I shop at Sally’s quite frequently and I’ve never had a bad experience, but the ladies working here this morning made my experience amazing! I wish I had caught their names because they were awesome and made me feel right at home. I wish I was closer to this location so I could shop here regularly. I was able to find everything I needed easily too!

Jessica was SO helpful! She took her time to understand exactly which color I was going for and helped me pick out the perfect shade! She was also so thorough when answering any of my questions about other products!! Ask for her if you’re planning to stop by here!

I highly recommend this place the staff that work there are so friendly and they help you with any questions that you may have. I will definitely go back and purchase some more stuff that I need thank you for the friendly staff you have.

I usually get great service at this location but today I drove out of my way to come here before 6pm closing and they were already closed at 5:39pm... i am pretty annoyed to say the least.

Its not the best Sallys in the area. It looks like the entire store needs an entire scrub, including some of the staff. The manager is the worst. She has a terrible know-it-all attitude. For someone who has NO hair she sure wants to tell every customer what to do with theirs. Her bright mtich-matched socks in those slide on sandals are honestly gross (Ive almost mentioned it to her before). New girl at the register was surprisingly helpful and sweet. The saleswoman Angela is decent as well, I see her often. What I will say is that the sales are VERY confusing! They dont even understand them when you get up there or ask a question. They need to figure it out already.

Walking in, this location looked nice and well organized. However when it came to checking out it was horrible. The lady at the register refused to apply the beauty club card discount despite me giving all the identification info for the card, insisted I get a new card, and failed to give me my change. It was just a small purchase so I didnt want to cause an issue, but I will not be returning to this location.

I called to ask if they sold mannequins heads, and the lady who answered seemed impatient. I felt rushed when asking the question as if she wanted to get off the phone fast. If it was busy around the time I called (3pm) I wouldn’t mind waiting a little bit or calling back. But just hearing the customer service over the phone already shows that they lack a lot of it.

This location is amazing! Angela is so sweet and knows her stuff! Just love her personality!!

Ive always come to this location because its closest to me, but after my last visit, Ill be going to the one in Snellville. the lady who was checking me out, Annie, wasnt all that nice. I had recently become a member of the program [since its now free to join] and I had the membership free merchandise coupon for under $10. when I handed her the coupon, she said it had already been redeemed which definitely wasnt the case because I hadnt been in there since I joined which was in December of last year. no one else has access to my account but me and honestly I feel like she only said that because I had printed it out rather than have it on my phone. also the smell coming from her was horrendous. she smelt like an ashtray. needless to say I wont be returning to this location again.

I live in the area, and I often visit this Sallys when I decide to take a bike ride or a walk down Sugarloaf. I normally dont need any assistance when I go in there, because I usually either just browse, or visit for a specific product or series of products, and I pretty much know where everything is. Today, after calling to make sure that they had a certain type of braiding hair, I spoke to a very sweet associate over the phone, who made sure they had what I needed. When I got there, they had it, but not quite enough on the shelves. When I asked another associate if there may be more of what I needed in the stockroom, an associate who by the way, has never been even REMOTELY polite any of the other times Ive interacted with her, tells me that even though they received a shipment, she has no idea what box theyre in. Not, no, we dont have any more, or anything of the sort, but basically, we probably have what you need, but because were within 30 minutes of closing, Im not going to look for it for you.Despite the fact that their version of the product I intended to buy was DOUBLE what I would have paid at another beauty supply, and actually gives you LESS product, but I was going to purchase it in a large quantity.I dont care HOW close this location is to my house. It is in between two other beauty supply stores, and I will give those other two stores my business. I spend A LOT of money of beauty products, as hair and makeup is a source of income for me.Writing this review pains me, as I hate to write a bad review for a business, especially on poor service Ive received from another black woman, but I will never patronize this Sallys again.

Price of outliner Andis trimmers are too high..$89 . Bought the same trimmers at another beauty supply brand new for $59. Sally Beauty...Really???

I was greeted when I walked in by 3 employees they said hello and then continued theyre conversation never did they ask me if I needed help in finding sonething.. not very frirndly.

Very organized... This made everything easy to find.

The owner seems to be the only one that knows about the beauty products but shes never there. Angela has a terrible attitude, knows nothing about the products but always suggest something just to get you to buy it. She is the worst in all of them and following her idea in hair coloring has damaged my hair. Worst attitude and customer service is less than zero. I will never go back and i hope they get what is coming to them.
