This is the worst store to buy appliances. They are selling defective products not scratch and dent as advertised. I bought a stove and a dish washer. I changed both of them twice because the both washer leaked and destroyed my cabinet. The stoves burner does not work only the oven burners. They have some nerve to tell me to come back to choose the products for the third time. I went to Home Depot to buy my products and I have no problem. I contacted the main office until now they cannot return my cash money back that I paid for the washer. Furthermore they send my name to the credit bureau. With all this excellent service am reading about in these review the fact remain that their products are not good. I would never recommend anyone to this store. As a matter of fact I will be advertising this store on social media.

Plenty of stainless steel...this place had numerous stainless options as well. Stephen was phenomenal in helping me check new dishwashers that were still in boxes for a black one. He even loaded it. They offer in house financing. Warranties are available as well as delivery and installation. Great customer service.. Ask for Stephen when you go!

I make the mistake of purchasing a dishwasher online for pickup from this location. The first employee, Stephen, was fantastic (like so many other people have said on these reviews, and the only reason Im giving two stars instead of one).The problem arose when the warehouse employee couldnt find my dishwasher and asked me to come back inside to talk to the manager. Try to imagine your worst customer service experience in your life... that was Vance. Go ahead and look through the other bad reviews and you will find his name.Even though I had a receipt and confirmation number, Vance insisted that it was my responsibility to call customer service to sort this out (with a general disdain in his tone). After a fifteen-minute conversation on the phone, they put me on hold to call the store. Eventually they were talking to Vance, and you can imagine how frustrated I was that he didnt just call customer service himself from the beginning.Once he hung up, he tells me Sit over there, Im going to go check on something. Since I never actually saw my dishwasher, and asked him to please check to see if the dishwasher was even in stock. He replies in a very rude tone Like I said, sit over there, Im going to go check on something.At this point, Im mad, frustrated, disappointed... and I let Vance know firmly that this whole experience with him was just awful. He didnt like that, and went into the office to get who I assume was his manager (she wouldnt provide her name). She didnt know anything about what happened, and I was clearly upset and raising my voice, so I dont blame her for coming at me hard. But her comment of there are people dying in this world, and all you care about is your dishwasher was a bit much.So I decided to cut my loses and left without the dishwasher. Later that day, I filled out the American Freight customer service form explaining what happened and to ask for a refund. It said that a response could be up to 48 hours. After three days, I called the number and finally was able to cancel the order (well, seven to ten business days for a refund, we will see!).I honestly feel silly wasting more of my time writing this review, but I feel people should know.

Stephen was the best. We told him what we needed and he had us in and out within 30 minutes. Woohoo!!Edited to add: I came back a few hours later to buy another bed and boy was the experience different. No one approached me within 15 minutes. So, I stood near the checkout line for about another 15 minutes. Then blue shirt Vance advised me that I needed to stand at the blue lines ( 2ft ahead of me) for assistance. He shuffled away while I stood at the blue line. I think he was training someone. When he returned, I was still waiting and he decided to help me although he wasnt a sales associate. One person definitely makes a difference.

The sales experience was excellent.. However their delivery process is horrible… They indicated the first delivery date was a Sunday a week later for a dryer. They missed the window I called in and the person who answered the phone stated their policy had changed and all deliveries can be between 11am and 8pm. Now if they said they were on the way I wouldn’t have had an issue but I had already waited a week for a dryer. Bad on the phone customer service and communication with delivery drivers. I immediately got in my truck drove over there and cancel my order. Received credit for everything but the delivery charge of 79.99 LoL crazy. I will be going to Gwinnett county to file small claim to get my money back and some for my time dealing with this issue. So If you can wait forever and have no issue with bad communication and customer service over the phone buy from here.

Worst sales experience ever.. I came in wanting 3 items. $8000 worth of merch. I ask the gentleman for help he left came back stopped before he got to me to talk to a coworker... Then I get helped by another person... They are very unprofessional and its mostly children... I was place on hold for 20 min when I called to buy a table aswell. They deliver furniture but DO NOT ASSEMBLE.. I ended up spending my $16k somewhere else. I dont reccomend this place at all.

I was in need of a dryer, and at this time it is hard to find one in stock and for a reasonable price. I have bought other appliances here and was pleased. I returned to buy a dryer and found what I was needing and at a reasonable price. The sales associate Asumpta was very helpful. She found the dryer in their inventory and help quickly.

Stephen was pleasant but we waited almost an hour after we paid just for them to get our merchandise (nightstand) from the back. Then when he did bring it out I told him I had the same exact nightstand from a different location and they put it in the front seat while still in the box and it won’t fit anywhere else. He proceeded to try to put it in the trunk. Finally he tried to put it in the front seat and was very rough I had my bf take over at that point. So we took it out the box and put it in the trunk ourselves.

I held and inquired specifically about a SS Double-door fridge when he came back on the line. His response, Go to our website, enter in the zip code, and youll see everything. I asked if he could tell me over the phone if they had any available and what the price was, before we come to purchase. He advised I cant do that because Im helping a lot of people who are actually in the store right now and it would take too much time. So, I asked if he could just give me a range of prices, to which he responded, from 500 to over 1000. Not helpful at all.
