I go to this store more than any other store. I’ve been going for over 10 years. Sally is AMAZING! I don’t think the pharmacy could run without her on board! She has helped me figure things out and saved me so much time and many, many dead end phone calls! Love her? May is, by far, the best Pharmacist and always knows what is going on with my medications!!! On the front end, Shark is alway very friendly and helpful! It’s great to see a friendly face every time I walk in! He’s very knowledgeable and consistent with everything and makes it feel like a small hometown store! Newest to the list is Stephanie! She’s great! Very caring and knowledgeable!! She also makes the store feel like a small town store!
Always buy at this store, many years. This time I was prescribed a cream that cost me $70. Surprised after third application, the cream was filled with air pretty much leaving less that a third of the tube to get cream out again. Went immediately to the pharmacy to tell and show what happened. I was told that had to come back and talk to manager on Monday. On Monday called and talked to manager and I was told that I had to bring cream to evaluate. I Told manager I could come after work. Surprise, surprise when arrived pharmacy partner did not even want to see the cream and said that we have to pay for other one. Made me lose my time and also very rude. Told us that we had to call directly company that manufacture the cream, not involvement or interest in support from pharmacy. In addition to this when I saw my doctor and mentioned the incident, doctor checked and told me that this cream cost is about $24. In Walmart they had it for less than $30. Terrible service and pricing a rip off.
Don’t go here for your medications at all! They’re never in stock and the pharmacist is rude and makes you think he’s doing you a favor. Just avoid the pharmacy. The store area is great and the staff are always nice and helpful. If the pharmacy could be as good as the other part.
They are SO RUDE. I had to call three times to cancel an online order.The first time I called, someone picked up, told me to hold on, someone else picked up only to tell me to wait. I waited and then hung up to call again.The second time I called one person picked up, told me to wait, another person picked up again, when I told her I called to cancel my online order, SHE JUST HUNG UP ON ME! I wish I got her name because I would call and complain to the corporate.The third time I called, once someone picked up, I told her I called to cancel a order and the last time I called someone just hung up on me without confirming my name or even asking what my order was. This person actually asked my name and told me that she would take care of cancelling my order.I will not order anything online here ever again.

Pharmacy staff was so rude. Told the lady in the pharmacy I had a question and she rolled her eyes at me.
Totally botched a custom canvas photo job I ordered. First, they failed to advise me when it was done. Showed up to pick it up hours after it should have been completed, and it was just laying there out of the frame. Clueless clerk said to come back. Came back next day, photo is nowhere to be found. Second clueless clerk tells me to come back later. Came back next day, canvas is done, but not in frame as I had requested, but canvas had several scratches on it. Seeing the scratches on it, someone decided that it was still of good quality to box it up....as if. Obviously refused to purchase it. Never ordering photos from here again.
Omar was rude when I asked a question. Told me to ask someone else! Online ordering is a joke too. This was my first and last time coming here.
The pharmacy is awful. They need to revamp the staff starting with the pharmacist. He seems condescending and out of touch.

Pharmacy is just awful. My mother gets her medication there since its the closest. Every single time there has been an issue. They will call to say its ready when it isnt and have us wait an hour, not being able to put insurance through correctly (which Ive gotten annoyed enough to pay out of pocket), pricing changes from the phone to in person, claiming they call doctors to correct things but it doesnt happen, they even called yesterday to tell us they gave us the wrong formulation of something! I have never had an issue with an other Walgreens.
Bad customer service at the pharmacy . Walgreens is a good store but they need to training better the employees.
Very rude girl named terry refused to fill a prescription because the doctor wrote the wrong year even though a fill by date was correct. My mother has been going here for 6 years and had this problem a couple of times with people who have helped but this lady was rude and not willing to help

Sad, filthy, trash everywhere, store unkempt, no carts, clerk said they were not allowed more than two carts, homeless man living in woods behind dumpster. Why are they keeping this open?
Someone said earlier that they are very slow. I agree... the review was written 3 years ago. Its still true today. Especially if you call by phone. Ive waited up to 20 minutes to talk to a pharmacy tech. Ive since switched to cvs, which treats me like an actual customer and is always glad to help me.I would recommend the same to anyone dealing with this madness.
Slow and hard to understand over phone.No one ever in a department!!!!Photo gave me a special print with many blemishes but 15-20 minutes later, I had an ok gift, 3 or 4 more tries... Not great nor good.
