Wish there was a way to give them no stars. On Thanksgiving my freezer stopped making ice and the next morning I discovered that the freezer had completely defrosted and refroze during the night. I called my warranty company on Monday. Now, I work with these people. I use work very loosely. They called to set up an appointment on Wednesday for Thursday. I arranged for my husband to call in a credit card number for the payment. He did. On Thursday, the man showed up an hour early. He worked and then came out into the living room and asked me for the payment. I asked if it was fixed. Nope, it needed parts. I explained that my husband had paid by credit card over the phone. Fast forward to Wednesday (almost a week later), I get a vm that I owe them money. After three calls to the number, I finally get a live person. She tells me that they wrote the number down wrong of my husbands cc. She further tells me that they are still waiting on parts that werent order until last Friday and can take 5 to 7 business days to come in. My husband tried to reach them yesterday without any luck. This morning he gets through and they tell him that they turned it back over to the warranty company for payment. I still dont have a freezer that works. AVOID THEM!

This is the company my warranty company assigned my claim to. They came out said a part needed to be ordered and that was basically the last time I heard from them. Ive been calling daily. One the rare occasion someone answered they said the part hadnt been delivered but I checked the tracking, it had been. Dont waste your time, energy or money on this company.

I must admit my experience here on 2/24/16 was nothing short of superior. What more can one ask?1. Call made day 1. Visit for diagnosis scheduled.2. L & B (Vince and Anli) visits and diagnoses the issue on day 2.3. Same day -- request for return to repair on day 3.3. Day 3: Repair completed.Rare to rate any organization a 5 star, but this one gets it. Excellent job.

I have waited over a month to get these fools to fix my dishwasher. First they came in to look at it and determined what part was needed for the repair. They came back two weeks later to install the part, only to find out that they ordered the wrong part. The tech said that they would get the correct part ordered right away... fast forward two weeks later and the lady tells me that its LGs fault and sometimes it takes some time to find the part to ship it to them. Another week and find out that the part was ordered...but only just last Saturday. Called back every day since and get voicemail. So I decided to use a different phone (different number) and they answered promptly only to find out that supposedly LG sent the part to California instead of here. They said it would be sent to them next day air. STILL waiting for any answer as to when this thing will be resolved.Run far away from this company!

Absolutely terrible company. The technician left saying I needed a new drain pump and then wrote a report to my warranty company that there were no issues. I had to have another company sent out who quickly fixed the first guys mistakes (components not put back right). When I asked if this was a common mistake, the 2nd guy said Sure, if you have no idea what youre doing.And the best part - I finally got in touch with the owner to let him know what happened. He couldnt have cared less. DO NOT USE.

This company is the most unreliable incompetent company I have had to work with. Our warranty company dispatched them and the service tech that came was literally slower than a baby learning how to crawl. Not only that, weve been waiting over a month to get out repair done. The warranty company called them and they blatantly lied and claimed they called us and left us a message to schedule the repairs when in fact we are the ones that have tried repeatedly to contact them and never get anything other than a voicemail with no return call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid them at all costs. Learn how to answer the phone if you actually want a functional company.

If I could give a zero star I would!! Avoid them at all costs! They refuse to call you back to get the service done. It’s been over a month since they were here to diagnose the problem and they have had the parts but just will not return any phone calls😡 I have left many messages with no outcome!

These idiots were assigned by my home warranty company to repair my washer and dryer. They were required to respond by the end of the next business day, but they never called. After 5 days and several attempts to contacts them, I was forced to hire someone else.
