Because Starbucks is a global chain, you expect things to be consistent. Thats not always the case. Sometimes individual baristas make drinks weird. I like this Starbucks because it is always consistent. They also dont backtalk me when I want to have a custom drink, which Ive experienced at other locations. This will sound weird but hear me out - sometimes I like iced drinks with no ice. Why? Because the drink is cold enough with the cold milk and I dont need it to be any colder. This is the only Starbucks that I go to regularly where they dont bother me about it. The one drawback for this specific location though is when they have a rush, they really have a rush. The line runs through the lot and it makes it a little harder for some people to get out of the parking lot. This location is at the crossing of two very busy roads so it makes sense that it will get really busy at times. Its best to mobile order your drink and go inside at times like these I think because it will feel like the line isnt moving for a while. Check for their busy times on google before coming.

I was never a Starbucks fan until I tried thier dark coffee. So I started going their instead. Thus location is the worst! They never have what you order, and they dont warm the food up hot enough. My sandwich was ice cold and my frappe was tooo thick with with too much whip cream. Didnt realize this until I drove off. Never ever going there again. 2 times is enough. Zero stars!!!!

I think the location is nice, the employees are very accommodating. I am only upset that they dont allow customers to eat or sit inside. This location is in Florida where mostly all covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, yet only outdoor seating. Its most difficult to study and use electronics in the rain. They do have 2 umbrellas setup, so dry accomodations are limited.

The barista was very abrupt with me. she handed me my coffee and my banana which was VERY COLD i told her about it and she looked at me and responded in a very rude manner “it’s not cold it’s warmed “ I will not go to this location again

An hour waiting in line in drive through to get a cup of morning coffee turn into an afternoon coffee if you have that much time on your hand everytime. The busiest and SLOWEST Starbucks staff exist in this location and I have no idea why. The line don’t even move. I’m writing this while still waiting in line 1 HOUR LATER. That’s one hour of my life I am NEVER GOING TO GET BACK.

They are doing renovations to the store. They have papers with notes all over the place that are folded and can’t be read until you get out of the car. The note says “closed for … open on 9/3 from 7am - 3pm. I was at the store on 9/4 at 2:30pm and everything was locked and the employees looked at you then look somewhere else.First the notes should be easy for customers to read and if the times are different update your pieces of papers. Second, man, employees, are hired to assist the customers. Train them well and be a bit friendly. I get it, you are there and get asked the same thing over and over but guess what, the customers are asking for the first time especially when your school notes aren’t easily readable.

I normally go to the Starbucks located in the Jacaranda Plaza off of Pine Island and Sunrise Blvd. at that location- and every time it looks exactly the same, you can see 5 pumps and milk poured into the drink. If you look at the photo- not 5 pumps, barely any milk and it tastes like yesterday’s coffee! Extremely bitter. That’s what I get for straying away and another Starbucks-I recommend you save your money for another location

I wish I could give 5 stars but the customer service has fallen by the waist side overall. No one looked happy to be there any time I went (2xs a day) & unless you mobile order or wait in the 15 minute drive thru, they dont prepare your order for a while. You can all do better.

Place looked like a zoo there were so many ppl. I had a mobile order. I approached the area that was for mobile orders. No clear line just a crowed bunch of ppl standing all at counter 7 to 8 drinks sitting on counter. Seemed like everyone touched them to read label. I told the girl behind counter my name for my order. 10 min goes by. I go to the register to ask someone else about my order. 7 min later one of my drinks was ready. Then my other drink came out 2 min later. I left frustrated. Wouldnt recommend.

I order the same thing everyday and I order through the app so I can just go in and pick up. Multiple times my drink looked watered down or lacked enough creamer or to much creamer. Then I have to waste my time waiting for the to remake it. And when the they do remake it in front of me, is the only time it perfect. I have to literally watch over them to make sure its done correctly. They definitely shouldnt be called baristas because the lack the knowledge. I spend $70 a week, and their about to make me quit Starbucks all together.

You usually cant go wrong with this location. Theyre always quick and friendly. My only possible complaint is they tend to be out of the thing I want. Today I had to go through three drinks before I landed on one they had all the ingredients for.

Remember the place before it and when it was first got going, was very good to have one so close, sadly like other locations it runs out of things fairly quickly even more so than others, understand that The Pandemic has cut many means for things but by 11-12 in the afternoon, basically half the things you can is simply gone.Understandable and not much of an issue since you can always go to another and get something else but just 30 minutes ago I asked for a single thing, was given handed a bag which had the exact same thing that I asked for minus a receipt yet turns out to be something I didnt ask for at all. Not having things is Understandable but handing out something with a different name which I didnt ask for doesnt look good at all for character or intelligence.Closest one but the Sunrise one isnt that far either and they actually get orders right. Also try to train your people to hand our receipts for every order👌.

