I gave it two stars because they in fact changed the battery in our key fob and sold us a new, working battery.But Rasesh was the one who fulfilled our service and he was very rude towards the end. We wanted the original battery back so we could keep it as an emergency in case the new one broke. He said no.. It was our property as the sale didnt include the old battery, right? He said no multiple times and even said he wasnt going to give us the old battery back.It was not a car battery, it was a key fob battery.Very unsatisfied and Im not sure how much money they make on recycling batteries... but it was our property and they did this.

Second time I have been here to have my iPhone 8+ repaired: once for front screen, this time for front and back (which also includes the metal housing). Especially this time, the customer services was great!! I had an issue with the home and power button becoming unresponsive shortly after the repair and they got it fixed within the next morning. They found the issue and replaced the part that was malfunctioning (which was under warranty from the original repair). I was expecting to have to pay again, and I did not because of the warranty! The bonus is that they were super professional and kind. Ill be back next time I drop my phone. ;)

I needed a new battery for my phone and had no idea how/where to get it replaced. My son suggested a couple of places and when I called them for pricing, B + B was much more reasonable. They were able to work on it right away and finished in 30 min. The store had appropriate safeguards in place (mask, gloves, spacing), and the employee was very professional. I couldnt have been more satisfied!

I have gone to this shop many times and always get what I need! I am rating this store down for one reason, the manager stared me down when I asked him why his employees were willing to grab their masks at my request but he would not. I had a KN95 so he was protected from me and I from him but no one was wearing masked when I entered and the arrogance and lack of care was evident in this encounter. Customers need to be wary. The small store is Not Covid-19 aware.

Flase advertising, expensive and poor customer service. When I called they told me with my phone repair I could receive 10% off which ended up being 10$ off if I set up a appointment online. When I get there they didnt even have the part, and evidently dont send orders out but on Fridays. They made me pay the full price up front as what they said was a deposit until the part gets in. Then gave me no work order or receipt. Even though I payed them and left them with my phone. When I went back up to get one, treated me as if I was in annoyance.

I went to another store that did not have stock of my screen, dug deeper, and found another place in Lawrence to fix broken electronics screens (and on the west side too!) that is not generally listed. They do great work, fast and in the same price range as the other stores in the are. Definitely worth considering, especially if you are on the west side.

I ordered a battery online, I wasnt sure how it would work since it was a different battery than I was looking for. My husband went in and picked it up and we put it in this weekend. The replacement was easy and the security system is working great! The staff there at the store were at first a little confused about how this order had been placed, but they didable give us the battery we ordered. I would definitively recommend this store for specialty batteries and bulbs!

I needed a battery for a Shark vacuum cleaner. They didnt stock it but were able to build it. They used higher capacity batteries than anything I could get online (3400 vs. 2000mAh). It was a little more expensive but well worth it for the improved run time performance. Im a retired electrical engineer and asked the technician about his qualifications. He explained their training program. He seemed knowledgable and I was impressed.

I took my phone in for a simple screen fix. When i picked up my phone the first time there was significant damage to the phone case and the repairman blamed me for having a “flimsy phone case.” Not but two days later the phone fell apart after letting it fall onto padded carpet. The entire face-side of the phone popped out with little effort and the screen had cracked. I took the phone to an old friend who used to run a phone repair shop and, after examining the phone, stated that I should ask for the phone to be repaired again due to the amateur repair work done when putting the phone back together (several screws weren’t fastened completely and their was damage done to the interior of the phones lock-in mechanism). After asking them to fix their mistake that resulted in the damage of a brand new phone case, they said they would contact a district manager to get approval....that was three weeks ago. Unprofessional. I recommend a local phone repair company in the downtown Lawrence are rather than this big chain, who doesn’t care about the quality of their work.I personally will never use this companies services again I recommend that you look elsewhere as well.

Had my iPhone screen repaired here, they charge considerably more than average ($150) and install a inferior product. My screen now has a blue tint when looked at from the side. If you are willing to pay this price, go somewhere you will get your money’s worth!

It was easy to set the appointment and they had my phone screen replaced in an hour. However, the screen is not the same screen that comes on the phone. It has a weird green tint to it and it has already cracked for some unknown reason. I havent dropped it once. The crack started small, really small. I thought it was a hair on my screen at first. The crack just keeps growing and is now all the way across my screen. This is not the quality that is expected when paying $140-$150 for a new screen. Very disappointed and now stuck with a cracked screen less than a month after it fixed.

I think the people behind the counter are not trained well enough to be there. Went to get a battery for a solar powered outdoor post lamp and the employee looked at it and told me he didnt sell vape batteries. I explained the use of the battery and if it was possible to get something similar or something like that and his response was to send me to a vape store! Went to Home Depot and got the battery ordered through their help desk. Now my outdoor post lamp is back to normal, thanks to Home Depot!

They had these weird obscure round light bulbs I was looking for. I didnt think anyone would have them in town and that Id have to order on Amazon. They were helpful and they have a lot of stuff.

I first gave them 5 stars but now giving 1 star. I took the phone to the apple store for a battery exchange due to a recall and the Apple employee with in 2 mins knew the screen was not an official apple screen and that the workmanship was poor. He said the screen had a blue tint to it vs bright white and the screen had some give to it and not properly sealed like an official apple screen. He said it could void the repair work but they did it anyway. I called batteries plus and they admitted they are not apple certified repair dealer and DO NOT use authentic apple parts. I asked if they told the customers this and he said not always unless the customer asks. I do not recommend this place. They charged 149 and apple store charges 129! Go w authentic parts.

Awful. 1st quoted 149 for new ipad screen. Father got home with ipad and they didnt even think to put my case back on after putting in new screen. Had to make another trip out there. Person on phone didnt even know the hrs of operation for next day nor apologize for the inconvenience. Heed the warning- buyer be ware! To the owner, train your people better! Wont be back with any of our other mobile products. Should get some sort of credit back for having to make another trip to pick up ipad case.
