Cant wait to start work here

Absolutely Horrible Customer service. I have called for 5 days in a row trying to reach out to someone to use the Cintas uniform service and I cant even get someone to call me back. Absolutely unbelievable that someone has to struggle so hard to give this company an opportunity for business.

Horrible customer service. And the uniforms look sloppy. Also they dont care if they get bad reviews.

This company is a scam company, they will walk into our office claim they work for fire marshall, do the inspection and send you an invoice, I am in the process to contact Attorney general office for this issue and if you have similar expreience, please let me know so we can file claim with AGs office together

This company had HORRIBLE customer service. I called and left a message and had to call back the next weekto very information. I asked for a call from the service manager twice and the only Jefferson that finally called back was the person that comes to my store. He was very rude.

I love working for a company that loves you back!!! Things are excellent not great @ 258!!!

Do not use this company!! you will be sorry. They are way overpriced and lock you into a 5 year contract (that a manager/employee can sign)with no way out but for you to pay them the remaining amount left on your contract.

Beware of contracts. 5 years is ridiculous and they will not let you out!