I’m not the type to write a review but I’m tired of this Starbucks. They always have long lines and then when you finally get to order they always out of something. The General Manager for this location needs to be retrained on how to order inventory so that their store doesn’t run out of things.It’s not a good look when you constantly out of things please do better!!

Worst Starbucks ever! Not only did I wait in the line for about 5 minutes, the new girl did not know what she was doing and did not even know what type of drink I was talking about even though she worked there. She did not even apologize for not knowing the products. I guess Starbucks will hire anyone these days! Its quite apparent.

First time going to Starbucks before work, the drive-through line moves pretty quickly. Only for me to pull up a Luke warm cup of coffee with Hair on it that tasted stale. The only thing that was good here was the cake pop. Nine dollars I wish I could get back and I didn’t even get a receipt for my order 🤦‍♀️

I had earned a coupon for a free drink, good for only a few days about a week after I had earned it. I told them in the drive thru about the coupon, showed them when I pulled up to the window, and was told that I couldnt use it yet. Calling Starbucks didnt help. By the time I could get back to this one, the coupon had expired and disappeared.

I drived more than 4 miles with my parents( 84 ) to let them enjoy a decaf. The cashier was very very kind, but when we went to use chairs outside, a very agressive woman told us that we can not use it. Wasnt what she told us, was the way she did it. I wont go back there again. May 5,2021 8:15pm

I ordered coffee in the drive-thru. The person got it wrong. I caught it as I was pulling away from the speaker and I corrected them when I got to the window. She paused as if she was fixing my order. What made me realize the order was wrong was because my daily price was different. After she acted as if she fixed it I asked if the new price was what I knew it should be and she nodded. I grabbed my coffee and pulled away after paying. I tasted it at the next light. It was not right. I drove back and went into the store. I walked to the end of the counter and no one there would acknowledge me. I probably should have gone to the register first but I walked in with a Starbucks cup. Maybe there is an issue? So I jumped in line behind two people. As soon as it was my turn the person behind the counter turned around to grind beans. I was the last person in line and I was holding a Starbucks cup! Maybe there is an issue? I waited and when the person took my order to replace my coffee they did not holler down the line to rush the order. I stood at the end admittedly getting upset. I walked to the register again where the person didnt turn from grinding beans. I wanted to talk with a manager but I saw my order coming up and decided I had to go. In my head Im getting angrier and angrier. I worked retail and Im still in customer service in a way. You have to be able to read a situation. I walked in with a cup. A regular throw away cup. Not one you refill. Someone should have noticed it something was wrong. Whether its the people at the end of the line or the person at the register. Was it the time to grind beans?! On top of all this as I was leaving out of the possible three doors I chose one that was locked. In fact out of the three possible entrance or exit doors only one was open. I know Starbucks is insanely busy but my Starbucks at home is very pleasant. In fact most are. It is insane how pleasant the employees are in such a stressful situation. I will not be going back to this location again.

I ordered through Uber Eats, then I realized that I got the wrong drink, I ordered a mocha frappe but I received a latte with another guest’s name on the label, I cannot blame the Uber Driver cause the drink was properly taped inside the bag, I had to wait till I was on break to return to the store to get the correct drink😣 it was very inconvenient for me...cause I had to wait another 20 minutes inside the store . everyone needs to pay attention to every order especially the online orders....

The baristas are super friendly and speedy and its always been clean whenever Im here. A great place to study, its usually packed with people working so you wont feel out of place. It does get really cold though, so if youre planning to stay a while you might want to bring a jacket.Ask the baristas for recommendations--they know whats good!

