Staples always has everything I need! And I often get great coupons with my receipt. Employees are generally friendly and helpful.
I called 5 different times to check on an order. On hold for 10-15mins each time and no one picks up the phone. I placed a sane day order for a banner. I came an extra day later, and still not ready. I asked when it will be and received a 🤷🏻♀️ “She’s really busy.” Then was told 30-60 mins and it’ll be ready. I called again about an hour later, and was told they’ll call when it’s ready and they don’t know when. What?! I have a work event in two days and I’m going to be livid if it’s not made in time. I drove down to the store 25 mins away from my home twice for this. I’m so frustrated at this point
We needed some supplies as everyone goes back to work and school and all and they had everything we needed all in the same store and we did compare prices and these were as good as anybody else without having to drive from place to place. perfect
At the printing center there is an amazing person named barbara. She has amazing customer service skills and is extremely helpful to everyone

Unprofessional, ask them a question told me to go in back look at yourself?I know that time is hard and low staff but seems like buy your own risk and figure it out. When it’s come to customer service definitely 1 out 5.Been to a lot of places make you feel like how can I help you but sadly it’s not the way staple do business. They cant your money but no service maybe need to focus on that first.

That young sexy lady at the printing desk is real nice, shes always make sure customers are being help. She also understand the situation thats going on right now, I was trying to apply for public assistance, cause I got temporary lay off from both Jobs. I didnt have enough money to pay for all the documents I had emailed,she ended up giving me a discount. The whole staff are nice they greet you and everthing when you walk in there.
Not sure what happened to this store by ALL the employees I encountered today, 1/23/21. They were rude, with an attitude, lazy, uninterested in doing their job; making you feel, as customer, like if you were a nuisance to them. The major decline and change in demographics in these past 30 or so years in the Lauderhill area is the blame and poor hiring processes at Staples. I would have gone to Coral Springs or Parkland, but it appears they do not have a Staples in those locations.
I would like to thank Khadijah for going out of her way to help me with my business cards! The store is very busy and seems shorthanded at times. However Khadijah still took the time to be patient and helpful with me.Erika was helpful as well. Thank you ladies, Ill be back and will certainly refer anyone I can to your store ♥️

No one at customer service2 CASHIERS on a Saturday 2pm.Overcharged me on item had to wait 15 minutes until CASHIER went to customer service counter because short on staff on Saturday..
Had to write a public comment about the service I was exposed to here. And to be 100% factually fair I was able to get what I needed from the store but with quite a lot of stress involved, however the stress only was because of one particular employee. I came in and waited in line because I needed copying and scanning services. While the attending employee saw me waiting and continued to socialize with another customer, it was clearly a social discussion with very little care-factor for the growing line behind me, and this continued for well over 5+ mins, it was not acceptable and ridiculous. I said nothing. Wanting to avoid confrontation, and simply get my job done.Once I was allowed to approach the counter she almost threw a small card at me and then walked away. There was no greeting, there was no why do I have to fill this in, nothing. The employee in question clearly had an attitude issue. When she did return, I very politely asked her what is the card and why do I have to provide my personal details on the card. She said to me cant you read.... I was shocked and disgusted but worked to not respond and keep myself calm as I really needed to use the Staples service on the day.She then left and worked with other customers.I was fortunate enough to work with another employee who helped me and got the job done for me.This was positive.The original employee in question should be disciplined, and re-trained on what polite and professional customer service actually means. To describe her, she was a 20 something black lady with dreads, I noticed her name badge was not present unlike her colleagues. Which I found odd. Either way the management at this store imperatively needs to take action on her, and make sure they uphold their brand reputation, not 90% of the time, but 100% of the time.No one should have to have this type of experience in a 1st world country. It is not acceptable.

