Horrible Experience! A Worker There By the Name of ZOE was So rude! A possible New worker asked her for help while helping me and I had no problem with her attending him for help. He simply asked for a measurement to make a drink and said I don’t know Math right now Have no time for Math ask Someone Else For It. Hate the way she spoke to him so rudely. Very Sarcastic While helping me as well and made me pay extra for my drink she made wrong.

I love slStarbucks. But, this location is always packed. Nothing wrong with this. However, the drive-thru line is always very slow to move. Parking not great. Since the drive-thru affects the parking on both sides.I will give more stars when the service gets better.

This location used to be my preferred Starbucks of choice locally, but the quality of the drinks has been off or at least half full; no pun intended.

Clean location, great parking + a drive-thru if you dont want to get out. We were able to walk our dogs around the area as well!

The line for drive thru was long but went by fast. When I got to the window to order the gentlemen was nice and suggested something else with my drinks! He was extremely friendly good customer service!!

They didn’t get the right order. I wanted to order a single espresso shot with the steam milk (2%) and 2 pump of classic.Store supervisor asked me to pay extra for “steam milk” that I had never paid before at any Starbucks store.Haven’t expected this kind of service. 👎🏼

Unbelievable, I never seen such an disorganized staff in Starbucks. What a gigantic mess. Over 9 employees in this location and I was literally standing there on hold for 10 minutes. Then took me another 10 minutes to get my 3 bagels. 20 minutes for 3 bagels. There was no one in form of me at all. The one person that was there was waiting for her drink for over 20 minutes. they had completely forgot she was there. They were there joking around, and having the time of there life.what a joke. If I was the owner I would fire almost tall people there. Only one gentle helped me because he noticed that no one else was attending.

Very slow service. I ordered through the mobile app and waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru. My hot chocolate and tea were half filled. Unacceptable.

My dang says her Vanilla Bean was amazing! That is the best she is tried! Lines are long but drive thru moves quickly! The staff was cordial and helpful.

The staff is one of the friendliest Starbucks that I have ever been to. They remembered my name after the 2 visit. Always greets me with smiles. Even though they were wearing their masks I could tell.

The slowest Starbucks ive ever been to. No matter what time of day I go, no matter what time of day, its ALWAYS at LEAST a 20 minute wait. Most of the times they get the orders wrong..

If their drive thru was 15 seconds per customer faster theyd be 5 stats for sure.

I been a customer to this Starbucks for over 5 years. I loved the staff always helpful and cheerful. However the one star I’m giving is mainly for the manager “Jose”. I had a mobile order through this branch. When I get there I wait for 10 minutes and no one approached me to even inform me that mobile order have to be picked up from the drive through so now I waited for 30 minutes just to get my coffee. Jose apparently had called the police for a complaint so he was forced to open the door. Then he stats that he will not be able to grab my coffee bcuz the mobile order employee is gone for the day. I understand the whole country is going through difficult times but being such an inconvenience to consumers and then blame consumers that they’re going Jose a hard time. All of that because he didn’t want to grab a cup of coffee for his customer. Lost a valuable customer.

The staff here is super friendly and the service is great. There service is quick!! The only down side would be that its very small and the drive thru gets super full cars are out in the street waiting in line.

So I ordered a pumpkin spiced without whip cream. They put the whip cream, then I went and exchange it and they put a ton of cinnamon, and the women who gave it to me she was so rude. Never going there again except for my money back.

I ordered ahead, once I got there the lobby was closed and I had to wait in the drive thru line which took a half hour, my ice drinks were melted and my coffee was not hot ! I was very irritated

I been coming to this location for years I live near by and work near by and I have near step foot inside I always go through the drive thru and I have dealt most of the employees there but Sean has always been super friendly and kind and always greeting meAnd knows my order by memory 😊

Im very disappointed in this Starbucks. I ordered a coffee, and it was cold. I returned it, the second time I got it. It didnt taste good and there was coffee grains in it. It still wasnt even hot enough again. The coffee tastes old. It tasted like it had been there a while. When I go to Starbucks Im expecting my coffee freshly made, or at least a good tasting coffee.

