I have to say I am very impressed with this company.Our initial appointment for a bid was accidentally missed and upon hearing about it, the owner of the business contacted us with a hand written letter to express his apologies for the inconvenience. We were impressed with the sincerity of the note and level of customer service shown to us, so we decided to give them another shot.Dominic arrived to our new appointment 10 minutes early, which we appreciated. He was quick and thorough and gave us a bid on an equivalent door without pressuring us to upgrade. We ended up selecting a higher end door with better insulation and design then originally bid for, but there was no pressure to do so.We also decided to keep our current garage door motor which they serviced, lubed, and tightened up for us after installing our brand new door.Installation was quick! The crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. and were out of here by 10:45 a.m. We have had no issues with our door and have noticed a tremendous difference in the temperature of our garage. It is currently 28° outside and 50ﾟ in our garage. There are no gaps and everything looks and works great! We are very happy with our new garage door!