I placed an online order and they gave it away to someone else. Then, I had to wait for them to tell me to get the item from the shelf myself. What was the point of placing an online order?? They’re obviously not checking ID’s when people are picking up orders.
When I walked in the employee seen me and never acknowledged me until I asked a question. I hate coming to the copy center. No help! Even when you ask for help they point to the copy self help center so I can help myself. This time I honestly didnt know what I was doing. I had to pay to figure it out on my own and then pay to print it out the school papers for my son. The last time I was here the computer wasnt working. I got charged and received no refund. Next Ill drive to the Office Depot in Coral Springs even though this place is less than 5 minute away from me. My money, the drive and their customer service will be worth it.
I came across not an easy situation with printing but Alexis is a pro!She took the situation to her hand and solve the issue so quick and professionally.Definitely worth going to Staples then Office Max
Lyden is the best! Every time I go in to make copies or print he’s always so helpful and nice to me. Always has a smile on his face and goes over and beyond to make sure everyone is helped. I’m thankful to be able to go in and get what I need done with ease. The rest of the staff also runs the place great also! Thank you!
Great prices and great service at this Staples. Also easy to find everything I needed for my business. The location of the store is great - unlike Office Max which closed a while ago further down the street - making it is easier to find, without any hassle. Will be back for future purchases.
This store is always, ALWAYS there for me. When I’m running late, they are there. When I have questions, they are there. I been using them for years and the customer service is excellent!! The printing center is the best and they are never afraid to print it again if you don’t like it. I had to say how much I love this store today after It was 1 minuets away from closing and I was greeted with a smile!!
They did not have the desk I was looking for but the worker was quick to let me know I could use their computer and it would let me know what desks were in stock at the store and what types were available on line. There were so many desk chairs but so little desks. But the store was neatly organized. I might have given it four if they had a reasonable amount and types of desks to choose from.
Walked in and headed to what I thought was the service desk. The young lady proceed to ignore me with her back to me despite being two feet away. Finally after I had been waiting a sizable time she acknowledged me and asked if she could help, I asked her why she took care of the people she watched go through the line first then me she got confrontational to the point where she made it obvious she had no intention of helping me. I then waited to cool down and called to speak to a manager was left on hold for five minutes then informed the manager was too busy to speak to me. Thank you for making it an easy choice to switch to Office Max, I am the office manager for a restaurant on the beach and have been using Staples since we open even though logistically it made no sense when Office Max opened up across the street. Good luck staying open with suck poor service
The young lady in printing area is so helpful and polite but that little roly poly w the afro puff at the register is off the chain rude. Could b because Im a black woman myself she thought I would understand her attitude but no my dear. Is ok. Can go elsewhere. Ciao

I went to the Lauderhill store in Florida, located on Commercial Blvd and University Drive on 7/10/17. I saw the expandable/ long reach staplers on a shelf labeled $10. I decided to purchase 2 of them. When I got to the register I was told they were about $30 each. I told the cashier that the shelf stated $10 each and walked her to the shelf where she found the same staplers stacked there. She said she would honor the price since they were the ones who has them labeled wrong. The manager, Trevor/ Travis decided not to honor the marked price. He said the writing said another product. I was pretty taken aback and said nothing to him because I didnt want to share my lack of a perfect vision with the entire store. I have vision issues and cannot see all small prints; all I saw were the items and the large $10 below them. I believe they should have honored the marked price since they were the ones who stacked a bunch of expandable staplers on the wrong shelf or labeled the shelf wrong. He said something else was written on the tag but I couldnt see it. My disability should not be seen as carelessness while their carelessness be overlooked.

As far as office supply places go, this one is average. There are some good values and some that are not so good. The do have some on-line coupons, but they are pretty limited and we never seem to be looking for anything that has a coupon.The store is big, clean and well organized. You should be able to find pretty much anything you need.As far as service, the guy at checkout was surly. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

I come here whenever my printer is not working and it’s great. The printing services are great. You can print your documents directly from the printer from an usb, email, dropbox, etc. which is so convenient. It’s pretty cheap too. Staff is always friendly and the store is well organized.
Lynden in the printing and coping station is amazing! He pays attention to details remembers you and give his best every time! I truly appreciate him and the customer service at staples everything I go!
I was told a price over the phone and was stunned when I went into the store and they gave me the actual price. I called and asked to speak to a manager a gentleman came on the phone and I told him my complaint, he said I’m going to place you on hold and go over to the printing department and find out what’s going on and who you spoke to. Then a women came on the phone, I told her he put me on hold and she said I’m the store manager what’s the issue about the business cards???? So now I have to repeat myself over again and I never mentioned anything about business cards. She was not helpful AT ALL, and she didn’t offer a solution nor did she fix the problem. Waste of time I live 5 mins from the store but I will never go back.
Their print shop is HORRIBLE. Its filled with rude, nasty employees who are foul mouthed in front of customers and act like theyre royalty while simultaneously speaking ebonics...I was told to wait before I axe her a qwerstionHow do these things get hired?
Placed an order was charged. Had to track the item myself and found it was delivered to the store. When I went to the store it took 30mins for the manager to tell me that its not in the system an that he will refund and reorder. Its not worth it your frustration order from Amazon..
My visit was great. Everyone was very helpful, surprisingly an unexpected person helped me a Hp tech guy helped the most and it had nothing to do with buying a computer thanks .Ill definitely be back .