Had a terrible experience with this store. Ordered on mobile to avoid the around the block car line, this store has outdoor pickup and has been the way I pick up my order recently due to current situations. Without notice, I waited outside, making eye contact with several employees and non bothered to tell me and another customer outside that we had to go through the drive-thru.This is not a complaint about a service that was provided having ended early as they eventually informed me, but the lack of professionalism of the employees. Five or more employees were inside at the time and none bothered to provide basic customer service.On top of that, when we finally did make it through the drive-thru our fraps were now iced coffee. Overall bad experience and as a regular at this store, very disappointing.

I came here with my boyfriend to buy something at target. My Boyfriend went to get a mango dragon fruit drink that I was craving. By the time I went to do my shopping and came back he was still waiting for that drink. We waited another 10 minutes to get a simple drink and the lady did it with an attitude and just add the ingredients didnt even shake it, stir it, or anything it literally look bad!! We asked her if that was the drink she say it was and then kind of move it so it could dissolve. She knew that she didnt do it right, but I didnt feel like telling her to make me another one since she already had an attitude in the first place so I just left, but I was such a disappointment.This was a Thursday January 30 at noon.

I like this Starbucks, but theres not a lot of parking. Its not a huge place and theyre really big on drive through business, but theres ample AC outlets for mobile devices.Accessible for northbound travelers as this is on the east side of Hawthorne Boulevard where its divided by an island with parking between the north and southbound lanes.

Store is still new, but they have to get it a little more together. My coffee was not how i ordered it, but i had to get to work so i told the barista, who did offer to make me a new one, but i had to go. The drink was still delicious, just not what i ordered.

Been going to this location over 2 years, so sad Im moving offices and wont be seeing them anymore. Everybody is very friendly, yes it gets busy but they all work hard together and try their hardest to keep their customers happy and content. Always does my drink correctly, never fails. Sweetened tea tasted like water and barely any sweetener, sugar cookie tasted like dry cardboard. None of the customers were given straws, everyone had to awkwardly ask for em. The cashier was really nice, and the staff was adequately friendly but all around not a good experience. I only came here because I was given a giftcard. I doubt I will return to Starbucks after this.

Whats not to love about Starbucks. Great location. They have a drive thru. Plenty of seating area for the most part. They have a nice patio section as well. I tend to order the cold brew coffee as long as they have it available. When I come to this location I need to work on some homework or reading material. They have plenty of plug ins as well. This can be a super busy store as its located on two major streets as well.

This used to be my go to spot a two years ago but recently they have gone down hill. Many times I asked for a blonde pour over which took forever. Once, I asked the supervisor named daisy why it took forever and she didnt even apologize. Plain and simple its not a big deal to them anymore. Dont get me wrong Im not saying they are all bad but man some of these people need to get another job. Another time I got ranged up by one of the cashiers who is pregnant and she didnt say hi or provide customer service. If you dont wanna work here then dont. The people dont welcome you here anymore its like they dont wanna he there, and some of these people just give you a serious look as if they dont care. I blame the manager of the store who isnt doing her job right and telling these workers how to work. She needs to be trained again.

I spend a lot of time in the area of South Bay that’s east of the 405, so I’ve been to all of the Starbucks in that area and this is my favorite. It has two restrooms which are usually pretty clean and stocked, and the shop itself is clean as well. I’ve never had any issues with service or quality of drinks.

I drove 15 minutes to come to this Starbucks on a Tuesday that’s suppose to close at 11pm. They decided they wanted to close at 10:15pm. I knocked on the door and they just kept cleaning and acted like they didn’t see me. If the store hours happened to have changed then you guys should change them. Because it’s 10:30 pm and I’m posting this. They also waited till I drove off to open the door to let someone out so they didn’t have to let me in. A chubby Hispanic guy was in the door way laughing at me.
