The absolute worst customer service possible. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially the lady with the ghetto red hair in the drive thru. She does not need to be in the medical industry whatsoever. Just an embarrassment to CVS.
Im in the store now and KAREN decided to Express her political views with me, refuse to wait on me. I wouldnt leave so she did take care of me. Her nose was hanging out of her mask. She proceeded to laugh with the next customer about me. I am completely covered with a face shield. Next screaming at me to leave the store and getting other customers involved. This is insanity! Now Karen is letting customers wait while she conspires in back with customers! Has CVS allowed KAREN to become the political advisor for the store???
Had an appointment scheduled for testing. Arrived on time & then was told they could not do it as there system was down. just drove 20 minutes to get here. This CVS has no value for peoples time DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CANT KEEP THEM

Clearly CVS does not read the reviews that their customers write here and unfortunately, their substandard service is apparently the norm. I went to the drive-thru to pick-up my medication. When I pulled up there were three cars ahead of me. I waited for eleven minutes until it was my turn. When I pulled up to the window a voice advised me that the pharmacy was busy and short-staffed, I needed to come inside the store. I went into the store and there were three persons ahead of me... and two employees. The pharmacist and the tech. The tech (AKA: the voice) told another patron in the drive thru to come in and the patron refused - with an attitude she advised the pharmacist He said he aint coming in. The pharmacist picked up the handset of the phone and advised the customer that either he came in or he waited and the wait would be about 15 minutes.Im sure they are overworked/stressed, but this does not absolve them of not providing quality customer service. Yesterday when I went in to drop off my prescription, that same pharmacist was there with another technician. It was quite busy then too, and the pharmacist was also administering flu shots. I asked for the manager tonight - he seemed overwhelmed as well. I explained that a team of two persons cannot run a pharmacy as busy as his. He promised to relay by concerns to the store and pharmacy managers. I made it perfectly clear that I will never return to this CVS for prescriptions - hopefully he got it. I pay way too much for my medication to deal with and be on the receiving end of horrible customer service.Unless they make changes, surely this location will continue to have a detrimental effect on the CVS brand.
If CVS wants to preserve their name, brand and customer service they should close this location. The staff is extremely rude and acts as though you are bothering them, especially in the Pharmacy...,baffles me that there are so many competitors and they treat customers this way 06/11/2019 is the last time i go to this Store and spend any of my hard earned money, and I will encourage my friends and family members to stay away from this location. Terrible customer service people should not be treated this way or spoken to this way when they are trying to patronize a business... such a shame to have this store in our neighborhood

Always help and care for their customers. Been using this pharmacy for the last 10 years and all I have to say is thank you. They treats people with respect and always pay attention to the small details. Thanks for the amazing community job.
Stay away from this pharmacy. Every single pharmacy personnel that works here is rude and unprofessional. If there are problems with your prescriptions being filled, they dont call you to let you know. If they promise you a prescription at a certain time, you may as well wait until the next day. Forget trying to call them to get in touch with them, youll be on hold for over 20 minutes. They do as little work as humanly possible. I dont know how these people have this job. Unbelievable.
On the morning of July 7th, 2018 My 9 month pregnant and wife and I arrived at this CVS at approximately 8:30 am. Our purpose of our trip to the store was to return an not open bottle of Veet, the hair removal product. As we approached the counter to be service in the empty store, Justin who says he was the General Manager, without saying good morning rudely flagged us down to the last station, no smile, no customer service at all. My wife handed him the receipt and presented the product to be returned which was paid by debit card. With a snarky tone Justin demands the debit card to be produced. My wife left the card in the car. Mind you I have knee issues and normally in the morning I have pain walking and my wife can give birth any day now. Never in all my years of shopping had I needed to produce the debit card to return an item. We explained to him that we had the card in the vehicle. He responded to us with yet a snarky tone and demeaning facial expression saying I need the card!. My wife responded so we have to go to the car?. He responded with a shrug saying yeah, whatever. She waddled to the car and came back to the store and completed the transaction and yet no compassion and no customer service. If in fact Justin is a General Manager I feel ashamed for this location. He exuded such a negative attitude and such lack of customer service. This dreadful experience has left a bad taste in the mouth of my wife and I. I will never shop at this CVS again.
Omg I am utterly disgusted by how the lady in the pharmacy department spoke to an elderly man trying to get his medication. So freaking RUDE!!!The lady at the register was rolling her eyes and looked as if she didnt want to be there as a customer was talking to her and didnt even reply to 2 different people that was in front of me who were not together.The manager even caught an attitude followed by a deep sigh about using the rest room and I BOUGHT something.Mind u I was barely in there for 6 whole minutes and I seen all of this. Imagine a whole day.... good luck with that.

They take FOREVER to answer the phone every time I go to pick up my prescription it takes over 20-30 mins they clearly need more staff!!!!
Worst pharmacy staff ever! They are normally on the slow side but its starting to get ridiculous when you wait 15+ minutes to have a prescription filled and end up walking out before anyone bothers to come over and assist.

This is the worst i hate coming here I say in the pick up line for 30 minutes so I decided to go inside went in side and there is no line or anything trying to figure out what they are doing that I couldnt be assisted and Im still standing here waiting
