A very strange man in a bright red shirt, was loitering in front of this shop on 5.02.21. The moment I entered the store, the loiterer proceeded to follow me into the store! The same individual purchased NOTHING, then exited the store just as I did (same time) Like clock work. Upon leaving the store, he resumed to his position, where he had be loitering previously. Just stood there. Until I drive away.