I called ahead and asked if they could do a poster of a specific size. They said yes. I asked if I could drive there and get it done today, they said yes. I drove there, 20 minutes later I learn that no, it will require a days wait. From a very condescending employee at the print station. I go home, I wait a day, and the poster I end up getting has altered dimensions that I noticed later.Would be one star, but the business cards they made where good.

I was recently at this Staples and the workers there where very helpful. They are very pleasant and always chearful and willing to help there customers.
The store offers a full line of office supplies and office equipment. They also have cables for smartphones, CAT5 cat6, HDMI, to name a few. They have many different types of printers. One other thing I might mention they have a print shop. There you can do it yourself or you can have someone do it for you.
Love the place, I find everything I need for my work such as paper, toner, paper clips etc
I love Staples. However on this visit I was mortified at how I was treated by a young unmotivated near rude, sales person. Upon asking him about a printer he told me that it was no longer in stock. He asked if I would like to purchase it online. He brought me to the counter where he logged into the staples website. Immediately an employee ready to work came in and my sales person started a personal conversation with him as if I wasnt in the room. Both of them kept it up and then another employee came over and joined in the conversation. All the while this is taking up my valuable time for nothing. I felt like this store wasnt to buy anything, it seemed like it was a little boys club and a customer wasnt the one who pays their salaries or commissions. He finally got to the matter at hand and said it could not be purchased on line. He then said there was one int the Mirirmar store. I wasnt about to drive there on his recommendation.When I arrived at home I went online and low and behold I was able to purchase that very printer there. Its going to be arriving on Monday.I called the manager simply because I can see this scenario playing out with many more customers if this person gets them. He should be helped to find a job elsewhere where he isnt in contact with anyone purchasing anything although I dont think anyone who has an entitlement mentality would do well anywhere in the business world.I am also going to call corporate office about this matter for one reason, its an excellent company and they cannot correct something they dont know about. More people should be so consciousnesses when confronted with mediocre, lack-luster customer support.
Just wanted to say that I am very disappointed with the Business Cards I just picked up. Cheap thin premium paper, uneven cutting... waste of money. I could have done a better job in my printer. Never again nor I recommend getting anything done with printing services at Staples.Fernando Arias

Since closing their store in Davie I dont get to a Staples store often and after my experience at this one it may be less still. Needed a cartridge for my Brother PTouch and happened to be in their neighborhood. I spent 15 minutes wandering isles where I thought it would be with no staff showing interest in helping. I saw about 6 staff standing on the other side of the store talking to each other. I went to find help and asked a clerk where the PTouch was and he barely paid attention and sent me back to where I thought it would be, isle 4. After looking again, not there.I found another clerk who also seemed uninterested but made him pay attention. He directed me to the correct isle but didnt show interest in helping.Now you know why Staples is failing!!!

One printer is not working and there is no sign posted to make customer aware of the default. Only one person working the section; i watch two customers waited 20 minutes for assistance and finally left the srore without the service needed. I waived a female employee in a gray shirt and explained the situation, but my suggestion was met with severe agression as oppose to fidind a solution to the problem. IF YOU GO TO THAT STORE, DONT ASK FOR HELP OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE LOOKED DOWN UPON.

Subject to change is what I received. If this post causes one person to change their mind about shopping there then it was worth the $10 they couldnt grant me.

Customer service is slow. There was a long line at the copy services, and two employees walking the floor. All employees should be jumping to help those waiting endlessly instead of the two older men behind the counter. I try to avoid this Staples unless I really need to go.
Im just leaving from this and this young lady in the self service center at the cashier area she was very poor in her customer service field. I walk up to her when she was assisting a customer and she act like she didnt even see me. She didnt make any eye contact that she will be with me soon or anything like that. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.
