I called around 11:00am to schedule an appointment for a refrigerator/freezer repair, and to my surprise, was told he could come out today. He had three customers ahead of me so it would be in the afternoon. I was thrilled because I did not want to lose all of my food. Xavier called me when he was on his way, about 15 minutes out. When he arrived, he had on a mask and gloves. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to quickly assess the problem and give me a price. I was fortunate that he had the part on his truck as my refrigerator is over 15 years old. He was able to replace the part and get my refrigerator working again. He put everything back together and created my receipt, all while being very patient and friendly. I would definitely rehire Xavier and will recommend him to anyone looking for an appliance repair person. Job well done.

Don’t buy from here I bought a dryer from them and it messed up in 20 day I tried to get in touch with the lady that sold it to me for the “warranty” but never got an response. You’re better off just buying a new one than buying from them

We bought a freezer from here and it worked ok for a couple weeks. We called and they came out and gave us a loaner until they could get us a new freezer. The loaner is a chest freezer and is a much cheaper option. After stopping by repeated times along with many phone calls. They have done nothing except promise to get us a replacement. 7 months later we still dont have a comparable freezer to what we bought. Please dont buy from here! I will edit this review if they can finally come through.

Do not understand any circumstances purchase anything from the sham of a shop. The whole operation is a scam. Very poor customer service and a absolute waste of time and money.

I honestly wish I could rate less than 1 star but people must know the truth about dealing with Xavier D. Dixon (Snoop) and his brother Calvin W. Dixon.I had purchased a Washer and Dryer that was used from Craigslist and they delivered a defective washer that leaked. Calvin came back and picked it up and left a washer that did not match the set as he took my washer back to repair it. Unfortunately Calvin scrapped the washer that I paid for, without telling me and leaving me with a very old and rusty washing machine that left rust smells in my clothes. He took it upon himself to do that with the property that I owned per bill of sale. I have called multiple times about a refund and one was promised and even an agreement was signed by Xavier upon picking up both the washer Calvin left and the original dryer.I have given ample time to rectify the situation and I was even told to meet on Saturday, April 21st to get the full refund at their shop in Lawrenceville (an hour away) When I arrived, Xavier was nowhere to be found as he promised he would be there at 4 PM. Xavier was in North Carolina leaving only Calvin. Calvin promised to meet today 4/23/2018) at my job to get this situation handled and give me the refund and as I am calling confirm their arrival today, they will not pick up the phone. If they do not meet me at 2 PM as promised with $400 in hand, I will be going back to their shop with an officer to document the situation and I will be filing a lawsuit in the Magistrate Court of Gwinnett County.I SEVERELY RECOMMEND NOT USING DIXON AND DIXON APPLIANCES!
