I was easy to navigate the store and employees were helpful and pleasant. I have visit several other Big Lots stores this summer. This stor is in need of updating and organization.

Found a lot! Surprising people don’t go here a lot… it’s the first time I’d been in one for years. Tbh I originally thought they were closed cause there was nobody here! Like it was almost an empty parking lot so no lines!! Tons of seasonal stuff, furniture, grocery food, and kitchen necessities. Literally an all fits one store… Great customer service as well. Sign up for their card and you get $5 off right there. Nice experience ☺️

Gretchen at this store is the best. She literally brightened my mood with her cheer and willingness to HELP! I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP, I LITERALLY WALKED IN AND SHE CAME ALL THE WAY FROM THE BACK AND FOUND ME AND DIRECTED ME TO THE BACK TO GET MY MATTRESS IN UNDER 5 MINUTES. All you guys out at this location are a blessing. Thanks for making a tough time in my life so easy. My husband had hip replacement surgery and i was able to get a cheap, but comfortable twin bed within 15 mins of searching. Thanks guys

Just one cashier? And where is the manager at lunch time. Please we need common sense attention to your customers; if you want to have a good customer service that means well attendance and courtesy to them. I am just saying that thank you. Respect and love ❤️

Big lots has always been a nice place to shop. Sometimes you have to look for the bargains but if you know what youre looking for you will find it . My one complaint however is that Big lots was a much better organization years ago when the place was a mess and you could find things that have been on the shelf for months, if not years that were truly a big bargain. Other than that good staff, and often good bargains it is a fun place to shop.

I went looking for a glass pitcher advertised online. My search said they had 1 in stock. When I got there, their system said they actually had 3 in stock, but no one could seem to find any.

Great rates for carpet cleaner rental. No one else come close

Prices are not labeled right and rude if you dont like your job then find one you enjoy being at!!!

I love this place. I come here because of the people that work here. They are very helpful. I hate going to a place where you ask for help and they make you feel that you are wasting their time. Not in this location.

I always find all kinds of treasures here! Perfect place to get a White Elephant gift and there is some really nice furniture here, as well. The staff is always super helpful. One of my fave stores in the area.

The store was very busy the day before Mother’s Day, and Angela was busy helping multiple customers. Even with all the huss and fuss she remembered my name and the item I wanted after helping two other customers. She was awesome! Even helped me figure out how to get my seats down to get a huge gazebo in my small Honda!

My boyfriend and I came to pick up a table and the big box didn’t fit in my car, but Victor was really helpful and cut open the box and helped get it in the car for us. All of this 10 minutes before they closed! He really cares about his customers and their experience.

I went in today for their 20% off sale. They have great prices and the inventory was awesome new, for The Fall season. Not the normal fall colors new and inviting that you can use with your day decor. If you havent men in their you need to get in there soon as you can or all the good stuff will be gone.

I notice that this store did not have dolls that catered to people of color. Not one. From name brand to off brand, every doll catered to caucasians. I would have given the store a strong four because Big Lots have some nice things. However, this didn’t sit well with me....hence the three.

Out of what I went for...washcloths but scored a gorgeous queen size comforter set for $50

I liked it. I was there to get Christmas decorations. I ordered a reef a snowman some ordiments for the Christmas tree. Im planning to have a blue Christmas this year. The service was good the people helped me out and find the things I ordered online.

Big Lots usually rocks. For some reason tonight when I went to check out, there was nobody behind the counter. A line had developed. Im not normally in a hurry. But I kinda was tonight. So, I had to leave my stuff and bounce. But, I am not going to judge them harshly on one, less than stellar experience. Like I said its usually pretty chill.

Cheaper than Walmart.

OMG! I havent been in this store in a couple years. What a difference, its clean. They upped the game. New & improved products in the whole store. Very impressed.

Very nice size store. More items on the floor. We bought a gazebo we saw on line. They had it and 4 other ones set up. You could really see what you are buying. Much better than just seeing a photo or on line order. Staff was very friendly. Jeffery in furniture and the cashiers all helpful.They even helped to load without being asked.

Store was pretty clean nice stuff to look at. Prices were really too high for the products they sell. Compare to other stores and they are too high priced. I use to really enjoy BIG LOTS! NOW ITS TOO HIGH PRICED.

Not priced like it use too be .10cent off krogers brand not going get me too come get there brand .most of it never sold so big lots bought it thinking they turn it into a big sale .some people swear good deals but today i didnt find any .dont mean ill never find deals here just today i didnt i was looking for Kraft mac and cheese.$2.59 or more most store.ill pay the extra sometimes.but not this time .i get payed on the 3rd

Great place to shop for decorations, landscaping supplies, household supplies and furniture. Prices are great and all associates were very helpful and greeted us as we walked in.

My experience with this Lawrenceville Big Lots was great. It feels like the people that work there are just good people. Very polite. I was there for Black Friday deals and was very satisfied especially in the furniture department. 😀 But, there alot of good quality merchandise throughout the store at affordable prices. Keep up the great work!

Jerry in furniture was a huge help. Friendly and fast service. Called the delivery man Emmanuel that Jerry suggested. He was there within 30 minutes ready to deliver the furniture to my home. Could not have ask for a better experience.