It saddens me that I have to write a review and give two stars to this restaurant location. For the past five years Ive been coming to this location. Recently the quality in making their customers drinks have gone down, I normally get a Trenta strawberry acai with lemonade Light Ice and no strawberries. Some may say that this is a complicated order however, having worked for Starbucks myself (at a different location) I can tell you that this doesnt even compare to being a complicated order. Normally the drink is made with water instead of lemonade. My most recent order was today at 7:15 a.m. when I asked for the same drinks I stated above with lemonade and I received a drink made with water. I kindly asked the barista at the window if the drink was made with water cause you can clearly see the difference and she agreed that it was and I asked if I could have lemonade instead. Normally I would just drive off and be upset and drink the drinks forget about it because I dont like to be THAT customer. The barista kindly took the drink to have it remade when it was handed back to me I said thank you and she said to have a nice day as I drove away with the drink remade in my hand I tasted it only to realize that what they did was poured out half the drink and added lemonade to it. After reading the label printed on the drink, I realize that they never even put that I had asked for lemonade. This has happened multiple times in the past few months. I usually go once or twice a day. the only reason Im not giving one star today is because the barista at the drive-thru was very kind! Can you please make sure that your staff understand the importance have a great customer service when it comes to making the drinks not just their etiquette when speaking and interacting with customers. Starbucks Prides itself on high standards, unfortunately your store standards for making drinks in my opinion have diminished. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes in the opposite direction to the next location than continue coming back to this location and having my drinks constantly made poorly!

I usually dont go to Starbucks these days but this is definitely a nice location. It has lots of room inside but also a great outdoor area. The store was kept very clean and the staff was very helpful. Most days I make my own coffee at home but if I do need to meet someone I would definitely recommend we meet here. However, the prices are still a bit obnoxious, at least in my opinion, but other then that this is a pretty good location.

I have been a regular customer at this location for many years. Recently they have had a change of management and most of the staff is also new to this location. The staff has always been friendly and efficient but that is no longer the case. When I asked for my drink to be remade because it wasn’t the same thing I have been getting every morning for years, the new female manager stood by silently while the barista argued with me about the drink.I order using the ap, and recently I have been getting “not available at this location “ messages when I try to order. Today, one of my drink orders went through only to arrive and be told the ingredients weren’t available. Thank goodness I can go a couple miles south to another store that has inventory.Please bring this store back to friendly and efficient!

I usually have a great experience at this location but whomever took my order today was very rude. I asked for the Happy Hour and said I would like both drinks the same. At the end she asked if I wanted 2 and I said yes. She said well then you have to tell me that when you start your order. I am very patient and understanding, but customer service needs to get better especially in a time where I could stay home and make the same drink myself. I chose to make the trip to support business in my neighborhood.

Its seems like all human resources are always devoted to the drive thru and no matter how many people are in line inside, only one person attends to the customers waiting in the line.Starbucks leadership should realize that they need to make their employees more agile in attending to the customers versus the drivers in line when people come inside after seeing how long the line is in the Drive-Thru. Also this Starbucks has a very nice seating area outside that I reluctantly sit in because of the garbage thats always thrown around

I went there yesterday bought a drink for myself and an apple juice for my daughter. I went outside sat in my car for a little while. My daughter had to use the restroom (she’s 2 years old ) we went in Inside asked more than once if she could use the bathroom. The staff kept saying no not allowed it’s only for staff. I explained she’s a baby and we will be in and out. They repeated no no. I asked them to tell me where to take her so she won’t have an accident. They said next door Ruby Tuesday’s open. I ran across the parking lot . Guess what ruby Tuesday was closed .

I understand that they get busy and I do not mind waiting in most cases (although I have never waited so long at any other Starbucks location). When I place a mobile order, only 1 item comes out and I constantly have to ask where the other drink or food item is. Yesterday when placing mobile order and arriving at apps anticipated time, I waited an additional 20 minutes beyond the time it was to be ready (asking about 3 times where the rest of my order was with no attentiveness). This has become far more often in recent weeks. Drive thru line overly long also.

Its a good store and drive-through wait times are ok. They did burn my green tea latte once, but other than that they are fine. Their store opening time are not displayed correctly online - I was just there at 845PM and opening time online state theyre open until 10PM. So that is factually not accurate. I’ve been a Starbucks drinker since I started drinking coffee. This place needs some major employee training as far as customer service and general etiquette goes. On many occasions I’ve received my iced drinks dripping with coffee on the side of the cup and from the lid. When asked for napkins or to clean my cup, I was met with attitude and rolled eyes. My outfit was ruined, my purse sticky from coffee and Carmel. Today, after having this happen once again, the girl in drive- thru told me that the cUps are too wide for the lids that’s why the leak. I mean come on Starbucks, really?

Very bad service, the store is empty, in between I ordered a coffee! While the minutes passed and the employees only took orders from the Drive Thru, I asked them to please help that it was taking a lot, they tell you ok, 5 minutes pass and the empty store did not enter customers, I kept seeing pure orders that they took from the drive thru, no Does it affect customers who are inside the store? I had to cancel my order and they didnt even apologize. They tell you they get orders from the drive thru first.
