed the steering pump is leaking and tried deceivibly to talking me into replacing it for over $600. I have been driving it since or about ten days and absolutely no leacking and oil level still the same. He claimed I will have to fill every other day if I do no thing about it.

I go here all the time for my oil change and just got my bearings changed,there honest about whats needed to be done to your vehicle and for me I think they work pretty fast and does a great job.

To get my vehicle tires balanced you wanted to charge $20 per tire that is $10 above of what normally everybody else charges around here... come on man !!! everybody struggling now days dont do that...

AVOID AT ALL COST. I went in simply for an oil change and asked the guy to print out a list of the suggested fixes for my car. I told the guy I want to just do an oil change and if they could check for me on the valve cover gasket ( which I had believed I previously done). So at this point all I’ve asked for was an oil change and to check on the gasket . He came back and said it looked like we did it already . So at this point I’m just thinking I’m getting an oil change . Almost two hours pass and I’m wondering what’s taking so long . They finally came with the bill and I was charged 400 for parts and labor for an oil pan change. This was an issue that 1) wasn’t listed on the sheet they gave me 2) they haven’t even looked at my car yet 3) since they didn’t look at my car and it wasn’t listed how was I charged for this especially since I didn’t ask for it? They’re nothing but scammers trying to get one over you . If you go here don’t let them talk you into anything no matter how bad they make it sound.

I had a problem with my car. Numerous leaks as a woman I was a little hesitant about taking my care to people I didn’t know but I knew my car needed to be fixed. The first person I saw I was Mr. Danny he was all smiles and very hospitable and friendly. He told me that my car was in bad shape and that I had no business driving the car with oil all over the engine and that it wasn’t safe. He then cleaned the oil off the engine and told me to bring it back in a couple of days. I brought the car back and he remembered me and still treated me the same. All smiles and very hospitable after giving me the diagnosis about my car and the fee. He explained everything where I could understand and didn’t pressure me and told me to go home and think about what I want to do. I say all of this because there are mechanics that are not all about your money but in fact care and are genuine. He gave me several options and he showed me what to do to preserve the life of my car..... IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR LOOKED AT TALK TO DANNY!!!! Cool people and friendly staff

Took my car 5 months ago to replace power steering now having problems cant turn wheel took car back because I have a warranty on parts paid another 400 plus for service the car is not much different they did not honor warranty installed a defective part and charged for it very dishonest absolutely cannot be trusted.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE CROOKS...We brought our car in for a simple part change that wouldhave cost us $200.00 and were told that we needed an entire new computer system that would cost us $1,500.00. When we disagreed with their findings they tried to keep our vehicle hostage, until my husband threatened to call the police . They released the vehicle and we took it to another shop and had a diagnostic ran twice and was told our computer was fine and we only needed to change the part on the vehicle. The sad part is that we were loyal customers to this company for almost 4 years and they tried to RIP us off. If you want to be cheated out of your money, then go to this shop otherwise STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

The customer service is beyond excellent. The oil changes are faster than most places. The technicians are certified, friendly and professional. They sell most car parts at a reasonable price. It was great to find a place that cares about your safety on the road and not a 6 hr wait like tire plus. They dont cheat women like other places take advantage and i like how they remember me and also check all issues for me and give prices to fix. I only wish they call to remind customers when oil changes or tune up is due but for now i love them. Excellent place a diamond in the rough.

Oil changes are always fast... Cheaper than most of their competition!! Customer service is excellent. As a woman I feel comfortable bringing my car here because they never try to tell me I need extra work done on my car that I know is not needed. My only issue, I wish they used a better quality of oil.

Well... I think I was had. Not for much.. but it just seemed fishy.I went for an oil change at their Lauderhill location because they have closed their Wilton Manors location where I always received good and prompt service. They advertise a 30 min oil change.. and I was there over two hours. Now they were busy but I had asked on the phone to make an appointment for the next day.. but he said come in now so I did and found the place packed.. so I did have to wait about 30 mins before they took my car in which is a Fiat Abarth 500 and babied with less than 20,000 miles. I bought it new. I then waited another two hours with my car up in the air on their lift. While waiting every single customer before me was called up to the counter to be told their car needed extra work... EVERY CUSTOMER. Now some folks do let their cars go, and this location is not in the best area so some people are strapped for cash Im sure, but come on. EVERY CUSTOMER?? Then it was MY turn. They told me you need a new cabin filter...no big deal Ok I’ll change it myself or get one at the dealer. You need an air filter too.. but we don’t have it. We have to order it.. ok well I’ll get that myself too... then they call me back up to tell me my rear tire has a nail in it. I have Tire Pressure Monitors (TPMs) and there was no air loss in any of my tires.. but I thought.. ok.. so they charged me 26.00 extra to patch it. They just seemed dead set to get me to pay extra for something. So I went in thinking I would spend 60.00 for the oil change as I use synthetic, but left having spent 95.00. Not much more but the other folks before me got soaked. Two were told their cars had immediate safety issues and then they plugged their “easy credit-no credit needed” credit card.... yeah right. Neither customer fell for that.This is NOT how I was treated at the old location at all. Plus they charged 17 to patch tires there. Actually i think they plugged them there, which is better anyway. I will not return to this Lauderhill location. If you google reviews of this place you’ll see they have a truly terrible rep.. it’s hard to believe it was the same company I was so happy in Wilton Manors. There was one nice employee who must have been hired form the WM store.. he recognized me.. but the guy who did my work ... well again, I will not be back.

