Make sure you leave nothing of value out had something go missing in the middle of a glass install called the cops to report it and they wouldnt let them search there truck without a search warrant will never be using this company again

The woman who answered the phone was not courteous. I called to schedule an estimate for a residential window frame repair and was told they do not offer mobile service and that I would need to bring in the 5 x 2.5 storm window to them. Their web site specifically states: provide portable on-site glass work large window projects Specialized home windows, storm windows If there is a space, we can put a window there!

I had to have the windshield on my 2012 Ford focus replaced. Called Ziegler was able to get my car in within (3) business days. They got the repair done quickly and I was able to get some work done in their well-appointed lounge area. Excellent customer service.

I needed a curved glass replaced in an cabinet. Gary contacted me and did a great job. He was easy to work with and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

I had a frozen hedge apple break my windshield so I called these guys. Gary set up the schedule, great guy. Jim drove to my work, picked up my 2015 Chevy 2500HD, replaced the windshield and returned the truck just before I needed it. He did a great job. Beautiful windshield and no chipped paint. Painless repair and easy for me and a great price.

Had my windshield replaced here. They did a great job, a few days latter i noticed my moulding along the windshield was loose. I took it back and they ordered the right pieces and reinstalled them free of charge. Very nice doing business with them!

I scheduled with Ziegler glass to drop my vehicle off on Sunday to then pick it up the following Monday for a windshield replacement. I called to apologize (due to extreme extenuating circumstances because I never ever cancel) that I couldnt drop it off that Sunday and that I needed to reschedule within the next few weeks and expected to leave a message. I was so happy to find that since they own their own business that they answered the phone on a Saturday evening. I was so happy because I could reschedule in the next few weeks via phone versus having to leave a message, however the wife/co-owner answered immediately getting defensive and stating Im out a windshield and proceeds to have an attitude and not let me get a word in edgewise and hangs up on me. I called back immediately and said that I didnt understand why I was being treated so rudely and if she wouldve actually listened to me that she would know I was trying to reschedule versus automatically getting so defensive and being incredibly rude. She then got an attitude and said ok then when do you want to schedule?!. I said well its unfortunate because why would I want to reschedule with you NOW based on how you are treating me as a paying customer? She then sarcastically laughed, made some distasteful comments and hung up on me. I called back again because I didnt want to end the conversation on such negative terms and she needs to understand how her attitude is extremely off putting and doesnt bode well with customers such as myself. Needless to say I will never be using Ziegler glass, EVER, and quite frankly I know for a fact that if you are doing business right that you would not be out (1) windshield as quality glass suppliers (just like every single other industry) do not work that way so long as you have a solid relationship with them. It sounds like relationships simply arent their thing. Making people feel bad when they are attempting to reschedule and running a business just for the money wont reap rewarding benefits both emotionally and financially in the long run. You may want to reevaluate your business mission or lack thereof.

Like one of the other reviewers, I had to cancel my appointment. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and wanted me to pay for the windshield anyway. When I asked why they dont share their cancellation policy, she indicated she only does that when she feels like someone may cancel. Will never use them.

Great place for all your glass needs

Not impressed. The man who came to repair my sliding glass door tracked dog poop throughout my home and all around the bedroom where the sliding glass door is. He did not come prepared with tools and gummed my screwdriver up chiseling gunk out of the track of the door. He was not able to repair the door and left it with a significant gap between the door and the frame that was not there before he came. He told me he would be back the following week, but when he didnt return and the office was contacted, there was no record of him even coming to my home.
