The store has an adequate number of booths (3) with equal number of clerks to assist customers.The wait time at 4pm weekday is about 12 minutes.

Not willing to help anyone. Dont know why they open. They only want to make sales or $ generating for commissions. Everything else they tell the customers you have to go to the corporate store. 4 people they sent to a next store

I went to lower my bill from $170.00 a month- Internet-100mb/Cable 200+Channels and only $20.00 less was the offer. Im a Veteran(U.S.Marine Corp) and could not a discount offer I guest Ill be switching to AT&T for a better deal good bye Comcast.

First off. With covid going on you shouldn’t let so many people into the store at once.Second- the guy helping me seems to be pulling some shady stuff. He canceled my order for unknown reasons..then tried to reprocess it and wasn’t able to. So he just gave me a cable box..(the second one he scanned out for some reason) then told me to to text a number with a code and then tell CS to rebuild my order. He wasted about 45 min of my time plus the time I waited in line. He kept coming around from behind his glass shield to approach me more than once. I’m trying to stay safe from covid and I didn’t feel safe. I think that Xfinity stone needs to get with the program and give a better experience.

I bought my Samsung 20 + from this store. THE WORST PHONE IN THE WORLD. I am very unhappy with my purchase. I went back to the store to return the phone within the 15 day grace period and I was going to be charged a 79$ fee........ THIS IS THE WORST PHONE IVE EVER OWNED. Im sure they knew the reviews on this phone and I am very unsatisfied.

Crazy long line! Been standing in line for 20 min and did not move one inch. Two people walked out and nobody couldn’t go inside. Xfinity get yourself stuff together! How are you going to have 2 stores open and only have two people working at a time?! Open up your stores now seriously.

Xfinity store in Lauderhill was very helpful but they could not help me in what I need so they call the xfinity that take care what the problem was that I need.was tv service and we got the problem solved and Tech will be come out to fix problem on the inside ok

Having issues with Comcast was sent to the store on Sheridan from Sheridan they sent me the store on West Oakland and West Oakland they told me they couldnt help me just everybodys worthless at Comcast

Very rude and arrogant demeanor demonstrated by some of the reps in store. Long lines with only one person may enter. The customer service line is unbearable. My identity, phone data and wifi was compromised by other people. Comcast internet service along with a host of other stuff was stolen all for the use of my now ex, his young lover, her male sibling as well as my exes female sibling. It all started when I moved into a 5 unit efficiency that was supposedly a business that was a single family home that was owned by a realtor who separated the different units into five different efficiencies well the proximity was so close that the tenants were able to steal my Wi-Fi by sharing their device and inappropriate device pairing of my device to their device then stealing my information and basically using it to just watch TV and get the internet on their phone and there laptops and stuff like that before I could even pinpoint it was them when I first moved in that unit I went to Comcast in Davie to start a cable and internet for myself and actually I got ran out of there and I was so disturbed because they told me that I had already had cable running over there and that it had been changed nine times the name had been changed nine times and I said look no I cut off my cable successfully with no payments at the end of the contract aim 2012 and lo and behold is 2014-15 and Im trying to get new service and you telling me that I that then she said oh no you cannot get service at that property and fraudulent use the Comcast we will not install any cable services on that a propertyit seems more like Comcast is actually catering to the fraudulent users more than their catering to the authentic customers its very sad but its true. I want to give me kudos to the Remote Tech support. If it were not but for them I can saw, theyre simply awesome

Awe man luckily this was open and the staff was great the other day I thought they were going to tell us they were closed since we were still outside and the time for closure was coming up but they didnt and I was able to replace my modem.. also a few of us in line were coming from Miami.

If I could post zero stars, I would. How can there be only 1 person working there and 12 people waiting in line at 4:30pm on a weekday? And when you call ahead of time there is no answer, so there is no way to make an appointment and prevent this horrible wait.
