If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Stacey was rude and very unprofessional. Never going back there again after years of family business. They do not care.

I went to the lauderhill office. The staff was kind and professional. Dr richards is amazing she explained everything to me took her time. I learned so much in that visit. I can see near and far in my contacts now. So pleased

After stopping at a competitor where I received incompetent service from someone who you could tell was just in it for the money, I walked into this location of For Eyes. I needed a new pair of glasses and already had my RX. I am writing this review simply for the wonderful and kind service that I received from Pamela and Eustacia. Pamela was the person that helped me, but I had the chance to speak with Eustacia also. The service from these ladies was efficient, professional and extremely friendly. This location runs like a well oiled, yet very friendly, machine. Both of these ladies are to be commended on their excellent customer service skills. Not only did I get a nice pair of new Ralph Lauren glasses, but they both made my day a little better due to their empathy and humanity.

I went to my very first eye exam today. Nothing but an amazing experience over all. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The dr was so sweet as well as attentive to any concerns. I can not believe how great of an experience I had. I also had my eyes dilated and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire time there. Due to Covid the store and office space smelled clean and fresh. They sanitized everything that was touched from the pervious patient. Clean and safe.

Doctor Richards and all the staff l interacted with were friendly and informative. It was the best experience l have ever had buying glasses.

This is a complain against For Eyes a Lauderhill, in Broward Co. Florida, at University Dr. for more than 4 months I am waiting for a refund of $ 400.00, I paid cash and the manager Pamela told me about 20 times that the check is in the mail, I am tired of this situation. I told her that my next step is going to file a claim with the State Attorney Office in Tallahassee, I am 76 years old.

Ive been going to For Eyes at this location for well over three years and each year I leave very happy. Dr. Johal is amazing, she takes her time with you, explains to you exactly what shes doing. I went for both my contact lens follow up as well as for new glasses. She took her time with me and really made me feel like I was important to her. Sophie in the front desk was excellent too, shes super nice and made me feel very welcomed. Kevin in the optical side was incredibly helpful, honest and really made me feel like a valued customer. Overall I definitely recommend this team of healthcare professionals to anyone looking for eyeglasses.

The eye doctor wasnt very friendly.When I chose a frame, I noticed a flaw. I asked the worker if they would give me another frame. He said yes. I wait about a week and a half. I get a call that theyre ready to be picked up at 6:30pm on a Saturday. They close at 7. I rush there. They tried to give me the display frame that was flawed. I had to wait longer for them to give me a different frame.When I pick up my glasses, Im informed that the doctor will be leaving in about 2 weeks, so if my prescription needs to be changed, Ill have to come back before she leaves.

Dr Goldman is GREAT, (I have been going to eye doctors for a lot of years and never had one optometrist tell me that there was an area of concern in my right eye, I am grateful to doctor Goldman for recommending further evaluation) the staff is friendly, clean facility, nice selection of frames to choose from. Best Prices! This was my second time there...definitely reccomend For Eyes in Lauderhill!🤓

I have worn glasses for over 20 years and this was by far the worst experience Ive had. I went in for a routine exam. Rather than Dr. Goldman, who Im sure is lovely at her job, I got another optometrist, an older gentleman who was just unconscionably rude. And he was rude in that way some people have where they think they have good candor. But as soon as I walked into the exam room, he made a rude remark about my mother being with me and how childish it apparently was. Then he mocked *her* when she and I shared a joke about my vision. He spoke over both of us repeatedly and treat us both like we were idiots. Sir, I have been in and out of optometrist offices since I was in elementary school, you need to learn basic respect.On top of that, I wrote I did not want my eyes dilated today (because I had things to do later and didnt want the headache). This man insisted on it, to the point I was uncomfortable saying no.To Dr. Goldman: this gentleman is ruining any air of professionalism in your establishment. He needs a talking to. My family has gone to this location for years now and this is going to be the last time. There is a lot of competition in this area for eye care; well go elsewhere. I will not tolerate a man who makes my mother uncomfortable for his own amusement.

At the first was a good experience, but took me 3 hours to order my glasses, but thats OK. It was promised to be delivered in 5 business days which is a really long period, even third world countries they deliver in no more than 3 days but thats OK. After 5 business days took me 4 calls to figure out that was not 5 but 10 business days. Thats OK maybe I misunderstood. After 10 business days, without any feedback I had to call 2 times to find out the glasses didnt pass the inspection, and they didnt a time frame to deliver to me. Was needed to call corporate spend more than 2 hours calling to have a feedback that will take more 5 business days to deliver, in other words, a month!!! I just hope at this point that the products to be delivered has the same quality as the services rendered

This is my go to eye glass Headquarters. Great doctor, excellent selection, great staff and service. Ill never go anywhere else... EVER.

Ive been going here for years and it seems like they get better and better somehow . I was able to walk in, take an eye exam and buy glasses and contacts within an hour ! Everyone from the optometrist to the sales rep were exceptional .

Staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable. The optircian is professional and very thorough with her inspection.

Friendly staff and high quality frames.

Good prices huge selection and the office doctor is very professional.

The doctor is okay, but the employees at the desk are awful, slow, and incompetent.
