Came in here a while back to possibly upgrade my phone. The staff was very friendly and upfront. I didn’t feel like he was just giving me a “pitch” and just trying to sell me something. They had great customer service. The place looked clean. Def one of the better metro locations. Highly recommend

When I came here for help Alex saw us and approached us right away!! He wasn’t just selling something he asked how our day was and everything. Alex the retail store manager was awesome and amazing 🤩 💯I will definitely come back here for more excellent service✅

Went to this location because a previous location left a bad taste in my mouth. Customer service has gotten so much better since last time I was here. And the store is so clean best metro I’ve been to in a long time.

Be careful when you go to this store. If you switching a phone they’ll lie and say you need to buy another sims card when you don’t have to. Also, when I got a new service I told them not to put insurance on my phone and they still did it. That’s the second time they have done this. They ratchet as hell...I can’t stand them.

Horrible customer service provided by the store manager on shift Saturday 27th of April around 8:00pm. My husband and I walked to register our new phones. The store manager explained the process as if we had asked her twenty times. She was literally banging a ruler to the table as she was explaining the whole process. I am sure Metro Pcs has good customer service training but this individual needs to learn how to talk to customers especially being a manager.

Worst metro location ever. Unprofessional Manager and Employees. When i walk in the store the first employee send me over to another employee because she was playing Candy Crush on her phone and she didn’t want to lose the game. They all were acting Ghetto and Ratchet. I really dont think they take there job seriously it seems more like a hang out spot for them. I have absolutely no problem with MetroPcs. The problem i have is with the Ghetto Employees and Managers. And it doesn’t make any sense speaking with a manager at the location because the Manager and the employees are Homegirls and best friends as i can see. People dont waste ur time going to this location if ur trying to get help purchasing a phone, activations or whatever. THIS LOCATION IS HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Maybe its just this one particular person who has no customer service skills but I was highly disappointed with how I was just treated just moments ago. Walked in at 8:30 the clerk jabarri or whatever his name is speaking with 2 guys at the counter, didnt acknowledge me or say be with you in a sec or anything, ok not a a big deal for me as yet, but after standing there till 8:45 Im starting to get irritated. Another clerk comes in starts to count money looks at then quickly looks back at the money, ok shes obviously too busy to talk or shes done for the night I guess. I stand by counter and wait another 5 mins as he walks from behind the counter and start collecting the display phones. He then goes back behind the counter for another min or say then says hey can I help you with something so I say yeah i want to get an upgrade, his reply is oh were not selling anymore phones for the night. So I ask him so you couldnt have told me that 10-15 mins ago and this boy has the nerve to say well you could have asked her. I reply shes counting money and I did not want to disturb her. Then silence. No apology, no come back tomorrow no nothing so I just left. Disgusted