Worst place ever took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. They striped the wheel studs and blamed the person who worked on it last which was them and then wanted to charge me for their mistake to get it fixed

I went to USA Auto Care to have my oil changed. The guy came out and said my rear brakes needed to be replaced. I said OK without thinking. Then I remembered I have less than 15,000 miles on the car! I dont know how thats even possible. I feel stupid. They must have seen me coming. I wont go back.

Would give 0 stars if I could. After a $35 diagnostic test I was told I needed a whole new alternator at $404 total cost. Took to 2 other places and was told power steering pump needs to be replaced, with fluid leaking everywhere. How did they not notice this in their diagnostic ? They were very rude as well! Stay away!

Worst service ever. I trusted this people for a simple oil change and filter. They placed a bad filter in my car that almost damage my engine it started smoking. I had to take it to another place to have the same service done and had to pay again. I went to them and took them the filter and showed them so they can.see with there own eues. They didnt want to return my money. The manager was really disrespectful and rude. They put on my receipt that do to a bad filter placed in the car will give a service for free. Tell me what service for free if I had to pay again for the service they didnt do and second of all you think I trust my car again in your hands NO. Dont go to this place ever.

Stay away from this shop!!! These people are NOT AAA rated even though they have their old sign still on display. They LOST their certification due to fraudulent repairs, charging people for parts they dont actually change instead they spray painted brake parts so they seemed new! Hope they change their practices and learn from their mistakes. It just isnt right to do that to clients that trust you and cant help themselves.

Went to have a thermostat changed. Went back to get my vehicle and saw that the stone guard below was hanging. I paid to have that fixed before with another company. I told tue guy about it and he said that was a $20.00 charge to put clips in. I was not like that when I took it in. Before leaving the car I asked them to reset the check engine light. When I came back to get my car, the light was still on and the dude told me $84.95 to run a check and reset it. Was planning on bring four other vehicle to that place... Never

Was told I needed a new part in my air conditioner to the tune of $271.65 plus tax. Took the vehicle to two different Mazda dealers. Guess what? No part is necessary! STAY AWAY!!

Worst possible service ever. Inhumane treatment. Held my car hostage in 107 degree heat. Forced my 87 year old mother on a walker to stand in the sun for over an hour after he was paid because I would not sign a false statement. We finally got our car back when the police forced him to return the key.I took my 87 year old mom’s Camry to USA Auto Care Center, Inc. to replace the two front tires. The employee quoted me “$226 including taxes and fees.” I responded that it was my mother’s car and that she wasn’t going to drive any more. I asked if he had a cheaper tire or perhaps any used tires. He finally said he could give me two new tires for $99 each. I responded “including the tax?” He replied “including the tax.”I said go ahead and left the car there. I was not asked to sign anything at that time.I returned 2 hours later in an Uber, with my 87 year old mother to pick up the car. I was presented a bill for $223 by the manager. I told him no, this was supposed to be $198. He argues, plus tax. I shook my head and handed him my credit card. It was too hot to argue, there is no a/c in the office and my mom was standing with her walker in the parking lot. He processed the payment and I signed the charge slip. Then he hands me a piece of paper that says I authorize them to do the repairs (two tires) and agree to the fees on the paper. I told him I was not going to sign that because I didn’t agree to that rate. He told me that I could not have my keys until I signed.I ended up calling the police and after the police came, he eventually lowered the price to $210 cash as it turned out what he was really concerned about was that I would try to charge the credit card back since they had bait & switched me.The truth is, I never would have charged the credit card back, I don’t do that.I told him over and over the entire 90 minutes that I waited in the sun that I would post multiple reviews online about my experience. He laughed and said go ahead. I now see why that was funny to him. He has an F rating at the BBB and dozens of negative reviews all over the internet. MANY of the reviews are for bait and switch and holding cars hostage, even after receiving payment. Clearly, anyone who looks this business up online would never use them regardless of what I post. I guess the lesson to me is to investigate a businesses’ reputation before engaging them instead of afterwards.

Took my Van/Rv for a oil change .. good enough .. discussed bring my OTHER car immedialty back after Van was doneWhile writing my receipt .. i was mentioning to them that i would like to get a quote if they Also do timing belts .. since my engine has 78.000 miles on it .. around 600/650 to do in the near future..As they TRIED to manuver (almost taking off the drivers REAR quarter SIDE, ) I THEN lined it up . and got it ready.. Got it lifted Safely .. i went into the lounge ...This has a steel protector plate . 2..... 1/2 X 1 ... bolts that hold .. its on a hinge assembly in the rear......Manager came in and said it will be $10.00 to remove these two bolts..NEEDLESS to say . i told them to LOWER it down .. forget itTrying to back it OFF the lift they almost RIPPED OFF the lower water controls .. without adjusting the lift without me there . it would of cost me AT LEAST $15.000 in new fiberglass side .and water system ...be advised to STAY AWAY ..

I am disappointed because after returning home, I realized the simple thing I took to get fixed was not fixed correctly and there were oil smudges on the hood of the car. This was my first visit.

Compared to the quote from my dealer, USA Auto did my Timing Belt, Front and rear brakes, and even replace the rear tires at approximately 45% less than I was quoted at the dealership. In addition, my car was clean when I recieved it and I was impressed with the courteous service and great coffee.

Paid a lot of $$$ for a job to get done and within a few weeks realized the problem is now worse. So I take it back and the service manager charges me just to look at it even though they did the job. Long story short I have to pay up all over again. After some back and forth I asked for a discount to do the job again. Buddy never called me back. They took my money and could careless. forget them
